Used them in the past charged 15k for exclusion. Had another rodent problem. Called several companies to get estimates. They found several air holes Bay Area Solutions did not cover. Had to replace all the insulation and air ducts again. Receptionist was rude on the phone. Avoid at all costs. I did not expect a life time warranty. Nobody has lifetime warranty. They did a half ass job missing air holes and the receptionist is as rude as can be. Not the first time I dealt with her and she was rude. Trust me, stay away from this business, I called Attic Elite and was treated respectfully and had them do the work. They were very professional, cleaned everything up after spending two days here. I put this off for a long time, hoping the rats/mice would just go away. That didn't work. I called them on the recommendation of a friend. Stanley came out the next day and did a thorough search through the crawl space and attic. He gave me a large collection of pictures and spent time explaining what was going on, where they were getting in, what damage they were doing, and how they could fix the problem. He took as much time as I wanted to answer all of my questions and make sure that I had all information that I needed. His crew, led by Mauricio came out today to seal all "points of entry" and lay traps. They were so pleasant and respectful of my house and tolerant of my dogs. They were here for about 7 hours both in the crawl space, attic, on the roof and other outside points. I am very pleased with the service and the especially the positive interactions that I have had with them. read more

So here's my story: Tenant saw a mouse inside his house. We hired Bay Area Rodent Solutions ("BARS") to inspect for rodent openings. We recently had some plumbing work done, and knew of two foundation vent screens that needed repair, but decided to have a complete review done. BARS promised to conduct a complete inspection for "the purpose of identifying openings in the home/structure" with "pictures of our findings..." Shortly after the inspection an email arrived from BARS. Did it contain any identification of openings? No. Did it attach any photos? No. Instead, the email was an estimate for additoinal work for the sum of $4,850. There was NO explanation, photos or identification of openings. In other words, we paid $350 for BARS to give us an estimate of work regardless of any actual need for the work. A quick review ourselves of the foundation vents that BARS included in its estimate of work showed 19 of 21 had fully intact screens (and we already knew of the other two). So why were the extra 19 included if no remediation was needed? To ask is to answer. We sent several emails to BARS, asking for information, and to discuss limiting repairs to the foundation vents. No response. Finally, the following week, after several attempts to get more information, all we recieved was a photo dump with no explanation or response to our questions. We had a dead rat issue in our home that left part of our house unuseable. The smell was terrible, and we initially thought it was a propane leak. I called Bay Area Rodent Solutions and they came out the same day to inspect the property. After some headscratching (the source of the smell was actually in a different part of the house) Bryan found the HVAC ductwork was the source. His crew arrived the next day; they sealed all the openings that allowed rats to enter our crawlspace and found several dead rats rotting in our ductwork. Bay Area Rodent Solutions are the folks to call when you need somebody to get in the trenches and root out the problem. read more

Got a "report" during escrow for our home, and was pretty disappointed. It was $450 for a bunch of low resolution blurry photos and an estimate for work which is 4-6x the price of other estimates we've gotten (for free). After spending over $4,000 to take care of our rat problem 4 days ago we still have rats coming into our house. Initially I was impressed with how thorough the inspection was by Stanley in identifying all the entry points, so we decided to go forward despite the hefty price tag (we just wanted to have the rats gone.) The night after they came we had three rats in our kitchen. I called Stanley and he said that they sealed the entry points, but it was up to us to trap the rats under and within our house. One, they didn't tell us that at the start or after the work was done. Two, for $4k, I would expect for them to at least lay traps to help remove the rats. The company seems more interested in making money than doing what's right for the customer. I booked an appointment for an inspection , but went ahead with another company in the meantime while forgetting to cancel the appointment with this company. When the inspector showed up it would have been obvious the other company is doing the work as they were clearing up the attic insulation. The inspector still performed an exterior only inspection without confirming it with us, and the company charged me for the full Inspection instead of the lower 24 hour cancellation fees. He trespassed on my property without explicit confirmation from me. They also threatened me with suing and taking me to court for non payment. I paid the whole amount just to get rid of them. They don't even deserve 1 star. Pathetic!! read more

Awesome experience with Bryan at Bay Area Rodent Solutions. I should have written this review two years ago -- and then I'd have an update today -- but instead I'm doing both at once. When we moved into our house two and a half years ago, we had a HUGE rodent exclusion job. Lots of entry points all over the house, big cleanup operation under the house, with very tight spaces and difficult access. Bryan and his team were out there for days getting it all done. They were super communicative throughout the process and took tons of pictures of everything they were doing. Great work. Fast-forward to today -- over two years, so well outside of the formal warranty on the work. But Bryan came back out to help us deal with some mice getting in through the cable box, and was here for almost an hour, checking everything out, sealing a few things up, fixing up the steel wool solution we had started ourselves. Again, he took pictures of everything he did, and he didn't even charge us to do it. Very appreciative for this company. read more

