There are deals to be found. And it is hard to find used rafting equipment, so we can all be thankful someone has some available. If you get the chance to talk to Guy you will learn something. Guy the owner was an incredibly helpful man, very interesting, and full of knowledge, experience, and want to be helpful. I was geared up with everything that I could need to become a first time kayak owner. Guy gave great information and discounts on gear for a limited time. Staff helped me get my new kayak fitted to me and my dog appropriately and onto my car and strapped down efficiently. What more could a girl ask for!?! I dropped off my mower on a Tuesday. I had told it would be ready by Friday. The mower has already…read morebeen down for a week. We had new parts to order because a was paying for a maintenance service and whatever new parts I needed to get the mower working. I called Friday, no answer I called Saturday no answer then i messaged the business thru the Yelp app and got a response to pick up lower at 1:00. I showed up at 130 and he was still working on it.. he told me he didn't order any new parts and he replaced my blades with better used blades. Changed oil and air filter. That was it. The mower started right up. But when I got it home it wouldn't start. I message the business back and they told me to bring it back tomorrow. They will be there all day. I showed up today to bring the mower back. And the business was closed. Mind you I have a one way 25 minute drive to get to the business and for no one to be there very unprofessional. And it costs me my time and effort. I was carded $80 for the fixes that did work out. And I gave the guy a $20 tip cause I'm trying to build relationships. Im sure I'll need my mower to be serviced again. So I tip. I tried called and messaging but no one is responding. Im not please at all with the service and the run around

Due to the age of it, an air filter was no longer available for it. Mike cut one to fit for it from another model. He also accommodated my schedule and met me on a Saturday which was very much appreciated. I will definitely be using him for all my small engine repairs.

I went there picked it up, got it home, started it up and it ran for about five minutes and quit. I called them up and they said bring it back I did, and the same story, come get, I started up and it ran a few minutes and died... I called occasionally checking on and they would say, mind you I have already paid over $250.00 +. They would say two weeks, or nope I haven't had time to get to it and any other excuse as to why they weren't working on it. You know, "I'm waiting for parts to come in"...... fast forward two months later..... I get a call, "come get your blower" I asked is it working? I get a reply back, "nope just come get it"! Now they have cut the air filter off of it and I'm out $250.00+ there's no air filter cover on it and it's still not working and they have my money..... Huh, what the heck??? I'm out $250.+ and won't have a working blower.... Ha ha ha They want a good review from me.... I would give them a minus five stars!!!! Good luck folks!! I appreciate not only the cost effectiveness, but their concern for convenience of doing the work and trusting me on reporting the rental hours. Sort of a "we'll do right by you, just please do right by us" attitude that's increasingly rare to find these days. Happy to have them nearby, happier still to support a business like this one.
