The location of this hotel worked perfectly. Room had wonderful views of the water. My experience going a tidy, bright room. The rooms are located on the top several plus floors and the check in is in the lobby of this shared space building. I did not have breakfast or otherwise utilize the hotel other than a place to stay for one night.

2 thumbs up. if you're visiting vancouver i would recommend the auberge. shower pressure was just right. room was clean and no hidden stains. the lobby looked really fancy. overall i would recommend this hotel. it was definitely nice and i loved how they had a fridge and a kitchen sink. which helps when two people are trying to get ready at the same time. staff are friendly and nice. tips: *After 3 minutes using the blow dryer it overheat and dies. *Free breakfast. *Has a fitness center. *Super close to 2 Starbucks. *There always a security guard near the entrance. *They can exchange currency for you. *Big spacious room. Gives free wifi. *$36 cad a night to park your car. *There's a microwave, sink, fridge. *Provide two free bottled water daily if they clean your room. *Bathroom has a vent. *Kinda hard to spot it on the streets. Small sign. *provides umbrella in the closet *free wifi

We had a great stay and this place is pretty central to everything. The parking is a little confusing however

Two stars for location and a very basic breakfast service, but be aware that this hotel is in need of some serious maintenance. Very slow drains in the shower, water damage on walls, carpets worn bare and they could not shut off the neighbor's smoke alarm in the early morning hours. At their going rates($300 night) you'd expect better. Would not stay here again.

Light in bathroom. Fixture is falling off and it's really just a hole in the ceiling.

I'm quite disappointed in our stay here. The Auberge Vancouver turns out to just be a few floors rented out in the Terminal City Club. Although it is billed as a luxury hotel, as other Auberges are, this is not in good shape. The light fixture in the bathroom is a hole in the ceiling and falling off. The toilet paper holder is loose and angled down. The television service they use is a residential cable box in which most channels are not available. The bed is one of the most uncomfortable I've had in quite some time. In most power outlets, only one of 2 plugs work, so to plug in a phone charger, you have to unplug a light. This is not what I would expect for a $300+ night room, this is what I would expect for $70. I'm quite disappointed and definitely would not recommend staying here.

The Le Labo products were a nice touch, and everything from the towels, robes, slippers, and bedding felt luxe and high end. These beds and pillows were some of the best hotel beds/pillows I've ever slept on. We all slept so well! We also ordered room service for breakfast and everything was so good, with reasonable room service prices for the amount you get. Didn't use the gym, but it's recently renovated and beautiful. They provide iced water infused with electrolytes and there are even Pilates machines! There's also a heated rooftop outdoor pool that we didn't have time to take advantage of too. Not only is this hotel amazing, but it's in a prime location to everything - especially if you're a first time visitor to Vancouver. It's super easy to hop on the shuttle to the suspension bridge, or take a sea boat or hop on the subway to/from the airport. It's also walking distance to Gastown, Robson Street, Stanley Park and the Seawall. Highly recommend this hotel if you're in the city!

Staff service here is above the level we typically experience so kudos to the hotel and as it seems everyone is trained and empowered to serve the customer. Bell stand managed our bags while we explored the city. Front desk was great to call us when our room was ready and the wait staff at Kendricks was perfect. Nice recovery on a food miss and all smiles and a can do. Suite is very large with everything we need. Love the Nespresso and the human size tub!! Location is great if you are a downtown person. Near the stadium and Yaletown. Cruise and convention center are not far. Tons of food and drink options to suit any taste or spend. Metro downtown stop is about 5-7 minute walk which connects to the airport or waterfront or wherever. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

A one-bedroom signature suite at L'Hermitage was significantly less than a regular room at the Pan Pacific and the Rosewood so I booked 3 nights ($625CAD/night). I got off the Silver Moon at 9:45am, handed my luggage off to a representative from Luggage Forward, and walked from the cruise terminal up to the hotel. My room wasn't ready, so I dropped off my carry-on and backpack and went shopping and to have lunch. I was still on my way to CF Pacific Centre when the front desk called, informing me my room was ready. I told them I'd return after lunch. Wow, I loved my room (707)! As you entered through a short hallway, you found yourself looking at a full kitchen to your right, bathroom to your left and then the bedroom, past a closet housing a stack washer/dryer. The living room was bright and airy because there were walls of glass. Past the kitchen was a den with a desk and sofa. Off the living room was a small lanai overlooking the pool. The kitchen featured a gas range, full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. It was like a timeshare unit, not a hotel room, as there was tableware, glassware, etc. The only nitpick was the bathroom; it didn't quite measure up to the rest of the unit. It was small, with a full-sized glass-enclosed tub, a Toto (but without the washlet) toilet, and a small vanity and shelf unit opposite the vanity. It was totally functional, but I wished the tub had a shower wand, not just the rain head. If I could, I'd want this room moved to Hawaii to become my residence. The front desk staff were personable and friendly. The exercise facilities were fine. The L'Orangerie restaurant is located on the 5th floor ... more on that in a separate review.
