Friday, January 12, 2024 Ski Day: We were somewhat disappointed with Attitash, there were only a few trails open (less than 25%) and the ones that were open weren't groomed very good, they were very firm and icy. The trails that were closed looked like they hadn't been touched in weeks. There was no powder or moguls whatsoever so it was pretty boring. It looks like they're conserving resources and cutting labor costs. I hadn't skied there in decades and I thought I remembered it was a bigger area; it wasn't. It reminded a lot of Wachusett ski area, which for a 3-hour drive each way is A LOT (too much) of effort. There were hardly any people there, which is nice when you can ski right into the lift no lines. All in all it was a beautiful day, the views of Mt Washington are spectacular; and I got in a lot of runs, yawn :) read more

Review is for the 3 hour snowboarding lesson! For $75, it includes the lesson, rental and novice lift ticket, which is a steal. On a Saturday, my friend and I took the 10am snowboarding lesson with Joseph. The lesson started a wee bit late but also ran later which was helpful. We were started on a mini slope to learn board control then moved to the bunny hill to work on breaking before the instructor took some people up on the lift to work on breaking, turning and toe edging. From my experience, the instructor was great and made sure to give everyone 1:1 time and tips and tricks. He was motivational and taught the technique well. Def improved on using my toe edge after this lesson! read more

We came on 12/27/2022. Purchased four $100 ski lift passes and they didn't have the courtesy to tell us only one lift was open. We get our gear on and lo and behold that lift is stopped because of mechanical failure, now nothing is open! The only choice was to jump in the car and to go to the other parking lot and the Bear Peak, only to find that there was only 1 lift open there, and only 1 trail. Of course we checked the website the day before and it listed 8 trails open. The narrow Morning Star to Star Dancer trail quickly got overcrowded and extremely dangerous. This was the worst ski experience in 50 years of skiing. I have written to their guest services three times and have not gotten a single response. Nothing short of a refund would be satisfactory at this point. I warn against visiting this mountain. read more

I'd give 0 stars if I could. This review is for the actual village hotel. And when I say "hotel" I mean a bunch of rooms, incredibly rude staff, and NO working amenities. What's worse than charging you full price for a "hotel" when the following amenities are all out at the same time: 1. Outdoor hot tub 2. Indoor hot tub 3. Sauna 4. Steam Room 5. Probably more but I have lost track, is that they will insult you for booking their "hotel" for their amenities. The manager Dana told me I should not have booked for amenities and that I had no business being there in October because Attitash Mountain is a ski resort. So not only do they want customers to not care about amenities apparently they don't want any business outside of ski season. And don't even bother asking for a refund or money off your stay. This group trained in the 'what not to do' in hospitality management. read more

Again we're at Attitash to ski. What can I say other then it's a great visit over the Christmas break. Organized traffic flow, super nice staff everywhere and skiing with is "just right" again. There's a lot to like here... and little to complain about. So it's easy to grant 4 stars here. read more

We are here on vacation and of course had to do the famous alpine slides. We are a family of 3 with a 10 year old. We were given NO instructions at the top. My daughter fell out of her sled and was hurt. They have not safety check points anywhere including no staff at the bottom. My daughter was scared and hurt with no help. My thoughts on Attitash: 1) Stupid name. It sounds like something you would bring to a business meeting. "Draper, you forgot your attitash in Sterling's office." Apparently it actually means "blueberry" in Abenaki. Lame. 2) It was expensive. $55 for a half-day lift ticket. I had to get that kind, because the human body is not meant to fall down repeatedly for a full day. 3) I took a bad spill at one point and while I rested in the snow wondering why I wasn't somewhere warmer drinking a hot toddy, this little 7-year old raced by and yelled "woo-hoo!" I saw him later and had a snowball all packed to throw at his face, but then his parents came by. 4) The "greens" were a little difficult for a beginner. Keep in mind that I'm so bad that once when I was getting off a lift, I couldn't ski away fast enough and the lift hit me in the ass, which caused me to fall down and also take down one of my friends. 5) The trails were pretty icy. 6) No music on the slopes. 7) And the bar didn't look fun. read more

