Called to see how long it would be to remove a service code that was popping up on the vehicle. They stated it would take 8 minutes on the phone so I came in because this time was realistic. Once I arrived, they told me it would be 15 minutes for them to remove the code. Then I waited 40 minutes for them to remove a code on the car. I would have preferred they stated the truth from the beginning. However the positive news is that they fixed it and for that they deserve 3 stars. read more

My recent experience with the service department was disappointing. Our service advisor, Rene, initially told us the vehicle would be ready by the end of the day and that we would receive a call when it was complete. Unfortunately, we never received that notification. When I called the following morning, I was told the car had actually been ready the previous day. I went to the dealership to settle the bill and pick up the vehicle. Upon entering the service advisor area, no one acknowledged or greeted me to ask if I needed assistance. I waited at Rene's desk for about 20 minutes, assuming he would return, while several service advisors appeared occupied chatting or focused on their computer screens without offering help. Eventually, I learned that Rene was off for the day. The lack of communication and customer service standards made the entire experience frustrating and unprofessional. Stronger oversight and better attention to customers would go a long way toward improving the service experience. read more

My experience with Audi Grapevine was total disaster. I bought a 2019 Audi A6 in October 2025. Immediately the oil start leaking after numerous visits. They said the short block needed to be replaced. They replaced it and the oil was still leaking. Then they said the stem valves needed to be replaced $10,000 repair. The car cost me 23,000. I decided to trade it in. They only offered me 13,000 so I was upside down $11,000 and had to roll the $11,000 into a new car I was hoping that they would try to make things good and stand behind their vehicle, they gave me the lowest offer possible and didn't come down on any of the prices for buying new used vehicle when I decided I wanted to change the deal and get my car back. They refused in order to get a better trade-in value and they did not stand behind their three day trade-in policy at all. Awful awful experience with them on many areas. I spoke to the general manager, Pedro the service manager, Justin and they refuse to make things right. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone stay away. read more

Service is only great when you're purchasing something or getting a simple service like a car detail or oil change. I've been coming to this beautiful location over 6 years. HOWEVER, when you first pull up, whether you have an appointment or not, it takes forever for an advisor to actually approach your vehicle. Second, each time I've had to go in due to something actually being wrong with my vehicle (which has only been 2-3 times), the technicians never find anything wrong. Yet somehow, EVERY SINGLE TIME, I've had to go back to the dealership because the same issue (that they claim wasn't an issue) continues to happen. I end up having to leave me vehicle and pay to uber back home - I live over an HOUR away. In the 6 years I've been coming here, THEY HAVE NEVER HAD LOANER VEHICLES available. You pay for luxury yet there is nothing luxurious about the time I waste here and the inconvenience I constantly experience. My latest issue - My coolant temperature light came on saying it was high and I needed to allow the vehicle to run while stationary. I took my vehicle to Audi Grapevine the same day it happened. They had my car over 3 hours. Said no issues were found. EVERYDAY AFTER THAT, the warning light continued to come on. I took my car BACK to the dealership, service was closing so they suggested I leave my car because it was hot and I could damage the engine if I drove it. NO LOANER VEHICLES. I'm now paying over $70 for uber to get home. And will have to call an uber to take me back to the dealership whenever they call me. It is the weekend so I'm without a car for at least 2 days. I was recently reminded why I choose Audi at Grapevine for my Audi care. I went in for service on my 2018 Audi A3 and was greeted by Julian who was a very respectful and genuine young man. I liked his calm friendly demeanor and how he was very thorough in explaining the services and associated costs. While waiting, I received technician videos that got sent to my email for reviewing, (which I always appreciate). I had quite a few services done and the technician even found a transmission leak along the way, so I ended up waiting at the dealership for the longest time. Fortunately, Julian came to check in with me for updates throughout. I believe Julian really went above and beyond any service advisor I have ever had over the past 6 years that I've had my Audi. He was even able to update my last name in the system to be my correct married name which nobody else seemed to know how to do over the years! Beware of GPS aftermarket GPS device installed and tracking and causing damage to your battery! Purchased used 2016 Volvo in August 2024. Typical purchasing experience of any other dealer I have experienced with attempted upsells etc. Starting in January 2026 I started to have battery problems but the battery tested good. Turns out that the dealer installed an active GPS tracker device to the car manufactured by a company called Ikon. Not only do I not want a GPS device on my vehicle, this was connected to the battery causing a parasitic drain on the battery causing it to fail prematurely. Will be more careful in purchases in the future and will not be back to this dealership. read more

