I have come to this place a few different times for the phones that I have had. And they always do an exceptional job of either having what I need in store or they will order it for me. If it is a face plate that I need or the port needing to be replaced. I've never had any complaints about their service. They constantly update me, they inform me if there's going to be any delays as far as any shipping. If the product is not in store and the prices are very Reasonable. DO NOT COME HERE I had my iPhone screen replaced here just two days ago, and today the screen completely stopped working. When I called to explain the issue, I expected them to stand behind their work and repair it free of charge. Instead, I was met with some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. After I sent them a photo of the screen, they immediately blamed me, told me it was my fault, and even said they were "not a magician" and refused to fix it under warranty. There was no attempt to troubleshoot the issue or stand behind their own work. I ended up taking my phone to another repair shop for a second opinion. They told me the screen had been installed incorrectly, which explained the problems I was having. They also told me the replacement screen appeared to be an extremely low-quality part and commented that many reputable repair shops won't even use parts like that because they're known to cause problems. Between the poor workmanship, the apparent low-quality parts, and the unbelievably rude customer service, this was one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a business. Instead of taking responsibility for what appears to have been an improper installation, they blamed the customer and refused to make it right. The place is sketchy, kinda dirty inside and when I got my iPad back it had glue all over it and covered with finder prints. I called them out and said I wasn't taking my iPad back in that condition. They begrudging cleaned it. Very unprofessional. Basically it seems they couldn't care less. Avoid. read more

Wish I could give it zero starts I brought my daughters phone in to get fixed last week the screen is literally falling off of the phone as you can see and will light up but won't charge the employee tried telling me there's something wrong with my battery but they didn't tell me anything when I brought it in I asked to speak to the manager and didn't want to talk to him because he kept talking over me and repeating himself when I was in the phone with him he still kept talking over and I had to tell him 4x im talking to the manager not you then he hung up the phone on the manager and said he's not helping me because I said they didn't give me a physical receipt and asked him to look it up he walked to the back and thought he was stealing my phone because he didn't say anything and then came out laughing when I told him he can't just steal my phone very unprofessional and rude called the store and manager answered and said he's the owner he can do that very sketchy!!!! read more

Good screen replacement good pricing and fast service!!! I def recommend if you need a new screen!

So I like barely got my iPhone 14 Pro Max wet while paddling & I got the green screen of death, so I put my phone in a bowl of rice for 3 days & it literally didn't do anything. So then I let my phone dry out the old fashioned way for 4 days & took it to an apple retailer & was quoted $480 for an oled screen from Apple i started calling around & this was the best price I could find for an oled screen ($270 after tax) the guy installed it in 30 mins & my phone was working again!! Unfortunately my phone knows the screen isn't from Apple & wont do Face ID anymore but I'm just so glad that I didn't have to get a whole new phone because I didn't get apple care on this phone. and I just have to say if it wasn't for the business owner being such a kind and genuine man I could honestly say that the business would not last without him. I had a couple issues and every time he accompanied my issues. being that I am also a manager I understand that there are policies, restrictions, and simply not wanting to be walked all over so being that the first time there was a source of miscommunication on my end and I didn't get it clarified in time that I did take a trip that led to me not getting my phone fixed but getting the policy reviewed with me from the business owner and understanding what the policy was I was more than respectful and understanding about it as the week went by my phone did starts a black out and I decided to go ahead and get the screen fixed it and I am not a shady person so if the business owner wanted to check the cameras to make sure that the phone really had a black spot in it that would've been totally fine with me because after speaking with him I knew he was not there today and knowing that he did not have any knowledge of the situation and they were employees filling in for him so they weren't too sure either. I wrote a yelp review out of anger because as a professional, working any kind of job there is just certain ways and things you say to customers and I felt like they came off very rude and instead of just saying I'm not sure do you want to wait until another time so someone else can assist you they just basically went off of what they thought was right which in some circumstances I understand but it also makes it unpleasant on my end but the business owner was really kind and understanding and fixed whole situation! so I appreciate him working out the situation! and also the screens that they give are very reliable and if I wasn't such a klutz I probably would've never cracked the screen because there were no other problems so definitely recommend this business. BEWARE! We took our daughter's phone to have the screen repair, it took them almost 3-hours to get the phone back to us and when we picked it up, the home button was not working and the phone can't connect to the bluetooth and WIFI, when we addressed the issues with the tech, his excused was that the phone was already defective when we brought it in. We explained that the only issue with the phone at the time we dropped it off was the crack screen. The tech was so persistent the issues was pre-existing. Rather than arguing back and forth, I wanted to write this review the make people aware to always check your phone prior to handing it to the TECH and confirm that everything works so they can't make up an excused when they damage your phone. So, PLEASE BEWARE of how these people conduct business and protect yourself... Our mistake for not confirming prior to handing the phone will be lesson learned and we hope to spread our experience with A Plus Phone with everyone.
