I took my phone here and after they fixed the screen, the brightness adapter kept going dark and I kept having to go to the display settings and make it brighter so I could see better. I finally gave up and turned off the adaptive brightness. Also, each time I use the camera it becomes blurry and it just hasn't been the same since I took it in. I agree with another reviewer on Google that they take it apart and take the best parts of your phone and replace it with cheap parts. I'm pretty sure that's what happened with mine. I can't remember how much it cost me. I just remember that it was a lot and that the tax made the price much higher. Batteries Plus Phone Repair cost $100 more, which is why I didn't take it there. Had to go back three or four times after they replaced the screen on my iPhone mini because it didn't work right ...however, eventually they put in a higher quality part and worked well. I would just suggest the business owner to use higher quality parts from the beginning, so people don't have to keep comingback back-and-forth. I can't even give a rating on this place because they're a rip off! My husband took his phone in twice to fix the screen, and after a week it turned blue and heated up. Took it to the Apple Store and they said it wasn't fixed correctly. After paying this place $800 I went back and he told me it was my problem and I probably broke it twice. Apple said that they are false advertising that they are an apple fix it place and they are not using real screens. They put on my phone is a third market maybe from China. While I was in there, he just wanted to argue and get loud. I called the police filed a report against his business because $800 is not a small amount. I took my phone to Apple. I had to replace my phone because when he took the screen off, he broke the springs inside. It might be a cheap place to fix it, but that's just it. It's not a core care. They had bad customer service. I didn't appreciate getting yelled at when he said you don't know what your husband does with this phone. The owner was very beyond rude. Wanted me to pay another $300 to fix it lol The Police said that they have complains them. But you have to take them to small claims in order for anything to happen. But I'm not surprised. I don't feel they were truthful in what they were doing in installing a battery in my iphone 12 Pro. When they gave me a price and I hesitated, it was immediately dropped by $25. They replaced the battery of my iPhone 12 Pro but wouldn't give me any details about the battery or warranty and kept telling me to ignore the "battery not recognized" message on the phone. Every time I called about it I was told to give it at least 2 weeks to resolve. I finally did not accept anything other than a full refund. I went to the store ready to do a sit in protest if they wouldn't make it right. it was obvious that they knew I wiuldnt take a "no" answer and refunded the amount. Called about getting the screen replaced on my brand new iPhone 15 pro max. The corner of the screen went black and I thought I'd need a new screen. The person who helped me was incredibly honest and instead of trying to sell me on a new screen told me I could take it to the Apple Store for warranty. Went in for a screen fix for iPhone 8. The screen in question was thoroughly destroyed. The proprietor quoted me $149 and 30 minutes. She repaired the screen flawlessly in 30 minutes. The phone works perfectly now. I was charged $189 tax included and realize she charged me $25 for a screen protector. Not the best price in town for that. Also chose not to get a phone case there because the way were exorbitantly over priced. However, the service was 5 star work. Going back for battery replacement as long as the price is right. My friend went took his phone to get fixed after the screen had broke. They said it would be 400 to fix the screen so he told them to hold onto it so he can figure out a plan and get back to them. They fixed it anyways and he did not have the money. There was no paperwork or anything signed to give permission to fix it. Anyways now he has a phone with no screen and has to go some where else. Horrible service. Overpriced. Nothing in the store has prices on it. I needed a simple screen repair on my iPhone 8 regular. Was told $175.00. I said "last place charged only $80! She said "$145". I said $80. She said $99? I told her I felt like I was at the auction. Phone screen was replaced & when I got back, employee said "I should put on a screen saver", so I said ok. She put it on in less than 1 minute. She charged me a total of $140.00!!! I said we agreed on $99(which we had). I was told it's for the screen protector too!... $40 for a screen protector!!! I had to go back to them 3 times & finally had to call the scheister owner. He was VERY RUDE to me and said if I didn't like it, they have the right to refuse service! Sure I said(after I was fleeced)!!! The girl put on a new screen protector, because the first one kept peeling off!
