I went here and they told me I needed 4 and it would cost me $890--an amount the guy pulled out of... the air, without even looking at my car. Went in for tires yesterday and was met with friendly professional service. After consulting me as to how our vehicle is used they recommended a mid price tire rather than trying to up sell a premium one. The actual cost came in under what they originally quoted me which was already less than I had budgeted for! As I live relatively close they offered and I accepted a ride home they finished earlier than they originally promised! Then that came back in my car to pick me up and pay. They perform many other vehicle maintenance items too. Again the prices looked reasonable. They made themselves a new customer so I'll be back for my cars next PMI. As a call needing assistance as soon as possible we were told to come right over. My tire was losing air and we couldn't see the problem ..... they guys fixed it right up and noticed I needed an oil change and an inspection sticker... we were going to go later in the week and didn't want to impose at the end of the day (the person at the front desk was under the weather) we were grateful to have the tire repaired. Three stars dropped. 1) Had tires rotated at recommended 5000 miles, lost a lug nut on the way home that day. 2) Replaced a burnt out headlamp, it went out again in three months: loose connection. 3) Now, just came from oil and air filter change, air filter housing not secured, and one of the two bolts is missing. That could have killed my engine. Glad I had it checked out after servicing. This place seems to have lost its attention to detail. read more

I've been going to these guys for a few years and have many repairs done. They were nice, fast, and they seemed trustworthy. They did what they said but are either garbage mechanics or they intentionally tried to rip me off, or both. My car's air conditioning stopped working. I took my car in to fix it and got it recharged. It didn't fix the problem, which could be expected. I took it back in to check for leaks. I was told that the problem was the AC Compressor which would have cost $1000 to fix. I told them no. The car was going to be returned to California anyway and we drove across the US with no AC. My uncle is a mechanic with a shop that specializes in Japanese and European cars in California and when I took the car to him, he said the compressor was completely fine and that the problem was a small part, the relay switch, that only costs $20 to fix. He also said the repair was incredibly basic and that any competent mechanic would have figured it out immediately which leads him to think that these people at Webster Square tried to scam me for a $1000 repair. ADDITIONALLY, he went over the OTHER repairs that they have done: the alternator and headlights. Webster Square charged me for OEM parts for my Acura, but instead installed incredibly cheap aftermarket parts. There, they intentionally ripped me off. I also saw that when my headlights were repaired, they were completely scratched up. Jerry told me it was just from use, but my uncle told me that scratches like that do not occur from use but rather being dragged around on the ground. They didn't respect my car. Shame on Jerry and his employees. I trusted your kindness and you ripped me off and lied to me. I've sent so many people their way. I do still live in MA and now I'll make sure not a single soul returns or comes over. Do not give your business to these scammers. read more

I had the sidewall of a tire give out on the Saturday after Thanksgiving. My car also has rather large and wide tires, so all the places I called were either swamped or didn't have the tire in stock. After moving my jeep to Massachusetts officially I needed an inspection. My jeep is seven years old so I was a little nervous it would be expensive. I came in, no appointment and they took it right away. They looked it all over, and said it just needed some wiper blades which I knew the last ones had been on forever I am just too short to do them myself. This place was great! At the drop of a dime they were able to service my car the next day. Very friendly and honest people.I went to a Midas and they told me a slew of things that were supposedly wrong with my car. They convinced Me that I was going to have to pay close to $2000 to get it fixed. I took my car here instead and my bill came out to $750. Point being they explained the things that I was told that were initially wrong with My car weren't as bad as I was told. They got my car back to where I needed it To be and saved me a lot of money.