Like Nicole P, I spent New Year's in a cabin in Conway. Unlike Nicole P, I have skiied Attitash many a times, we have rented the cabin for the whole season, and I have a season pass to Attitash (a steal at just $600, no blackout days). What I love about Attitash: There is a variety of trails, and the mountain is fairly big. They have the "big guns," but also receive a lot of natural snow (especially this year!!). Their lodge has a spacious and nice bar area upstairs, but a no frills 1st floor. Oh, and they have two other lodges. I love the Abernacki lift because no one really knows about it. There's a shuttle from the parking area. They make it easy and cheap for beginners. They don't groom too much. It doesn't get all that crowded except during school vacations (read: it's not at all like Loon, that terrible terrible-ness of a crowded mountain). People are nice and not jerks. They have a half pipe (not open yet)! What I don't love: Ummmm... day tickets cost like $70, but that's pretty standard for a mountain of this size. Cafeteria food is mucho dinero (like $2.50 for a small Gatorade), but that's pretty standard too. Attitash is the largest, non-super-crowded mountain close to Boston... and well worth the 2.5 to 3 hour trip to get there. See you on the slopes! read more

BE VERY AWARE! When it is running in the summer, it's fun although it could be so much better. However, this is the 3rd time I have been in the last 2 years and at least part of the park was closed 2 of those times. Went there on 10/13/19 and the Mountain Coaster was closed for the season as were most of the other attractions. Alpine Slide was delayed "until it was dry", with no estimate given for timing. The baffling part is that they make no appropriation in the ticket prices based on what is open. Why would I pay full-ticket price for just the Alpine Slide when an hour of the day was already gone and they had no estimate on when the slide would open? How about a credit for no mountain coaster? NO and NO according to management. Poorly run. Poorly maintained and obviously a money-grab to keep the place afloat when it is not ski season. I won't be going back. Too bad, because when it is run correctly, it can be a good time. read more

This place is the most disgusting place I have ever needed to stay in. I came to New Hampshire for some hiking and zip lining, yet when I am about to go to sleep, I first check my bed for bed bugs. We are good there. Next I see the pillows and sheets which are riddled with hairs and the ceiling paint was slowly crusting off and onto the blanket. Not only were the beds terrible, the carpets are covered with dust and dirt, I might as well stand in tics and mud. Not only was this utterly disgusting and absolutely gross, the place smelled like rotten egg and mold. The AC unit was smelly and loud and did not even work. Everything about this place is just putrid. The workers who were behind the desk were so unhealthy and disgusting. I see three of them pick their noses and one of them ate a piece of mucus and kept typing on their computer keyboard. There are bugs everywhere and cricket sounds in the wall. There are probably termites in the walls biting at the wood while people are here waiting to be crushed or until the termites make up the majority of the structure! I walked down the stairs to the living room and there was a long spiderweb with a gigantic spider on it. Now to the poor design and structure. The ceilings are low and the walls are narrow and the stairs are small. I feel claustrophobic in this building. The lights also sometimes flickered! Are you kidding me? Faulty wiring? What time era are we in the 1800s? Now for a conclusion I want to make sure that the readers of this complaining review don't think I am some sort of sissy because I am not. I just compare what I am getting to what I am paying for. This place is unacceptable and should change immediately. read more

I went here for the first time after/during the unofficial blizzard of 2013. At first I couldn't believe my eyes: a slow-speed triple to the top? The first time I got in line I was in the singles line (come here often?) and I asked a group if they were 3....indeed they were so I joined them. Or at least I tried. The poor girl thought I was going to sit on her lap. It didn't occur to me that the lift was only a triple. Anyway, I quickly realized that the slow-speed triple was a good thing on a big Pow day because no one's doing 20 runs in knee-deep snow. It's fun, but also leg-burning. In other words, if the lift were faster, your day would be over that much quicker. I appreciated the slightly longer rests in between runs. If you can't understand this mentality, than you're a sad-sap eastern skier who has never had the good fortune (or good sense to drive up to North Conway before a blizzard) to catch a fresh foot of snow. Bear Peak has a high speed quad to the top, but the lines are longer. Also, the top was wind-swept and icy even after 15" of snow. So after a few runs I went back to Attitash. Overall, it was a great first day of the year for me. People were nice, and there were no New Yorkers who thought skiing was a full-contact sport. read more

