Everyone in my crew had an amazing time the hour went by super quick, so if you are in adventure, lover, I would suggest that you do the two hour tour. Things to know before you go number one bring cash. There is a $30 interest fee that you do not get back. There is also a $100 deposit required when you do the rental the hour tour cost $100 and the two hour tour cost $250 if you don't feel comfortable bringing that amount of cash with you I suggest that you purchase your tickets online and that way you have a guaranteed spot and you only need the money for the entrance fee, and the deductible that you receive back as long as you don't Break their ATVs we had an amazing time. Make sure you bring your goggles and a face mask because there is a lot of dirt and mud and at certain points it is very difficult to see.

Employee ( guide ) of 21 years old was screaming and cursing at a 13-year-old boy because he accidentally (barely) bumped the back of another ATV . Employee (guide) gets off screaming with curse words told him to get the F ** off and to start walking back .. I mean it was terrible the way they treated the kid and customers . You pay for 1 hour ride but since crazy employee is mad so they cut it short to 30 minutes but still charged you an hr . The owner will charge you for things on the ATVs that were already damaged previously there's no way to prove it was already there since you receive the ATVs already damaged and all dirty . All they care is about money and how to take more out of you . The owners there just didn't care how we were treated. They ruined our experience. The ride around was just dirt nothing else just did circles in the same area Nothing exciting. I never leave bad reviews , but this was unacceptable. I will never recommend it. I'll never go there again. The park is dirty the water is dirty . When you call they never answer and if they do, they hang up on you I mean, I could keep going, but this sums it up.

We did and were directed straight to the location. There are two ATV rental places that operate at this location. When you walk up, there are two windows. Pay attention. Bring cash because they DO NOT TAKE CARDS! We paid for the remainder of our balance, got on our rides and we were off. Don't pass your guide and please flip the ATV. They take your license at the beginning and won't give it back until you come back from your ride without damage. The lady said you have to pay before they return your license so there is no telling what that would be. You go through water, sand, mud, ramps, and a lot of other obstacles. You will love it! I reached out asking if they think it will be ok still to drive in that condition, and their response was I should take caution as it gets muddy quick and the park's river may swell. Since it's my first time ever, that was a little scary to hear. Well, the flash flood warning was still in effect the afternoon before the event, so I asked if it would be ok to cancel since I don't want to put anyone at risk. They said they have a strict 50% no refund policy 14 days before the event. I asked if this is still the case with a possible natural disaster. I would literally have to wait until the morning of to see whether I can still throw this birthday party or not, or to try to put something together last minute. They thought it was fair to charge me $150 for cancellation. If they incurred a loss, I'd understand. I'll have to disagree with them charging me since booking only one week in advance and having a flood warning advisory, I doubt they lost any money due to not renting it out to another potential client. I'd like to think I'm a pretty fair person, but in this case, I would say I highly disagree with how they handled this situation and wanted to make a quick buck. I couldn't even get anyone on the phone the 3 times I called! Needless to say, I originally had high hopes to rent from them in summer, but will definitely not be dealing with this company again.