Robert was my salesperson. He was very professional and eager to help. My wife and I arrived there to look at a Ram 1500 truck, kinda late in the day. We had another appointment late that evening and didn't have as much time as we would have liked. However, Robert did his best to move things along quickly. It would have worked, I think, but looking at the traffic jam that was building up on the freeway outside made me think we needed to leave a lot earlier. Still, most of the paperwork was completed and I decided to pick the truck up the next business day. The service associate provided a full detail and gas tank fill-up in response. While it covered the condition it was left in, it doesn't make up for the broken trust feeling from being recommended to replace fine tires and for being forced to use the dealership to replace windshields (which is not always possible, given emergency nature of this kind of need), causing excessive costs for a windshield replacement ($3k total spent on this, $2500 at the dealership alone). Not to mention the repeated issue with the passenger sensor that is still yet to be fixed. read more

I should have read the reviews here first. I took my S6 here to get the turbo oil strainer recall done last year. This year while doing the yearly spring detailing under the hood to clean up leaves and remove/wash the engine cover, I noticed that one of the turbo coolant lines looked like it had been slowly leaking over the past year. The car has been driven less than 3k miles since the recall work (~53k miles total). I am 100% sure it was never leaking before I took it in for the recall (I have pictures which I took the day before taking it in). I notified the service advisor and was told the foreman said it wasn't something they would have touched. The coolant lines sit directly above the plate which needs to be removed to replace the oil screen so it seems possible the tech could have loosened it for better access. I'm skeptical that this would have coincidentally failed after the recall work because my car is a 2016 model which has updated coolant lines and seals (only the 2013-2015 models were prone to coolant leaks and had a recall to fix them). Anyway, I accepted their explanation and requested a quote to repair it which I never received. Upon further inspection, I noticed that the leftmost mounting grommet for the air filter box was visibly disconnected. I found that there are 3 grommets which are supposed to hold the box in place but only the center one was connected and the box was rotated towards the engine which didn't allow the other two to mount properly. I also discovered that the air intake hoses that connect the air box to the turbos were severed. I have to assume the air filter box was purposely mis-mounted to compress the hoses to hide the damage. I'm 100% sure they removed the air box and intake hoses during the recall work. Since I never received the quote I requested to fix the coolant leak, I went ahead and ordered the o-ring to fix it myself as it was a straightforward job and probably too small for the dealership to want to work on. The throttle body must be removed to gain access to the screw securing the coolant line so I carefully removed it and found that the bottom portion of the seal to the intercooler was rolled and broken during the previous installation which I am 100% sure was part of the recall work. I replaced all the broken parts with new ones which I purchased. I notified my service advisor about the intake hoses and throttle body seal damage and provided photos but never got a response. I'm genuinely concerned about the workmanship of the rest of the work which I cannot easily inspect. The cover and bolt heads must be clean and free of dirt and debris before removing to avoid contaminates falling inside the valley of the engine. Who knows if they followed this step given rushed job they seemed to have done elsewhere. Did they replace all the seals they were supposed to? Did they actually torque the fasteners to spec? Side note: They also ran my car through the automatic car wash after I requested them to hand wash it since I had the car paint corrected the year before (I verified on the dash camera). There was clearly a red sign on the dash to hand wash it which was ignored. read more

