I was in NC and stranded due to my Audi malfunctioning. These guys misdiagnosed the issue, charged me for a battery and claimed it also needed a "comfort module "....which was on back order 8 weeks. Total cost around $2500 out of pocket. I ended up having the car towed back to Florida and i flew home. Once back at my hometown Audi dealer they had it repaired within 2 days! Gave me a loaner vehicle. AND determined that it was a known issue covered under warranty. Id be very weary of Asheville Audi!! read more

Good cars, disgraceful service. I have had multiple (small) problems with their service over the years, nearly all of which I was willing to overlook. They are nearly unreachable by phone, I spent all morning waiting to speak with someone in their service department. Phone rang through several times and ended the call. I have had to wait in their shop over 4 hours for an oil change that was scheduled as their first appointment in the morning. The last straw for me was having an appointment on the books for several weeks with a loaner vehicle reserved. Less than 24 hours before my appointment I was told I would not be receiving a loaner vehicle, and Jesse More gave multiple inconsistent reasons as to why. I explained this would make it impossible for me to get to work and subsequently delay my state inspection. He point-blank offered no solution to this problem, and essentially told me to simply deal with it. I subsequently spent the better part of a morning trying to reach the service director, Matthew Garren, which was also impossible. So much for Audi customer loyalty... Like I said - nice (overpriced) cars, but the service is worse than that of a teenager at a mall kiosk. Unprofessional, unhelpful, and do not keep up to their word or obligations. I would never again entrust my vehicle with this group. read more

Bought my car at Asheville Audi - love the car but service is terrible. Takes weeks to get an appointment, then wait 2 hours before they start. Took my car in for service, power went out an hour after my appointment and they couldn't fix my problem. No call back to reschedule, no apology, nothing. When I bought car I was promised a loaner whenever I needed service - never available. I called Greenville Audi and they will pickup my car. Guess where I'm taking my future business. read more

I called their sales person of new cars telling them I am in the market for a New R8 and if they did not have it in stock would like to order one or if they could find one. The salesman took my information, and could not be less helpful. Said he would call back and never did. I even was trying to tell the salesman what color I was looking for to see if any other dealerships may have it to help with time, he then shut me down and said he had to go see customers. This is a 200k purchase and he could not be bothered. We bought our current Audi from this business as well. Certainly will go to Greenville or Charlotte from now on.Do yourself a favor and avoid this dealership. This is not the first time we have had issue with them, their customers service and retention is horrible. read more

I purchased an Audi A6 in July 2021. The process went well and I got a very reasonable price for a car that they located for me. This was my first "treat myself" to an upscale car with all the bells and whistles. So far so good. But now comes the service. The first recall came for a seatbelt problem. Ok, things happen. It took almost two months to get in to get it checked out. I called to schedule an hour after I got the recall letter in the mail. Seems like a long time for a safety issue and knowing that I had to be one of the first owners to call. When I needed the yearly service basically an oil change and checkup it was again over a month before I could get it in and that damn service light kept coming on. Now those are the preliminaries. A month ago I got another recall notice. I called to set an appointment which was a month out, of course. They wanted to know on the phone if I would drop the car off or stay there. Since it's over an hour to get there I said I'd just wait. They told me that it might take up to 2 hours to fix, but it was a waste of time to drive two cars up and back and forth. I took the car up this morning to get it fixed and they proceeded to tell me that it was a very large software fix and it would take 7-8 HOURS to do. When I asked, not too pleasantly, why didn't they tell me that it was going to take that long, they told me that all service calls are forwarded to Winston-Salem to schedule and they don't really know how long some things take. Well if they don't know then why in the hell are they doing the scheduling? I, of course, left. I came home and called to reschedule and guess what, it's another month. It appears no one is in charge and the service department is vastly understaffed. It's a great car too bad I can't get any type of decent service to go with it. read more