Spent school vacation week here, while we skied Attitash. Great location. Staff very friendly. We rented one of the Studios, nicely appointed. Beds very comfortable, unit was nice and clean upon our arrival. As other guests have mentioned, walls are a little thin, but the quiet time after 10 was well respected. The grounds are a beautiful winter wonderland with lots to do from hikes, to fire pits, ice skating, outdoor and Indoor hot tubs which are well maintained. An indoor pool was a plus too! The restaurant was pretty basic, our food was cold when served, and not a broad menu. But the staff was friendly and as accommodating as they could be! Would definitely stay here again!!! read more

A fun little activity park with mountain water slides, a mountain coaster, splashpad and plenty of MTB to keep you entertained when you're not on the slopes. It's clean and there is plenty of parking. Don't forget to use the under pass rather than cross the road. :-) read more

This stay could have been great had we received the final room the first try. The original room that was given to usin building 1 looked like it had not been updated in 10+ years, it smelled bad and was just awful. We went back to guest service and explained our issues, there were also 3 other guest with the same complaint as I was at the front desk. We asked if there were other options, the said they had much better options in another building we asked to see it before we committed, we proceeded over to building 8 The room was much nicer, so we went back to accept this room and by the time we got back it was already reserved, you would think they would hold the room until we returned which was like 15min but I guess they don't think that far ahead. So they had to find another room after about 1/2 hour or so they finally found another room in building 10, so we booked this room at an additional charge but after wasting hours of my vacation it was worth it, until we got into the room and found not enough beds and the door to the bathroom was broken. We immediately called guest services which was a waste of time, they did absolutely nothing. I then proceeded to call Booking.com which I used to book the stay. After about an hour or so they were able to get me into a deluxe room but for an additional $150 and that was after they gave me 10% off ( thanks for nothing) at least Booking.com gave me a $25 credit. The new room was fantastic it was huge and very nice. The end result was very nice but it took too long to get there and the resort did nothing to help , I even wrote them 2 emails that they never responded too he sent the long review read more

Rode the Mountain Coaster, which was great, the water slides, and the Alpine Slide. The rides are all a lot of fun, but Attitash really needs to invest in updating the supporting infrastructure. In particular the lockers seem likely to have been installed in the '80s, and really need to be replaced. It's bad enough that they are over-priced and coin-operated (seriously, who carries change anymore?), but they are in such bad shape that they apparently malfunction regularly. We had to wait almost 20 minutes for someone to come fix one of ours when the key wouldn't come out after the money was put in. Don't get me wrong - 20 minutes is not that big a deal, but something as basic as the lockers should be kept in better condition. On a side note, if anyone from Attitash reads these, I would recommend that you consider designating one of the two Alpine slides as being for younger / other 'timid' riders. I literally had to pull back on the brake the entire way down because of a child two riders in front of me who was going at about walking pace. I realize that its not something that the resort has much control over, but it seriously detracts from the experience after waiting half an hour to ride in the first place. read more

We came to Attitash for a 1 day event. Although, the alpine slide was closed, we had a great time. We enjoyed the mountain coaster, air bag, trampolines, scenic view ride, and some other small activities. There were a zip tour and 2 water slides, we didn't go on it though (we wanted to swim back at the hotel). Lisa Woodbury was a pleasure to work with, she helped us with our group sales. She was prompt, helpful, and kind. I'm not rushing to go back but it was a fun one time experience for once in a few years kind of place. read more

