I came in with a screen glitch on my iPhone. This was stressful for me as my medical device is fully controlled from my phone. (Before anyone comes at me, yes I have backup options, they just are not as effective.) The young man quoted me and told me to come back in a couple hours. I expressed my concern with it controlling my medical device and he told me he would get it done ASAP. I sat in the shop and read my book while the shop kitty slept in my lap. What I witnessed over the next hour was impressive to say the least. He was the only employee. Person after person poured into the shop. One after the other he took the time to address what they needed and was polite and patient with them even when the person did not deserve it. He finished my replacement in an hour. An hour, that's it. In that hour not only did he replace my screen beautifully, he answered the phone, assisted customers with finding products, assisted customers with their phone issues, and answered customer questions. This young man did the job of at least four employees. I regret that I did not catch his name. If the business sees this review, I was there on 6/25/26 from 4pm-5pm. If anyone from that date and time leave a poor review on the business, please feel free to assume they are the customers that did not deserve this young man's patience or politeness. This means that an employee who is cashiering has to break away from what they're doing to come over and do returns. This often results in lengthy delays. Instead of getting instant service like we had before, I had to wait for almost 10 minutes to return my package today because they were understaffed. This has happened several times and each time is worse. Not the employees fault, but the management. Fix this problem immediately or we will all stop coming to your staples store for Amazon return returns.
