They are laser-focused on identifying hardware components that are either failing or have failed. They do so by running a component "torture test" to identify which components are affected. I cannot speak to what they do when they find faulty components, because my computer passed their test, despite the fact that it has been freezing up while I am using it. Their technicians are arrogant and dismissive when asked about any possible software issues. Either they don't know anything about software problems, or they don't want to waste their time discussing that kind of problem. One suspects that hardware issues are the low-hanging fruit in the computer repair business. If you want to confirm that your computer problems are NOT hardware-related, this is the place to go.