Feb. 2016 Review - We used our Peak Pass and experienced the best snowboarding this abysmal season. We arrived 7:30 and scored front parking. We were at the lift for first tracks. Awesome trails, great job grooming and a great overall vibe. The main summit lift is super slow, 13-22 min. depending upon the stops but there are two high speed quads. We bought the adventure pass. We did the mountain coaster, which we all liked. We also did the alpine slide, which we also loved to and you get some greaat views on the way down. They offer 2 water slides, which we did not do. We did the slack line and the euro bungee. The rest of my family did the air bag jump. We also did the climbing wall. The pass also includes a ride on the gondola at Wildcat, but we did not go there. We also did the ski lift. The pricing was good, you save $5 a ticket if you purchase online. They have concessions, restrooms and free parking. read more

Attitash Mountain Resort is A-OK in the summer. It's pretty far out of the way for us, and it's not exactly cheap. The line just to get tickets was pretty long and slow. They had four ticket windows open, and they had someone coming down the line with tablets for you to read and sign the liability waivers before you got to the windows to buy your tickets. We waited about 20 minutes in line just to buy our tickets. We did the math and figured we needed to go on 3 rides to get our money's worth, so we bought the day passes. Alpine Slide: We spent 25 minutes waiting in line to get on the chair lift to ride the Alpine Slide. The chair lift took 7 minutes to take us up about 830 feet over 0.5 miles. The ride down was pretty long and fun. I was pulling on the brake most of the way to keep from hitting my son in front of me who was going really slow. I reached a max speed of like 10 mph, but it made for a nice 7 minute ride back down to the bottom. Mountain Coaster: As soon as we got off the Alpine Slide, my oldest son and I got in line for the Mountain Coaster. My wife got back in line for the Alpine Slide, and she got through the line, up the chairlift and back down the Alpine Slide again in the time my son and I were waiting for the Mountain Coaster. We waited in line 44 minutes. Then, the first 5 minutes were riding the coaster up to the top (290 feet up), followed by 2 min screaming down the hill at 20 mph, so it was really 49 minutes of waiting for a 2 minute ride. It was a lot faster than the Alpine Slide, and a lot shorter, too. It was a lot of fun. I really enjoyed the ride, but I would not wait in line Then we found we were out of time and my son had to get to work, so we ended up only doing 2 rides and didn't get our money's worth. It was fun, I'm glad we did it and had a new experience, but I don't think we'll go back. The wait times were just not worth the price of admission. read more

I don't ski, so this review is for their little summer, "we got to do this because we own a mountain and there's no damn snow" attraction and it's not good. There is a chairlift that goes to the top of the mountain which will give you a view of whatever you would see from the top of any other mountain. There are water slides which I don't do, a climbing wall that isn't a challenge and the Alpine Slides. There's not much else really. The Alpine Slides are fun, but the wait for them (and the climbing wall) is ridiculous. Then god forbid you get stuck by a kid (and there are a lot of them here) who is to afraid to go more than 3 feet per minute and you're in for the most annoying ride of your life. I literally have stopped it, gotten off, and switched to the other side in that situation. The first time there, when we bought tickets, I did the closest thing i ever had to a spit take, while drinking and laughing when I saw the sign that said $45. Yeah you read that right, 45 buckarinos to access a ski lift, climbing wall, and the slides with a few kiddie slides and a pool. For a dollar more I could go to Six Flags, it's 13 dollars more than Canobie and closes 4 hours before either of those places. We got the discounted tickets for the afternoon only, still a ripoff at 30 bucks for 3 hours and spent the majority of the time riding the lift up and standing in line behind those damned kids again. 3 hours there and we got 4 rides in during that time that must have equaled a whopping 10 minutes of actually doing anything fun. For anyone with brain damage, you can fork over $15 to ride the Alpine Slide, once. Yes, just once. The slides are fun when you actually get to them which is why it's not just one star. Off all the things I have been to in the White Mountains this thing is the biggest P.T Barnum, bring the suckers in and grab their money attraction I've seen on either side of the Kank. I'm almost ashamed it's in my state. Do yourself a favor and spend your money (and a lot less of it) on something Lost River or the Cog Railway if you want to get up to one of the higher peaks. There is nothing to do here but wait in lines and regret your decision for coming. read more