This company is not an extermination or rat proofing company. They are first and foremost an insulation company. As such they will ALWAYS try to sell you insulation (in either the attic, walls, crawlspace, or everywhere). If you want to have a rodent removal/extermination company I suggest you look elsewhere. If you want rodent proofing, I also suggest you try another company. If you want new insulation and do not care about the cost, I suggest you try them. read more

We found mouse droppings under our kitchen sink, so I asked Bay Area Rodent Solutions to come out and help us with capture and exclusion work. They responded quickly, and Bryan thoughtfully inspected our home and patiently explained what he had found to my wife and me. He waived the customary inspection fee since we agreed to have work done the following day. My understanding was that a crew of five people would be out for the better part of the next day installing exclusion protection around the roofline of our small three story house and patching other possible rodent entry points on the ground levels. The price quoted for this work was about $1.5k, which did not include capture and removal. Reviewing my security camera footage, I saw that a team of two workers arrived promptly at 9:30am, but to my surprise, they packed up and left at 10:38am, returning only briefly to pick up tools that they left on top of our A/C unit. When I called to voice my concern about the rather steep $1.5k price charged for just one hour of work by two guys, Bryan explained that the high cost was due to the risk his men took while working on such a tall house, not the small amount of material or time required to complete the job. He said that they charge by the job, not the hour but also said that their general contractor hourly rate is $450, and it would be closer to $1k/hour to work on a three story house, excluding tools and materials. These rates were not disclosed prior to me authorizing the work. Their work comes with a one-year rodent exclusion guarantee; however, I'm left feeling that I rather massively overpaid for the small amount of work that was ultimately required. It looks like they did a decent job, but there's no way that two workers did fifteen hundred dollars worth of work to our house in just an hour. A gutter cleaning service was here on the previous day to fix clogged downspouts on the top level of the house and to clean all of the gutters. They charged about $300...granted for a different type of work, but their team of four was working on the same parts of the house, including the top level over a significantly longer period of time. If you're considering Bay Area Rodent Solutions for rodent exclusion work, I strongly caution you to shop around. Don't do what I did. Get at least three quotes for the job rather than trusting Bryan to give you the best price or best value. read more

They were thorough, professional and patient with my many questions. I only wish I had started with them! Recently, fearing I had another infestation, I called the company. Listen to the warnings, they over charge and will never give you money back or a discount if you are at all unsatisfied. They will argue it's the first time in their career they are ever hearing your comments or feedback. I'm sorry, when you pay $950 and more for cleaning of rat droppings and sanitation you expect a clean basement. They left rat hair, paw prints and rub marks, gross. They took less than 1 hour to do the job. My husband and I took another hour to wipe down and clean what they left behind. The two workers were professional and friendly, they are following their company standards. We wanted to use another five star rated company but they do not offer cleaning services. They recommended someone else, but they were unresponsive. We needed the basement prepped asap to store furniture. We paid for our desperation. read more

I called Bay Area Rodent Solutions to seal up 3-4 crawlspace vents in my house whose screens had come loose. The estimator showed up about an hour late for the appointment, and then estimated a quote of $550 for what they said amounted to a half hour of work and $10 in wire mesh and screws. When I stated that I was surprised it was so expensive and I'd like to think about it -- the price that I was quoted for "them having to come back" was $750. I also offered to pay roughly half of what they were asking -- which was still much higher than the work was truly worth. I appreciate that there is a minimum cost to make the contractor's time worthwhile, but this company clearly was overcharging for very simple scope of work. Especially given that I outlined the exact scope of work on the phone, any minimum service charge could have been communicated clearly at that time without the need for someone to come out. Later the same day I had the same exact scope of work done by another company for $85 -- and I didn't need to call to set an appointment in advance. read more

