If I were a small- business owner, I would eat the $110 for the sake of keeping the business of a family of 4 who has been coming to them for years (they have made $800 off my husband's phone this past year alone!!). When I called to explain the issue, I expected them to stand behind their work and repair it free of charge. Instead, I was met with some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. After I sent them a photo of the screen, they immediately blamed me, told me it was my fault, and even said they were "not a magician" and refused to fix it under warranty. There was no attempt to troubleshoot the issue or stand behind their own work. I ended up taking my phone to another repair shop for a second opinion. They told me the screen had been installed incorrectly, which explained the problems I was having. They also told me the replacement screen appeared to be an extremely low-quality part and commented that many reputable repair shops won't even use parts like that because they're known to cause problems. Between the poor workmanship, the apparent low-quality parts, and the unbelievably rude customer service, this was one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a business. Instead of taking responsibility for what appears to have been an improper installation, they blamed the customer and refused to make it right. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration and go somewhere that actually stands behind its work. I wish I had.

Then with some bad luck, I accidentally dropped my phone while waiting for a new case the very next day and cracked my iPhone screen in the front. They gave me a knock off screen for a decent price. But now my phone is having all these issues where it's overheating and literally acting up like I can't swipe my finger on it sometimes. I thought I would be saving money, but then I finally had enough and took it back in to let them know the issue. Well I left my phone there for 4 hours to have them put a genuine screen back on it and came back only to find out that they didn't have the screen available. First of all, why if the LCD Screen is not good would you put it on in the first place? He was claiming that because of the titanium around my phone, the knock of screens will sometimes not work as well. But when I come back only to find out nothing was done?!! What a waste of my gas money and time! He then said he had to order the screen and would call me today and I've received no phone call. I would not recommend this place. Going to be marching myself to an Apple Store after all. I kind of hoped that after his explanation he would replace my screen for free. You want to be able to trust people with personal items, especially your phone. It contains everything nowadays. Dari placed an order for my flip, it was the wrong interface, for the wrong phone, not his fault. I could have called in when I had time to get the right phone info. They fixed my son's iPhone within 15 min. Super easy. Unfortunately for my phone, I have to wait another day, but that's OK. Dari called me with the updates, super transparent, honest, and I like that. Location is clean, ample parking, and Dari has excellent customer service skills, very professional/reliable. Would highly recommend.