Very organized when ticket purchasing and renting gear. Pleasant staff. However, the grooming was terrible. Open "groomed" trails were just short of being ice skating quality ice. The labels for open and closed trails were terrible. The available trails are posted ridiculously high behind some plastic case with glare in the lodges and were not marked at the lifts. On the trails themselves, it was ambiguous... This resulted in my entering "closed" trails by accident as well as getting to the top of a lift... Only to find that my intended trail was only partially open or not open. It would also be nice if they provided a shuttle to their sister site at Wildcat as the pass allows for skiing at both. read more

Attitash is such a great mountain no matter what time of year. I learned how to ski here and it definitely is challenging..but fun. The views from the summit are amazing its just so pretty. There's so much to do during the summer as well. They have a somewhat new mountain coaster, apline slides, water slides, outdoor festivals, biking..just about everything for any age. Attitsash is great for families or just to go with friends, no matter who you go with you will be sure to have a fun time. read more

We like coming to Attitash Mountain Resort so much that I bought Summer season passes for my family. We come up for a week each year as well as on various other weekends throughout the season so it's worth it. Mountain Coaster: It's fun for those who are a bit afraid of the mountain slide as you can't get hurt. The coaster is attached to the slide and it can't come off making it safe for riders not wanting the experience of the mountain slides. Mountain Slide: These are awesome in my opinion. It's old school fun in that you can get hurt if you don't heed the warnings to slow down when they tell you to. If you go too fast and don't corner correctly...you'll flip and slide on the track and get Attitash Rash! The element of danger coupled with you being in complete control of your ride is what makes it fun. You just need to be aware of the slower riders in front of you so as not to bump them which is easy if you'r paying attention. I advise testing your brakes early up the hill as some carts brake better than others. Rock Wall: We did it a couple of times. It's a pretty easy wall for those with any experience but fun for little kids. Bungee Jumper: My daughter likes to do it. She has fun once or twice doing it each season. The Air Bag Jump: I'm not a fan but that's just me. Plenty of people had fun doing it over and over. Water Slide On Mats: So so in my opinion. Quick ride not worth the effort of walking up the hill. Water Tubing: This was awesome. The trick is to go down with three people on the three person tube. You fly. It's a blast. We spent a few hours here over the course of the week. They let you go down backwards as well which is fun. Zip Lining: We did it this year for the second time. It's not included in the Summer Season Pass which is understandable. It's worth the money in my opinion as we had a blast once again. Down Hill Mountain Biking: I'm an avid mountain biker and have been for years. I look forward to doing downhill at Attitash every year as it's fun. We stay at the Attitash Grand Summit which is right on the sister mountain to Attitash, Bear Peak. If you look at the trail map on Attitash's website, it shows downhill trails on Attitash as well as Bear Peak. For me, it's convenient to ride out the door of the Attitash Grand Summit over to the lift at Bear Peak so that I can go up the quad and then cut across the mountain over to Attitash. When I tried doing that on the first day of our stay this year, the lift operator at Bear Peak said "no way" as "it's only allowed on days that they have down hill mountain bike races". Mind you, I had my season pass bracelet on. I then rode my bike up across the mountain and made my way over to the mountain side houses and wound up on the road past the railroad crossing on 302 and rode the road over to Attitash. Did it kill me? Nah. Was it an inconvenience that caused me to loose a couple of runs that day? Yep. Should there be a map on their website that shows downhill biking on Bear with a lift if there isn't? Nope. Let me say that Nate in the bike shop seems like a great guy with a good vision for where he wants down hill mountain biking to grow on Attitash. They're doing some great work. Overall my experience here at Attitash was a great one and I can't wait to go back next year....! read more

Just about everything about Attitash is pretty awesome! The only thing I don't like is that they changed the rules on the euro bungee. I'm over 20 years old so I'm not allowed to do flips, last year I was allowed to do flips but this year apparently the rule has changed. So that's why I'm deducting two stars. I signed the waiver, so not sure that spending any money on the euro bungee is any good now, I can jump on trampolines all over the place. The only point of doing these is to be able to do the flips and jump superhigh. Otherwise I love the Alpine slide and the other activities here. read more