This is my first ever review here and I'm doing it to help others be more careful before signing a contract. Of course, a contract is a contract and therefore this company is in their legal right. So I would suggest that before you have this company do the work, please check around with others first for prices and what their warranty exactly means. My side of the story is this: . I was given a quote of $3500 to fix the holes he found, of which $1500 was the quote for a few things on top of the roof. Because they looked so minor, I decided to ask my roofer to do that work instead and he charged me $150. Quite a difference. So my price was $2200 for the basement inside and outside. And of course because I didn't want to include the roof also, I would not be under warranty. They sent 3 young men out, of which one of them spent most of the time in their truck sleeping. The other 2 worked for several hours each fixing what was found by the inspector. (I was gone for a few hours, and what they had done in that time interim, didn't look like 2 hrs of work. But I cannot prove it of course) Except for one area under the deck, the rest seemed pretty simple, like putting wire over smaller areas. Overall, it didn't look like a lot of difficult work, but they said that I pay for not having the rodents enter again and that it didn't have anything to do with how many hours they worked on it. They didn't clean anything up after they left, and left it quite messy. The following days, I caught 2 rats in the basement and kept hearing them under my floor upstairs. I called the company, and even though I didn't have the warranty because I didn't want to include the roof, the owner Stanley came out to recheck what they had done. He was very happy to see what his crew had done. I suggested that Bryan, the inspector must have missed a hole somewhere since the rat entry never stopped after they did the work. He suggested to put wire netting across the area where they were active and was going to get back to me with a quote. I never heard back from him. Since then I've had other rodent companies come and look at it. They all agree that that hole should have been found during the initial inspection and not something I'd have to pay for afterward. The quote from the other companies for the same work was a lot less and included a lot more. I called the company asking if they would refund half of the price that I paid, so I could use that to hire another rodent company (who charges a LOT less) and finish what in my opinion, they should have done. They denied it. I'm letting it go, send them my blessings and encourage others to do a little more research than I did. read more

First the good: The work that these folks did to block my attic and the crawl space under my house was well done. They also cleaned up my garage rafters after I had droppings from a possum that resided there for a couple months. The smell is gone. Now the not-so-good: I invited these folks out to my place to clean-up after the aforementioned possum. However, while they were there I was told that I had rats in my crawl space and I might have rats in my attic. So to the tune of $2,000, they came out and blocked all the openings to my attic and crawl space. I also paid an additional $400 for them to come out and set rat traps four more times over four weeks to ensure the rats trapped inside would not die inside and create a smell. However, after these folks came out two more times, they had found zero rats. So it appears I did not have rats at all. Thus I paid $2,000 to get rid of rats that I did not have. However, I reasoned to myself that it wasn't completely wasted money because the blockages will keep any future rodents out. However, I did decide that the additional 2 rat trap trips were unnecessary, and I'd like my $200 back for those 2 unnecessary trips. However, when I spoke to them, I was told that they had a policy not to refund for this kind of work, and the contract I signed stated that fact. Okay, fair enough. However, I explained that I paid $2,400 for work that was not necessary ($2,000 for blocking the attic and crawl space plus $400 for trapping), and all I was asking for was $200 for the clearly unnecessary rat trap trips that they had recommended. They refused referencing the contract. They were unmoved by my explanation that I signed the contract based on their bad information. I was shocked by their unreasonableness. Bottom line: The work these folks do is good. However, they seem more interested in their policies than in doing the right thing for a customer when they make a mistake. I paid them $2,950 ($2,000 for blocking the attic and crawl space, $550 for rafter clean-up, and $400 for rat trap trips), and they refused to make me happy with a simple $200 refund. read more

Ok this is crazy. I really wanted to make it worthy for Bryan's trip to our house (ie. I really wanted to hire them). We had a rat in our crawlspace over the holidays. Praise the Lord that it's gone in one week. After no activities observed for another, we called Bay Area Rodent to help sanitize, clean up and repair. Bryan showed up this morning. Gave us a thorough walk thru and shared his expertise/experience. Told us there's no need to hire his team because the damage from a single rat in fact might not be that much. Before he left, he gave us tips on how to spend $10 (save $90) to secure our crawlspace vents. Bryan/BARS did all that for us for free, and remember we were ready to hand him the money. Bryan's the type of person that once you talk to him, you will be impressed by his genuineness and sincerity. You will have confidence that when you don't need something, he will tell just that. A business like BARS is a blessing in the bay area. It's getting harder to find businesses that care for you as a person, and not a piece of soaked towel. read more