Had an appointment for a 40,000 mile service for my Etron sport (EV). Requested and received a loaner because I sat and waited for the 30,000 mile service that took 4 1/2 hours. When they told me they expected me back by the end of the day, because of the loaner, I informed them (as I had done at all other appointments) that I live an hour away, have school pick up, therefore I cannot get back until the next morning. This and the fact it takes so long to service is the exact reason I call a month in advance to set up an appointment and get a loaner. After dropping my car off at 9:00 am I received a call at 2:00 that afternoon indicating my car was finished. I arrived the next morning at 8:15 to return my loaner only to learn they did not charge my vehicle. They said their charger was out of order. So now I don't know if I can make it home. When I indicated at the time of drop off I lived an hour away, this information would have been helpful then not at time of pickup so some solution could have been worked out. They then inform me there are two customer chargers out front that I could use one of those. Really? So why didn't they hook it up themselves over night? Then to top it off they say "oh and by the way we forgot to run it through the wash". I'm not worried about a carwash, I am worried I can't make it home. Needless to say, I had to drive home in 28 degree weather with my heat at 60, to conserve the battery so I would make it. As long as Audi is making EV vehicles you should be able to service those customers adequately and not act as if they are an inconvenience. Per their statement, the charger has been out of order since Helene. Because they knew that information when I scheduled the appointment on 11/18 they could have given me a heads up or seen me on the docket and given me a curtesy call ahead of time. But the real solution would have been for them to hook it up to the chargers out front before I got there, even for a few hours, and that would have given me enough to get home. They had plenty of time to take care of this but they dropped the ball. I use to have my cars serviced in Winston - Salem and they were the best. I guess if I want to continue to drive an Audi I will have to start taking the extra time to go there. Or start driving a BMW like my husband does, they provide excellent service every time. read more

I would like to start of by saying Luis was amazing, but everything else about this car buying experience was absolutely crap! The day I came into buy this vehicle I wasn't greeted, I was handed keys for a car very rushed like they were understaffed, later admitted they were understaffed. Took over 3 1/2-4 hours to get the buying process over with and 2 weeks later my maintenance light came on, my tire pressure light came on and my Oil life was at 15% and my wheel was shaking while braking. I called Luis and scheduled to come in to look at this issue, I was informed that "I" filled up the tires too much with pressure. IM SORRY, I just bought this vehicle why would I touch the tires!? I was also informed I would need new brake pads and rotors for the vehicle that I JUST PURCHASED! The sales manager Nate Nunn told me for good will he would only charge me 50% That absolute bullshit and this was their responsibility to inspect this vehicle before it left the lot! Oh, I was also told the Oil was changed but they didn't know how to reset the oil life in my car so the oil was changed in March and they reset it to 100% in July... mmmm seems a bit fishy! read more

