Took over an hour. When I came back to pick it up, the home button didn't work. He tried to make it seem like I had brought it in like that but I told him that everything was working fine aside from the screen being cracked. He then took it back to try and "fix" and said it would be another 15-20 mins. Came back and the button still was working right. Then he tried to replace the button with an after market button. Same result. Long story short, the screen isn't working properly now(certain parts of screen not responding to touch) and the button works off and on and you have to press it super hard.