Have been working with Bay Area Rodent Solutions for almost 3 months now. On the positive side (1) Their owner, stanley is very professional and easy going. i believe he is committed to doing right by his customers and going the extra mile to make things happen. (2) When it comes to doing preventative work they are thorough and in general do a good job. Obviously they aren't a full fledged contractor... but they did seal the holes they found. (3) They were wiling to come and do repeated inspections and sealing work On the negative side Their owner is let down by some of his staff (a) The staff that handles the phones is friendly and helpful, but getting an appointment can be painful requiring multiple phone calls and follow ups on my part. Which is especially irritating when they fail to return my voice-messages or say they'll call tomorrow and don't. (b) I had an appointment for a monday, that it feels like if I hadn't been calling every 30 minutes asking for an update, I would still be waiting. As I said in (1) the owner is super-helpful and cares and was able to re-direct a team to my house but I wonder if I hadn't been calling if that would have happened anyways. The team that did show up was three hours late from the original appointment. (c) Although many of their staff is friendly, one of their staff was downright rude and obnoxious. Actively attacking and raising his voice to my wife. He felt we should do X or Y or Z, and my wife was of a differing opinion. This escalated to a war of words that was really unprofessional. (d) When the team originally came out to seal our house, the team made an assumption about what was going on (rats in attic) when the problem was elsewhere: rats in tub requiring a different sealing strategy. In retrospect both problems needed addressing. But it was difficult to get them to listen to us about what we though the problem was. My recommendation is that if you do work with this firm, be firm about what you think the problem is and have them inspect the areas you want. Don't rely on their expertise because like all of us they have blindspots. (e) They failed to warn us about the potential for the rats to chew through the dry-wall and enter our house. After the rat was trapped inside the house, the rat proceeded to chew through the dry wall and enter the house. If we hadn't been in the house when this happened, we would have found ourselves in the annoying situation of having a rat in the walls feasting on our food ... If we had known about this we would have not had the "OMG RAT" reaction ... More importantly we would have known what to do (put traps in the house...) Because of (a-e) I'm not sure I would recommend the team, even if I like Stanley. kostadis read more

Problem: Our home had cold tile floors in the winter time. We called on 'Bay Area Rodent' in 2015 to come up with a solution and possibly change out the floor joist insulation. "Solution": Stanley, the company's sales person came out and provided an estimate to 1) replace our existing R11X16 insulation with 'encapsulated insulation' R19X16 and also 2) install an 8 mil vapor barrier to the flooring in our crawl space. Stanley claimed that this vapor barrier would reduce the cold up above on our tile floors. In addition, the estimate called for "cleanup service," to cleanup some large debris on the crawl space dirt, that I wanted removed. Experience: "Techs" arrived at our house and and left within a few hours. When I checked on the actual work a few weeks later I was appalled that Bay Area Rodent failed on every single item of their work. "Install 8 mil vapor barrier to the flooring in the front crawl space." What we got: The workers basically laid down on the dirt undersized 4 mil plastic and also missed an entire corner of the crawlspace. "Cleanup & Sub-flooring insulation & cleanup service." What we got: No Cleanup, not one bit. There were still large, abandoned pieces of plumbing and duct work left right on the dirt, and they covered this debris with the new vapor barrier! I noticed this immediately when crawling underneath. Install R19x16 Encapsulated fiberglass insulation to the sub-flooring. The insulation installed was NOT encapsulated but cheap, loose insulation which was already sagging to the crawl space dirt in many places. I contacted the company about the problems to get someone to fix these issues. Two weeks later, they sent someone out. They replaced the new insulation with the correct encapsulated insulation and removed some of the debris. However, they failed again with the vapor barrier install! Instead of removing the undersized 4mil vapor barrier, they DOUBLED UP and laid down a SECOND layer of 4MIL vapor barrier, on top of the existing one. My crawl space became totally unusable, as there was not plastic strewn everywhere, making it difficult to even navigate underneath my home. Eventually, they came out and fixed this problem, and added a single layer of plastic, however the worst kicker was about to ensue. A few years later, I was underneath our home and noticed that there is white (MOLD?) fungal growth everywhere underneath this vapor barrier! This was horrifying to see and when I called Stanley from Bay Area Rodent, he tried blaming this on plumbing problems. While our new home, new plumbing and drains did have an issue at one time, we quickly repaired it. Experts looked at their problems and stated that the cause in fact of the moisture, is from water runoff on adjacent hillsides during the winter wet months. This work has resulted in us having to hire numerous mold experts to test and re-mediate this, due to Bay Area Rodent's terrible work and proposed solution. We've even had second opinions from professional contractors, one of which have commented that the work of Bay Area Rodent was the worst he had seen in his 20+ years career. Stay clear of Bay Area Rodent and be cautious of the 'expertise' they claim to provide! read more