Not worth the price. They got rid of the kiddie pool/ splash pad, and put in a boring playground. We had a 2 yr old with us thinking she could play there with one adult while the other adults went on rides. She spent the day in the carriage. The lines are too long so you only get a couple of rides. Very dissatisfied. Attitash has a lot of nerve charging what they charge. View from Bear peak isn't as good. read more

I've been to Attitash so many times over the years with my family. As I type this, I'm in a lovely condo at Attitash enjoying their fall views. Condos/housing is a little dated (think 1980 updated in 1995-8 or so) but it's clean and nice. The trails were plentiful and provide enough variety for those who have been skiing for a while and those who haven't. Except if they can't get out of the way of the chairlift apparently... And I'll admit I've been wacked many a time by a chairlift but I won't hate on the ski area for it. Attitash is nice because it doesn't really cater to the people who can't ski. I like Shawnee Peak or Blue Hills or Nashoba Valley with my newbie skier friends. read more

I first skied Sunday River (Wow), I took lessons at Wildcat (fun with killer views of Tuckerman's), etc.. etc. If you have people newer to boarding or skiing (or kids), head to the Attitash side. All trails lead to the two base lodges. Parking is safe because you use the tunnel (please use the tunnel! Rt 302 can be icy and cars can't stop as fast as we wish they could). Been skiing awhile? Head to Bear Peak. Heck just keep moving back and forth to stay ahead from the pack. It's kinda fun. Want to scare yourself a little bit? Sharpen your edges and take Kachina when it's been icy... Wooo! it turns into rollers futher down so your legs can recover as you take the 'couch' (comfy kinda slow lift). What's awesome is the assortment of people. Have a Bloody Mary at the Attitash upstairs bar... on a sunny day watching people slide. I'll be waving at ya, smiling a goofy grin. read more

Spent a week here with the wife and kids. Had a time share some friend of our allowed us to use with an option to buy. The room were clean and the unit we had was three floors with adjoining doors. Our unit had three queens beds two pullout couches and I think they called convertible beds. The bed that comes flipping out the wall. The pull out sofas were not comfortable. Extremely thin mats but I guess it was ok for the kids. Dishwasher in unit, washer and dryer unit. Because we had three units in one in the time share we got three and half baths. One of the baths having the best jacuzzi bath tubs I've been in. The building was very clean, but some of the furniture and the outside of the buildings seems outdated. Our friends have had this timeshare for forever. They say they are slowing trying to update slowly. The front desk was very helpful and polite. They have a great indoor pool, which we spent a ton of time in. They have an outdoor, which looked great but we prefer the indoor. There was a sauna but didn't get to use it. Game room needs a little updating at well. Games are in need of maybe some maintenance. But arcade games are had to come by anyway. But the kids enjoyed it. Gave us something else to do. We were planning to take the Conway train in but with our little ones it wasn't something we could accomplish. But there is a stop right there at the resort. Didn't get a chance to eat at the restaurant there called MattyB's but didn't like how they closed at 9. Did enjoy the remoteness of the resort. Bring your off cuz the mosquitoes out there are treacherous. They have a place where you are able to borrow spirting equipment like balls and tennis rackets for the course. They have hiking trails and a fishing pond right on the site. And across the street a while entertainment area with zip lines slides and some other things. Again we didn't do that stuff cuz of the kids but something to consider about purchasing a time share. read more

Never again. After years of enjoying the alpine slide, I will not be returning. I came on a not-so-busy Thursday in July. There wasn't much of a line at all. After about ten minutes, I realizes that the line wasn't moving.....at all! In addition, three out of every chair was empty and only one out of five had people in it. One out of five was used to carry the carts. In past years, they would alternate carts and people, filling every chair. So what was the problem? One employee revealed to me that only about 70 of the 260 carts are operational. Wait, what? This place isn't cheap. They charge $45 for the all-day pass. We were only able to get three runs (about 24 minutes of actual riding time) in four hours before we got tired of standing in line. Luckily, the weather was cool. If it hadn't been, I would have quit sooner. It's just not worth it, especially for a large family. read more