I have a 2019 Audi A 6. Many months ago, almost a year ago I made a one year maintenance check at the Asheville Audi dealership. Periodically I sent an email to them adding things I need them to look at in my Audi. My appointment is tomorrow. Today I received a phone call from them saying they are no longer harmony Audi they are flow audi and have changed their email address. They further tell me that they don't have any of my emails that I have sent them. They have never told me they changed your email address or sold the business and the emails I have sent have never come back to me undeliverable.This evening I also received a different email that says no reply on top but tells me my appointment is canceled. I am driving to two and a half hours tomorrow to go to the Audi dealership, I did not cancel my appointment. I also did not spend $71,000 to be treated like crap. The main reason my last two cars have been Audi is because of the service. You can take that service and put it where the sun don't shine. I will be showing up for my appointment that I've waited almost a year for. This is the crapiest way to treat a customer I've ever seen that has spent this kind of money and is a returning customer. Nope. Second time I went there and was terribly treated. Insane. Over $2k wasted. First time, car was feeling funny and I went in and told them I just changed all 6 spark plugs/ignition plugs 2 days before. They took a look and called recommending I buy and replace the 6 plugs again but calling them some other term so I didn't realize it was the exact same part. When I picked up the car and drive off, it broke down again 50 min away from my house with same problem. I paid to have it towed back to Audi. They supposedly drove it for longer this time and replaced another spark plug they must've overlooked they said. I picked it up for the second time (third time same ishue) and went 50 min away again to pick up my left belongings from where It broke down last time. I kid you not, it broke down again, I towed it back in to Audi, all on my dime. They apologized, and said they figured it out now it was another spark plug. I asked them to drive it for much longer to make sure it wouldn't break down again. When I drove off, it broke down again same feeling 2 days later. Fourth time back to Audi... they apologized and said they would really fix it this time. It turned out my plugs I bought previously, weren't compatible with Audi afterall. Yet, I knwo they were as bought from another Audi dealership and Audi Asheville addmitted they were when I first arrived and showed them to them. Now they change theri minds and would nto refund me the $600. they charged me to replace the same thing I told them I already replaced. I drove off after 4 times taking her in for sma problem, they apologizing profussly and refusing to refund my money. It took over a month they had my car. Crazy. I decided to try them one more time as its a brand new Audi to me and wanted to to use dealership and we are new to town and didnt have any other good mechanic shops known yet. I took in a week ago just to do the 75k mile service charge/tune up they quoted me at $495. to fix all these filters, check everything, etc.. i told them my AC sensor button wouldnt come on after I needed a jump from AAA for not driving her for a month. I bought a new battery from AAA and then the senor just didnt work. They call to say, I need a new battery probably bc after the code the computer in Audi to teh battery it probably would break down on me later soon. They recommend I get new battery again, and its just the sensor to the AC that needs replacement. They said it's $400. for labor to install the $150. sensor. lmaooo I'm like um no thank you. I'll buy just the sensor for $150. and install elsewhere. Yes, you can put new battery in as I believe you have my best interest in mind. I get there to pick up car and they say "that'll be $1600." So I ask how is this possible if the service to check car out and clean all the filters etc is $495. and the sensor is $150. The battery couldnt be more than $200-250 right?" Nope. The battery was $600. $200 to INSTALL THE $400 BATTERY. INSANE ROBBERY. and they charged $300 to figure out he AC problem- I told him no way, you said that came with the $500 inspection/service charge to look the car over. He says ok lemme take off $150. for you. Comes back and price was $1350. I instead of blowing up at them for being greasballs again and not even removing the entire charge they tried to tack on after I told them I didnt want their labor charge to put in sensor.. I paid it, asking if my car was at lest washed and detailed liekk they emailed me and advertised as the new Owner took over and now offering this service everytime we bring car in. They said, Yes they wipe it down inside. Ooook. Nope. not one inch wiped down, dusty and dirty and not washed not even touched. so $1350 and couldnt even clean the whip. Never, ever going back. We recently moved from California to North Carolina and were concerned about finding a good dealership for servicing our 2020 Q7. Clearly, I can't comment on the negative reviews and must admit that I was concerned about taking our Audi to Flow Audi after reading them. But, I also know that dealerships can learn from bad reviews and change how they operate. Flow performed our 10,000 mile service and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. Since I elected to wait for the service, I was surprised to see what was offered as anemities...better than what I experienced from Fletcher Audi in California...which I thought was very good. I purchased a brand new 2022 Audi Q5 Premium Plus, navarra blue metallic with rock gray interior on July 8th 2022. Steve Olson was my salesman. What a great experience working with him. No high pressure sales, he was very easy to work with and had great advice. Steve handled my trade for the Q5 with a great price. I cannot say enough for how he helped. I took my TT in for routine service; during a road test this shop saw a code that prompted them to recommend replacement of the "Haldex" unit (a multi-component system that gives the vehicle all-wheel drive capabilities). This car has around 40,000 miles on it; cost for "unit replacement " was on the order of $5,000. The individually replaceable components include a clutch pack that is inserted into the differential, pump, control valve, electronic controller, and a relief device. When I pressed the advisor as to which specific part of the system was malfunctioning, the repeated response was "the complete unit". After probing deeper the shop intended to replace the rear differential and the pump, all apparently based on a lack of clear indication from the error codes observed as to why the codes were occurring. I declined, and instead took the vehicle to a local German car specialist- their solution was to perform the factory recommended 40,000 mile Haldex service which involved a filter and fluid change- cost was about $300. Car is now performing like new. I have drawn my own conclusions regarding this experience and leave it to the reader to decide whether or not the actions of this Audi dealership invite confidence or trust. I fortunately found a solution to the service needed without paying an exorbitant amount to replace expensive components that didn't need to be replaced. I personally do not plan to return to this business for any of my future automotive needs. read more

5 problems in 4 visits... 1. Bad flywheel after transmission change, could hear it knocking in the service drive thru when they tried to give the car back, amazingly missed on the test-drive. 2. 2 days after oil change got "minimum oil level" light on 3. Replaced a "Park Lock Solenoid". Afterwards, could not shift into manual mode unless the park release was pushed, amazingly missed on the test-drive. last visit, was told some "debris" had gotten lodged in shifter, Amazing how this "debris" would release and reset with the park release. 4. last vist, Also told fuse block was damaged, amazingly enough, this damaged went unnoticed by 2 Audi dealers thru several service visits and the Harmony motors tech being in the fuse block on the previous visit. I believe someone at Harmony Motors took a pair of pliers to my S4's fuseblock. 5. also found a plug on the panel for the back of the fuse block broken, that unit was working perfectly before the last service visit, now has the retention clip broken. My S4 was purchased new from Jim Ellis Audi in Marietta Ga and serviced there regularly, NEVER had any issues, I would drive 3 hrs there rather than let the Harmony Motors mechanic ever touch my vehicle again side note: Harmony Motors management/ownership has been TOTALLY ABSENT, silent, unresponsive, etc. NOT A WORD FROM ANYONE THERE read more