I just saw Stanley Bapu's supposed "response" to me. Stanley doesn't know what he's talking about -- I have never actually met him and he has never once been to my property. His response is full of inaccuracies and falsehoods. For example, he seems to think they sealed the hole under my cottage sink and we found and OLD nest there almost four months later. Actually, we found an ACTIVE nest with live babies in it in August 2012 although Stanley claims they "completed" the exclusion work on May 7, 2012. There was no sealing done at all under the cottage -- when the nest was removed, we could stare right down around the pipe hole in the floor. Same with the hole under the bathroom the other rat came up through and then chewed his way in the drywall -- no contractor or handyman touched anything near that hole, that's another falsehood by Stanley. It was a preexisting, old hole and just one of many they failed to do anything to seal. Saw it with my own eyes when I crawled under the cottage to see what other entry points were left open after we found the rat nest with babies. What did my handyman actually do under the cottage? AFTER the kitchen sink nest with babies was found, he used the sheets of metal mesh *I* went and purchased myself at Home Depot and screwed it around every pipe hole and other hole he could find - exactly what BARS told me it would do but never did. My handyman did not disturb BARS' work as Stanley said - that is laughable - he DID their work for them at my extra expense. It's not worth trying to respond to every falsehood Stanley spewed. A company that won't make good on its $4,430 contract, refuses to admit even obvious mistakes, and blames the homeowner to cover itself is not a company I would ever deal with again. Don't judge a company (or significant other!) by how they behave in rosy situations, look at how they behave when facing adversity -- Stanley fails the test by far. I'm not sure what happened, because we requested service from them, but they never contacted us. Monday 10/27/14 we found a rat in our pantry closet. This was before 8:00 AM, and I was in a hurry to get to work. I found this company here on Yelp and based on the good reviews, decided to submit a request for their services via their web site. Well, today is Friday 10/31/14 and they never called. No worries though, I found another company that was responisve and wanted to take my money to get rid of that rat and make sure we didn't have any more. read more

I needed work to be done on getting old insulation, old rat droppings and other debris out of the attic. In addition to that, I needed new insulation installed. I called this company plus 2 others. I picked this company for their prompt and courteous response to my needs. Even though they are not the cheapest, they do the job right with honesty. My experience: Stanley, the owner, came out to do the estimation and he walked around the house and peeked into the attic, he explained everything that's needed and why. After of about 45min of looking over the job, he wrote the proposal on the spot and sent via email. He proposed to clean, sanitize, insulate, and exclude any new problems. The price was a bit high, but he said the I can save a little money by doing some of the job myself. No pressure whatsoever from Stanley and I liked that. I decided to save some $$$ and had them do the cleaning, sanitation and insulation. The work: Stanley's crew came out early and were very prompt. Setup a tarp to protect the floor to where it access the attic. His crew must be experienced in doing this as they are very efficient. The job started around 9 and was done by 3pm. It was a tough job working in an environment of 120 degrees with minimum space, but Stanley's crew of 5 got it done. At the end, I asked his crew to take pictures before and after the job so I can see the difference. What a difference! The house is also a lot more comfortable. Side note: This company will provide you their liability insurance and any other paper work that you need. I'm always leary of contractors +people who work for them and should any of their people get hurt, you can be liable if they are not covered. Do your homework! Thanks, Stanley, Debbie, and Crew! We live in the Almaden foothills in South San Jose, an area full of gritters, and earlier in 2011 started havng a problem with roof rats making their homes in our attic. There are few things worse or more disconcerting than tiny feet constantly scurrying overhead in the middle of the night, especially for the wife and kids. Anyway, after trying some "chain" pest eradication companies, with little success (their solution is to throw and few traps in the attic), we found BARS and called Stanley out for a consultation. He immediately found, after a thorough inspection, that there were several locations on our roof that pests used to enter, as well as along the foundation, in areas that we thought were fully secure. So, we contracted with them to do the service, which was scheduled within a week's time. Our only observation, so far, is that they seemed a bit pricey...our quote was about $2,500.00. The BARS team was there as scheduled and worked a full day to shore up our home, as promised. They also did an excellent job cleaning the attic and replacing soiled insulation materials. Now, 8 months later, our home remains absolutely rodent-free...we are 100% satisfied and highly recommend their services for anyone desperate for a solution to a difficult, nasty and frustrating problem. This is truly a case of paying a bit more up front buys you the results for which you are looking. They also guarantee that your home will be rodent-free for a period of one year, thought we haven't had the need to call them back out after the initial services. 5-stars! read more

