My chicken and beef enchiladas were not worth eating--I stuck with the guac and chips and let my husband have them. My husband got the lobster enchilada which he liked but I thought was weird. This is not "authentic" Mexican food. Anyone who calls it that probably just A) likes the food here and B) has heard other people use the phrase and wants to sound smart and cultured. This is American "Mexican" food.
