I take great care of my S4 and usually bring it to an independent shop in SF for service. Have never been a fan of dealer service generally speaking, for cost and quality reasons, and I was not thrilled to have to bring my car to the Audi dealership for a mandatory emissions recall. Was ready to have them find more 'issues' and try to upsell more services. Some kind of sales pressure. However I am compelled to write that the CONCORD AUDI service department provided a simply exceptional experience from end to end. Courteous on the phone, email confirmation, night-before phone confirmation, friendly greeting at the appointment, pristine facility, free Wifi, and I was out of there in an hour. No complaints at all, and moreover they didn't try to fleece me with any additional services on top of the recall (free) which had brought me in. Nice job Larry and team, thanks! read more

Agreed with most folks here. I purchased a new A6 here a few weeks ago and couldn't be happier with the process and the people here, specifically Alex. I initially contacted the dealership via email and was very specific in the car and deal I wanted. Alex was very helpful throughout the email exchange and I could tell he worked hard to get the deal I wanted. When I came into the dealership to complete the transaction, they were _extremely_ efficient and got me in/out in about an hour. One of my biggest peeves of buying a car is sitting there, waiting hours for the deal to go through. Didn't happen here and I am very grateful for it. My wife and i were trying to find a car for her to purchase. She always wanted and like Audi but had checked out the pricing on these cars and had given up on them. My wife then test drove a mini and liked it but the car was small for a family of 5. We then test drove a Jetta sport wagon and she liked it. We wanted to possibly go back next weekend to test drive a Passat but on Sunday i asked her to go check out a Audi A3. On Sunday Fathers day we ended up at Concord Audi. We started looking around and found some Audi A3 with the whole family. We met Chis Montoya (nice Guy) who asked if we wanted to test drive a A3 and we said yes. After the test drive my wife decided on what she had to have (package DEAL) in a A3. Chris mentions we are very aggressive in making deals as we want to move some cars on A3 & A4. I asked him how aggressive and he said we're very aggressive. Then we started to sit down to see what they can do. Our credit is in bad shape due to job loss and financial problems earlier on. Chris with his manager Mike made it happen. We ended up trading in our 12MPG Expedition for a A4. I was blown away at how easy and seamless this process was. What an unexpected experience! This place goes above and beyond to really make you feel comfortable, unpressured, and educated when deciding on a vehicle. Gavirella Rhodes was amazingly helpful and friendly, and Miss Gray (I can't remember her first name) who helped with the financing was a treat. We have been looking for cars for a few months as we wanted to make the right decision however our timeline was sped up by our car dying. We then looked at every Audi dealer in the state of California to find what we wanted and found something very close at Audi Concord. Our family has been buying cars from this dealer for a few years and we were excited to work with them as we have never heard anything but good things. We showed up in the afternoon and were greeted by Jon the moment we walked in and he quickly looked up all the notes on the vehicles we were interested in. Very impressed with them! Honest and Kaye Dacosta was extremely helpful!! I was torn between 2 Audi S5's, one with them and another dealership, I called and luckily she answered, I told her that I was looking at theirs and another dealership (not a Audi dealership) , whose price was less and it had same options listed. Kaye could have just dimmissed my inquiry , but she took the time to look into it for me, and to my surprise, the other dealership listed options that the car didn't have ( I thought that was illegal). She went above and beyond for me, she sent me both Sticker prices and options listed and the other dealership was not honest about thier listing, but Audi of Concord was. She explained all the options and the cost if I was to try and add those to the other veheicle, which then would be more expensive than thier Audi S5. Needless to say, we drove the 1 1/2 hours to Concord to see the Car and meet her. She was outstanding as well as the car!! I now undertand what it means to deal with a Certified Audi dealership, besides the Honesty, extened warranty, exceptional service,respectful , vehicle that has been througly inspected and tested, a truly dedicated and honest team of employees that work with you with the utmost respect . Kaye was great and so was the finance gentleman, who explained everything to us before signing. No pressures, no games!! Audi Concord was my first experience at an Audi dealer, I was approached by Kaye while browsing the new vehicle lot. I was greeted with a rather soothing Australian accent and was pleasantly surprised at how easy going Kaye was. I was able to tell her exactly what I was looking for and she confirmed they had the vehicle in their storage facility, (which is inside of a parking garage, away from harsh weather conditions mind you.) I had a trade that I needed appraised so Kaye was able to start the appraisal while I was out test driving the vehicle I was interested in. Once I got back, the usually tedious task of haggling started, but even this was a breeze with Kaye, as well as Alex. They were able to come down a considerable amount on the new vehicle and initially gave me a very respectable initial appraisal offer, which I was then able to talk up even more with little effort on my end. I have bought numerous new vehicles in my day and this was by far one of the best experiences I have ever had, I would say its on par with Tesla (one of my previous vehicles.) Typically buying a new car is a pain in the butt and could easily stress even the most thick skinned people out, but thanks to Kaye and Audi of Concord, the experience was one I tell my colleagues about and for good reason, it was efficient and professional. read more

Sales experience was nice. Service is another story. Be very careful here, this is also a "sales dept". These guys are outright lying and trying to get you to spend unnecessary money with scare tactics. Thankfully I knew better, but could not believe the misinformation they were spewing my way. I wont go into details here but I would recommend asking for parts they say need to be replaced or at least SEE the parts they removed. Have someone knowledgeable inspect or better yet get a second opinion before expensive repairs. Additionally not much love (service) unless your rolling in with a 90K plus car. Pretty sad, I am going to an independent shop or different dealership, no more CONCORD AUDI for me. read more

I have purchased several cars in my life of all different makes and models and helped several of my friends do the same. Out of all those car buying experiences working with Audi Concord was easily one of the best ever. My salesman Alex was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. He was very knowledgeable of all the Audi products and answered all my questions without any of the normal salesman pressure. Also the few times I called and left messages with him he always called me back the same day and had the answers to my questions. I was able to take a test drive of the Audi I was looking for. Alex gave me a great demonstration of the car as well. This specific dealership did not have a car with the features I was looking for but when I told them what I wanted they quickly ran a search and found a car that fit what I wanted. Negotiations for the price of the car were simple and strait forward. We negotiated a price in just a few minutes. There were a few issues with getting my car (not Audi Concord fault), but during every step of the process they called and informed me what was going on and what they were doing to resolve those issues. As they promised they found me a car and got it to the lot quickly. I have read through the other 5 star yelp reviews about this dealership and they are all accurate. Every single employee at Audi Concord was amazing to work with. I wouldn't mention any names here cause every member of their staff was great. I recently purchased an Audi A4 from Audi Concord. The salesperson, Alex, actualy knew alot about the car's features and was able to demonstrated them very effectively. He also was able to describe in detail the safety and engineering features that sets Audi away from their competition in a professional manner. The purchasing process was low stress as they gave me a fair price for my trade-in, a 2005 A4, and then gave me a fair deal on the new car as well. Since the new car was selected from stock that was on a ship from Germany I had to wait 2-3 weeks for the car. While we had not written down and signed a formal offer sheet, the Audi folks still honored the deal we had made verbally. Later I brought the car back for a minor issue and they provided me with a very nice loaner vehicle. Jackie in the service department kept me abreast of what they found (or didn't find) and was always pleasant and stayed past quitting time as my schedule was not flexible the day I picked up the car.