I own a mountain home that had a problem with rats. I wanted to get the house pest proofed and spoke with a number of companies, most of which were not willing to tackle the job. Their quote was pretty much at market rate and they showed up on time on the scheduled date. They worked nonstop throughout the day to get the job done. After talking to few such companies for attic proofing against rodents. They were quite expensive. But I took a chance and hired them since they gave 1 yr warranty. So, one year goes by no issues. It has been 2 years and now I see issues squirrels on roof and attic areas. I called them. After a long wait they come back and say nothing can be done ! Update: I called another company. They said it was roof rats and not squirrels and do see few opening on roof where they could have entered. I was surprised when Bay area Rodent solutions checked and told me all openings were sealed and still have roof rats issues. read more

Bryan is awesome! He is super knowledgable and really gets into the job. I had my whole house done last year and heard some noises. He found a spot and closed it up for me. They stand by their work and is very pleasant to deal with. I have not had any rat issues since and we live in the hills. He gave me some great advice on our squirrel issues too. Called Stanley for some rodent issues in our attic. Stanley was very professional and very willing to work with our schedules. The price was on the high end, but honestly, Stanley's approach to rodent issues is the right one... exclusion. There's no poison and the trapping is a secondary issue. The point is to find out how they're getting in and sealing the perimeter. Trapping is only for those that may be left inside. Once the perimeter was sealed, the trapping began, and Stanley's crew visited us regularly to inspect the traps. Also, if you want to get rid of any rodent droppings, Stanley's one of the few companies licensed to deal with the hazardous materials removal. His crew is very punctual, courteous, and helpful. His one year guarantee is great, and from my experience, Stanley is a man of his word. His word and reputation mean a lot to him, and I really respect that. I'd have no problems recommending him. He's the go to guy when conventional exterminators fail. So why waste your time with the conventional guys... get it taken care of right the first time. read more

After finding evidence of a rodent in my basement I called for an estimate and Daniel came promptly. He was personable and explained the plan easily. We toured the basement and the perimeter of my home. He showed me entry points and described how his team would sanitize the area, remove scat, plug up holes to keep the varmints away, and set traps. He described the price and the time involved. I needed more of a solution than just putting up weekly traps. We easily scheduled an appointment. The workers Sean and Angel arrived promptly on the workday. They were personable, courteous, and efficient. They vacuumed and sanitized the basement. In about 2.5 hours, they plugged holes, set up traps, and cleaned up. Sean showed me photos of all the areas in the basement and around the base of the house where mesh or foam was installed. They'll return in about 2 weeks to inspect traps and investigate the area. read more

I am deathly afraid of any and all animals with hairless tails. You might imagine the cries heard 'round the world when I woke up to the sound of RATS gnawing on wood above my bed. For all you that are considering rodent control/rodent solutions, hopefully this review helps you make an informed decision... I simply call it like I see it. Awhile back we had a squirrel nest in a section of our house where our 1st story roof butts up against our 2nd story. Called a couple of the highly rated Rodent Vendors on Yelp and went with Bay Area Rodent Solutions. That experience went very well, I recall that they showed up on time, provided consultation, explained their solution for our squirrel issue, emailed the estimate as well as the receipt once the work was completed as agreed. Problem solved... Stucco wall scaling squirrels gone! Then just a few weeks ago, the crafty squirrel punk crew were back - same exact spot. I called B.A.R.S. and they promptly set an appointment. Yesterday, Bryan M., one of B.A.R.S. Rodent Specialists, showed up for the inspection. It was clear that Bryan was some type of, "Rodent Ninja." He quickly and stealthy eradicated the squirrel nest (before they even knew what hit them) and confirmed the original barrier B.A.R.S. installed was not breached - which was a relief. But seeing that those little wall walking squirrel punks would probably try to shack up again in that same spot, Bryan put up another small barrier to prevent future squirrel squatting. Nice! Thanks to Bryan for his excellent inspection, eradication and squirrel prevention work! Although we were outside of our Warranty period, Bryan and B.A.R.S. kindly honored the warranty, which is truly appreciated!! It's clear Bay Area Rodent Solutions takes care of its customers and if we have any other rodent issues, I will be calling Bay Area Rodent Solutions & the Bryan, the "Rodent Ninja." Great service with Paula and Bryan! Bryan called about 30 mins to let me know if he was coming and came on time between his window time. He was extremely nice and went over the entire inspection with us. He pointed out the issues and recommended fixed. He was able to find some quick solutions for us and had the issue taken care of the same day. It was a quick fix and so far no special guests! Very reasonably priced and great service!!
