Not only that, but they refused to honor the 60‑day satisfaction warranty even though I called the very next day. They also broke one of the wheel bolt covers and tried to fit it back on using a piece of gum/plastic to make it stick, without even mentioning it to me. The cherry on top is that they didn't inflate the tire to the correct specification or reset the tire pressure monitor. Just unreal coming from supposed tire experts...

I went to the Auburn dealership and after they rotated my tires the salesperson said the tires were on too tight and they accidentally broke the key for my wheel lock. The salesperson said that if I replaced the locking lugs (4) with standard lugs, they would pay for them. What? I got 4 standard lugs from an autoparts store and they put them on and filed a reimbursement claim. The salesperson Steve Robichaud, took responsibility for the problem even though TFT didnt cause the tightly installed lugs problem in the first place. That's the kind of service I appreciate!

Great service deserves recognition, and I believe you should treat people like you want to be treated. I had a bad transmission leak, and got our van towed to Rand's a bit after noon on Dec. 30, 2024. The Service Manager indicated he had a pretty good idea of what the issue was (transmission cooler line), and they would take care of it. Being Dec. 30, I was not sure when I'd get the van back, since the scope of the work was unknown, and could they could even get the part needed. Surprisingly, I got a call around 4:15 that same day that the van was ready. My wife and I drove over to pick it up and met three handsome young men waiting for us (they close at 4:30, so we arrived a few minutes after that time). Between their quick repair, and the very reasonable cost, I will definitely be going back. So, in too many words, I am a fan of Rand's and encourage other customers to give them a try. I really don't think you'll be disappointed.

The actual cost came in under what they originally quoted me which was already less than I had budgeted for! As I live relatively close they offered and I accepted a ride home they finished earlier than they originally promised! Then that came back in my car to pick me up and pay. They perform many other vehicle maintenance items too. Again the prices looked reasonable. They made themselves a new customer so I'll be back for my cars next PMI. During the service, I was informed that the radiator failed while Firestone was performing the coolant flush, leaving my vehicle inoperable. I arrived with a working car and left unable to drive it due to what occurred during their service. Imagine how shocked I was after being told I could not retrieve my vehicle and drive home. Note, this left me without transportation home and subsequently to work on Monday. I was told I would need a new radiator at a cost of $1,300. At no point prior to the service was I advised of any issue with the radiator or any risk that it could not safely undergo a standard coolant exchange. The failure occurred during Firestone's service, yet I was still presented with the cost of repair rather than a clear assumption of responsibility. Drew, the Service Advisor, attempted to back me into a corner verbally and became frustrated when I presented a differing opinion to his. Let me quickly add that Drew attempted to back me into a corner to complete additional services with them that would've run me over $5,000. I left extremely dissatisfied and beyond concerned about what I would consider very questionable business practices, inexperienced technicians, and poor customer service.
