I like their flat breads. My favorite is the chicken caprese It comes with a green sauce that's delicious. We didn't wait long at all despite it being busy maybe 10 min max. The gentleman taking our order just smiled at us when it was our turn to order. I understand the language barrier but say "hi how can I help." He also seemed timid giving us our total. Didn't talk much. I like aubergine so I would come back. It is pricey but you have to account for all the fresh ingredients. We spent $30 for two meals no drink.

    MAC'N CHEESE TRI-TIP PLATE

I ordered the Mac and Cheese Tri Tip plate to go for lunch today thinking I was about to experience stellar comfort food. What I got was a lukewarm identity crisis on a biodegradable tray. The mac and cheese tasted like it had big dreams once, maybe wanted to go to culinary school, but ended up in a motivational seminar instead. The tri tip was fine, in the same way your girlfriend is "fine."

Ordered inside for takeout. Took about 10-15 minutes to get our food. I got the coconut curry chicken. Pretty good, I wish the coconut curry was a tad sweater but that's just preference. Overall it was pretty good. It came with a cheesy bread. I could've downed like 10 of em. A bit expensive but the ingredients were fresh.

This was my first time at this particular location. I love how bright, modern, and clean it looks, as well as the outdoor seating that is perfect for a sunset dinner. Aubergine had some new items since the last time I had been in, and everything was delicious as usual. The staff was helpful as well. I will definitely be back to this location in the future.

    PASSION SALAD

Salad was okay, the tofu was good and the avocado was beautiful. The smoothie was pretty good too, the cheese bread always a win. The service was polite, the restaurant was clean.

Holy cow this place is popular for lunch! The wait wasn't long despite the restaurant and parking lot being packed which was awesome. I'm doing a paleo diet right now and saw online that they have a paleo bowl. I didn't see it on the menu when I walked in but I asked and they knew what I was talking about. It was nice to have the fun of going out to lunch with a friend even though I'm on this intense diet. I loved the chicken avocado and (not spicy ) jalapeño dressing. It really helped me get through eating all those veggies. The guy helping me was so nice too. What a great experience! (My friend got the coconut curry and said it was bland!)

We have been to Aubergine several times in Draper now, including another location in Riverton. We enjoy eating here because it's a fresher, healthier alternative with plenty of options to choose from. My wife ordered the protein avocado crisp salad, which comes with the cilantro jalapeño dressing and a lot of fresh ingredients. The dressing is delicious! I ordered the steak melt on pita, which came with a side of the dressing for dipping and has tri tip. It was also delicious. But what keeps us coming back is the cheesebread! Similar to what you'd get at a Brazilian steakhouse, these are addicting! We also love their assortments of fresh limeade and herbal teas. There have been a few trips where the food has been hit or miss, otherwise it would be 5-stars when it's as good as it gets.

They all were so good that we couldn't agree on a favorite. Breakfast burrito and ube pancakes for mains. The burrito was STUFFED with delicious chorizo, cheese, egg, and veggies. Wrapped in a super large tortilla then grilled for crispy exterior. Served with a fantastic salsa with hints chipotle heat. Great flavor but not so much that it buries the flavor. The ube pancakes were also incredible. Four large, lightly crisped cakes topped with ube whipped cream, blueberries, blueberry syrup drizzle, and a mint sprig. First bite was so good that I didn't talk for at least five minutes, so I could shovel in more and more. They came with a side of syrup, but it was definitely not needed. I'll certainly be back to try more menu items, but it'll be hard to resist temptation of the burrito. If you've eaten here before, it's probably time to go back - if you've never been here, it's time to go... now!

A well located, nicely designed space in the heart of Draper with a menu creative enough to make you want to come back and work your way through it. The execution on my first visit, however, did not quite match the ambition. First practical tip: join the waitlist before you leave home. This place is consistently busy on weekends and walking in cold means a long wait before you even sit down. We sat outside, which would have been great had the service kept up. It did not. Our waitress was largely absent and at one point I had to physically stand up and flag her down to get attention. That should never happen regardless of how busy the floor is. The Birria Hash was too greasy, the quesadilla spared on cheese, and the consommé arrived cold. The biscuits were fine, nothing more. Three stars for now, the menu is interesting enough that I am willing to give it another visit, the potential is there.

We go in, I ask for an Almond Croissant, expecting the size you see at other places, then inquire about something like ham and cheese, yep, so asked for one, and a Cappuccino. It'd be a few minutes for the ham and cheese, but they box up my wife's two slices of bread and my other croissant and we wait. Heading for the freeway I open the bag and start on my savory croissant. A half hour later and I ask for the Almost Croissant. "OMG... They are too pretty to eat, I have to take a picture first!" She hands me the largest Almond Croissant I have ever seen! The flavor was as imlressive as the size. Next time we are n the area, we are definitely going back, but I'll only get the Almond Croissant, it's all I'll need!

Ok, the desserts, two of the chocolate decadence cakes, a cheesecake with fruit garnish, a dark chocolate hazelnut mousse something and a raspberry eclair. The chocolate decadence was death by chocolate! Super rich but really deep chocolate flavor. The dark chocolate hazelnut mousse cake was light and pleasantly sweet. Cheesecake was as described, nothing amazing there. And the raspberry eclair was a little sweaty and soggy? Maybe end of the day stuff, not sure, but that was the only negative. We'll be back next time we're town.
