The service advisor informed me that spark plugs were optional at $413, however my invoice shows that 4 spark plugs were installed for $95.44. This discrepancy raises concerns about how services were presented. Additionally, I was charged for multiple additive services while a standard maintenance item--the engine air filter--was not replaced. I learned this after visiting my mechanic the next day. I am a first time Audi owner and came to Audi Concord for my first ever service appointment with Audicare on my Audi S3. My experience was mixed, which is a shame, because I absolutely adore the car and I chose this dealership based on their otherwise glowing reviews. The positives- + Dealership is clean, well furnished and conveniently located just off the highway. + Friendly staff, fast service. + Loaners are excellent (but you have to book a few weeks out to get one) - and it was fun to experience another model of Audi. + Generous drop off policy using Lyft if you are unable to get / don't want a loaner - covers drop offs within 50 miles (!) of the dealership. + They'll wash your car with service, which is super helpful. I recognise that my situation is unique but there are some communication improvements that could be made to provide a level of service that is commensurate with the brand's quality and price. Unfortunately, I was involved in an front end collision late last year. After I got it back and with a known warning light about the left headlight (but an otherwise fully functional car), I brought it by for my regular service (oil change and all). The service itself was uneventful, they mentioned that I would have to take it back to the bodyshop to investigate the headlamp issue. On my way home to pick up our toddler from school, the check engine light came on and my heart sank. I immediately called my service advisor Patty, who told me that it must have been due to the repair that the bodyshop performed. I trusted her and took it back to the bodyshop. After the bodyshop took a look and cleared the code, it came back again. After I dropped it a second time, the bodyshop said they couldn't figure it out and asked Audi Concord diagnose it (and also resolve the headlamp issue). A few weeks later at Audi, Pattie mentioned that the check engine light was caused by the oil filler cap not being correctly re-attached and insisted the bodyshop must have done that. Except, the only oil change performed was by the technicians at Audi Concord and the light only came on immediately after my scheduled service. They did also identify the cause of the headlamp issue but it would take 2 weeks for the replacement module to come in, so asked me to pick up the car the next morning. When I came in the next day, there were several parts that were in my trunk, along with a number of retaining clips. After noticing all these parts, I double checked with the staff that the car was safe to drive and went off home. Later that day, I realised that they had not secured any of the wheel liners, which had been rubbing against the tires and were shredded to pieces. I brought it by the next working day and the Service Advisor mentioned that Patty had not told the lead technician that I was going to collect the car and it hadn't been ready to collect. They agreed to replace the broken liners. On Friday, I took the car in to get the module installed and the liners installed. Patty insisted a second time that it must have been the bodyshop's fault for not re-attaching the liners. I don't know exactly who or what worked on my car to diagnose the headlamp but there should really have been better coordination from what is perceptibly a top dollar facility. Thankfully, everything is now good and I am back to driving this fun car. My overall feedback to the service team here is to own issues. Stuff happens, these cars are complicated, and communication is hard. But it feels shady to push blame on other parties (who were, in this case, also a customer of the dealership and subcontracted out a couple of thousand dollars with them) and left a sour taste in my mouth. read more

BEWARE of "CERTIFIED PRE-OWNED" I purchased a "Certified" pre-owned plug-in hybrid Audi Q5 from this dealership 2 years ago, and recently took it in for service. When I asked them to handle the recalls on my charging unit, it was discovered that the unit they sold to me as part of my "Certified Pre-Owned" vehicle was the WRONG UNIT! Which explains why it was heating up so much, And they are now refusing to replace it with the correct unit because they 'don't know if it is the same charging unit they sold me' --but why don't they have the serial number? I give this dealership -20 stars. I had to bring my car in for a tire service and initially the GM Eddie was super friendly in an attempt to get me to get a new car through them. When I arrived on 3/7/26 to drop my car off, Eddie was throwing his rank around saying how I didn't owe anything when I returned the car. He stated I wouldn't have to fill up the car with gas and they would also clean and detail the car because I was a first responder and therapist. I didn't ask Eddie for any of this. He volunteered it all. Eddie also introduced me to Adrian a sales rep who harassed me with phone calls and texts throughout the week in an attempt to get me to get a new car with him. When I left the dealership on 3/7/26 it was with the belief that I owed $0. On 3/14/26 Adrian emails me that my car is ready and that I owe $50 for service. I explained to Adrian that I wasn't notified of this at service when they took my car, they said I would be charged $0. Still I attempted to pay and get my car back, however, their online portal attempted to overcharge me for the payment. I let Adrian know this and he stated he would support when I arrived to the dealership. When I get to the dealership, Eddie comes out and tells me that it's just $51.50 and even if it is more than what the stated price is that I should just pay it because he was nice to me. When I stated that it was unfair to expect me to pay $50 when I wasn't told this at service and then to expect me to pay extra just because he was nice to me, Eddie began to get angry and told me that I was a belligerent and angry Black woman and to go to Audi Fremont and see if they'd treat me nicer than him. Then when I asked to see my contract Adrian and Eddie became increasingly hostile, to where I had to call the police. Eventually Adrian brings my contract and tells me, "all this over $50, you must be a broke Black b****." This service is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. If it was just $50 why were they so volatile and harassing over it just because I asked to reconcile the discrepancy between what I was told at drop off? This is not how you treat customers and this dealership will never get any service from me ever again. Adrian even attempted to kick me out of the dealership and told me to "wait outside for the police" I forgot to mention when I asked Adrian to pull my contract for the police, he stated he'd pull my payment history for the police instead. This was an interesting comment seeing as how I've never been late on a payment and I've never missed a payment in the almost 3 years that I've had my Audi Q3. But due to his "deplorable" racism and sexism, Adrian decided to speak to me and treat me as if I don't have money to pay my bills. The statement he made about pulling my payment history is absolutely disgusting and hostile, which describes my entire experience at Audi Concord today, with both Adrian and Eddie attempting to provoke me through insults and menacing behavior. read more

I'm not really sure what to say. I've always had a good experience with Audi Concord. Until my last service. Now I understand this is my fault for leaving my stuff in my car as it's written in my service contract. It was only supposed to be there for a day and it ended up being 20 days (which whatever) but I've always left my stuff in my car because it wasn't obviously left out. After my last service all of my "nice" stuff and random stuff went missing. Sun glasses, knives, cooler bag, change, keys, gift cards, manual, first aid kit, etc. I brought it to their attention before leaving and "someone would call me". Of course I had to follow up multiple times just to get them to do talk to me about it. They "watched" the video of my car for the 20 days and shockingly, they didn't notice anything so now I'm out around probably $1000 worth of stuff and lock replacements. read more