The ski lifts need a major overhaul. Compared to other mountains in the area it feels like I went back in time 25 years. The mountain itself provides a variety of levels of trails and 2 peaks which kept us challenged for a decent half day of skiing. The lodge has a restaurant on the 2nd floor which had a live band and a full bar with waitstaff although finding a table was every man for himself. Much to our displeasure we found 90% of the tables were reserved by people not even skiing, just camped out for the day to save the table for their friends and family who were on the mountain. I wish these people would camp out in the general lodge area and not take up valuable dining space. On a clear day there's a beautiful view of the peak of Mount Washington and a 2 story observation deck if you're brave enough to tackle the staircase in ski boots! read more

Booked this vacation through RCI and stayed in the Cathedral Trail #14. Not anywhere near as expected. The lodge is so outdated, with a very scary spiral staircase not up to code, and bunk beds which are positioned at the top near the staircase. If any young child rolled over they would drop into the staircase. The basement was smelly and damp. The bathrooms were not very clean and the entire place is obviously not well maintained. The location was great, too bad the accommodations were not up to par. This particular lodge is not even a "1 star" but I had to give it something. Sorry Bill and Dianna but if you're making a killing on this place, then maybe it's time to fix it up! read more

My fiancé and I went on the Zip Tour ($70 pp) which was fun since neither of us have went ziplining before, but I wish they were able to take photos of you on the actual zipline that you could purchase afterwards. They offer Go Pro cameras for rental, which is not what we wanted. Most of the staff was friendly but some completely lacked customer service skills, like the young employees who strapped us in on our 2nd zipline and basically ignored us as they continued to gossip the entire time we waited for the other two zipliners in front of us to finish and get to the other side. In any case, views are great as you're ziplining through the mountains, especially during foliage. The other activities in the park were very kiddish but we went to them anyway. The alpine slide and mountain coaster were actually fun for an adult to try. Obviously they are proven to be safe but I didn't feel entirely stable on either since they seem to be older rides. The airbag jump is fun for both adults and kids who can actually do it correctly and not land on their face like me; my fiancé enjoyed it though. read more

So the zipline is super fun, totally would give more stars if that's the only thing we did AND if it wasn't so expensive at $70 per person. If we could have done the zipline twice or more, I could understand the price. But you know what? It was my first time on a zipline and it was super fricking fun, so I'm cool with it. The chairlift ride up to the top is stunning, don't forget to turn around and look behind you. The rest of the park is alright, but I disappointingly learned you can't go on the water slide with shorts, only with a bathing suit. The alpine slide was fun but the the slide I chose seemed very slow compared to the other. Not sure if it just needs a waxing or what, but if you go in the near future, go on the left side. Mountain coaster was fun too, happy I did it. read more

Attitash Mountain reminds me of an old Caucasian rapper, white, icy, and ungroomed. Going down the mountain I kept singing the song in my head "Ice, Ice, baby... Ding, ding, ding, ding, digga, ding ding." After all the snow we have had in NE I expected this to be a great time on the mountain... I was wrong, the mountain was ungroomed and full of ice. At one point my snowboard went in about 3 feet of snow. Now I was tempted to give Atitash Mountain 1 or 2 stars but I did actually have fun on the mountain. There are two mountains and a good amount of trails, even though its like cross country snowboarding to get from one mountain to the other (You will be better off taking off you board and walking). And i guess its a good mountain for boarder who want to start boarding off trail cause i swear parts of the mountain felt like i wasnt supposed to be there. read more

After the wonderful week of snow we've had in New England, Attitash sure let me down! The top of Attatish and Bear Peak were pretty icy. I was expecting much better. About halfway down, the snow was good. Most of the lifts were pretty slow too. The quad to the top of Bear Peak was probably the best one. I wouldn't recommend this place for a beginner, it's a little steep. It costs $55 for a half day. If you choose to ski here, I recommend parking at Bear Peak, it was easy to get in and easy to get out! Short walk to the lodge. The lodge didn't seem too crowded. I brought my own lunch, so I can't comment on the food. read more