I complained via BBB and have been trying to get this resolved for several months. My car IS NOT FIXED AND I HAD a certified mechanic check the bushings were not fixed. I want my refund of $82.36 Lyft and a cancellation of sunbit payment agreement due to vehicle not properly serviced. I have proof that the popping noise is still there. After not responding to the BBB they filed on their bbb page due to no response then we get a random message stating it goes to voicemail but no one even tried to send voicemail. Went in for a test drive on a used car they had. They've been calling/texting me for a week and I had time to come in so I told them I would be in at a specific time today. I showed up and there's a bunch of workers walking and talking around, but no one eager to help me. They did offer a water so that was nice. I sat around and it seemed to take awhile before anyone would help me. They took my drivers license and proof of insurance then that took more than 10 min to give me my license back, which was odd. I called them out on that because it was weird to me and I would have walked out without the test drive since they were wasting my time, but they had my license so I couldn't leave. I was also told to wait in the common area and not a desk or anything, which seemed impersonal to me. Finally we got on a test drive and the salesman gave absolutely 0 information about the vehicle and we just sat in silence while I drove the car in a circle. It was a very strange test drive and nothing like other test drives I've had at other dealerships. Needless to say, I won't be giving them my business even if my dream car was here. I was interested in one of the used cars that this dealer offered. I found out that the car needed $3000-5000 in repairs and the dealer did not authorize the work so I decided to walk away. The next day I was texting a female manager that asked me about my visit. I told her that I was disappointed that the dealership knowingly tried to sell a vehicle that had problems. One of her co managers called me and started berating me and let me know that I was mistaken and didn't understand how car dealers operated. He laid into me without letting me speak. I let him know that I was considering another vehicle on their lot, but that he ruined the sale by ranting about how I didn't know what I was talking about. My husband and I entered the dealership with a pre-approval for a specific used vehicle and provided all necessary documentation to the finance manager. We explicitly requested that our credit be pulled only through the dealership. However, the finance representative returned and proposed submitting our financing request to multiple banks. I reiterated that we only wanted to proceed with Ally Bank, and the representative agreed to this request. To my surprise, within minutes of confirming this, I received multiple credit alerts indicating that our information had been submitted to several banks. I promptly approached the team and addressed the issue directly. Unfortunately, due to this breach of trust, we decided to walk away from the deal. While we have purchased from this dealership in the past and I thought we had built a trusting relationship with them we are no longer comfortable doing business with this company, They we're more more focused on securing a "better deal" than respecting their repeat customers' requests. I wish there was a way to give zero stars because that's exactly what my experience with Audi of Grapevine Service Center deserves. I dropped my car off on 8/17/2024 and for starters they didn't have any loaner cars. Not a huge deal as I was only in for a battery adaptation and shouldn't have taken more than a day. I brought my car in running just fine, it's only when it turns off that the immobilizer was being activated. When this happens the lights stay on, and back lights flash which can kill the battery. In my 2007 Audi A8 the trunk is electric and the battery is in the trunk, so I brought in running and with the trunk open. My car was taken in by Keith Pitts who I gave specific instructions that in no way should they close my trunk because if they did, they wouldn't be able to get back to battery. Monday morning rolls around and I get a call from Mr. Pitts informing me that they ran into a problem with my car...the technician took the negative off and closed the trunk. He called me to ask me how to get into my car!?!? At this point I should have just gone and picked up my car because of the incompetency but unfortunately, I didn't. I explained to him that there was a jump point underneath the passenger seat carpet to put a jump box there to give the car enough juice to get the trunk open. The crisis should have been averted but he called me back the next day saying that the technician didn't think that a battery adaptation would fix the problem and asked if I would approve an hour of diagnostic work for a total of $525.88. I asked him specifically if that amount would include the battery adaptation. He said yes so, I approved it. Then they came back with a quote for $6,875.62 claiming that the passenger side front fuse panel had no power!!! I checked all fuses and relays before I took my car in!!! At this point told them put my car back the way that you found it and I'll come pick her up. I requested that they remove the negative so it didn't kill my batter so I could drive it off the lot. I'm beyond frustrated and disappointed at this point and ready to give Mr. Keith Pitts a piece of my mind when I came to pick up my car and I was told he's out for the day having baby, so I opted to speak with the service manager Chris Zamora. He was no help, tried to tell me that the technician worked on my car for 4 hours and I was only charged for 1 which is load crap because I never approved 4 hours of work. I was charged in total $578.92 for absolutely nothing!!! They didn't fix my car; no battery adaptation was done. It was dead when I came to pick it up. Had to call roadside assistance to come jump it because they claimed they didn't have a battery charger to assist me. (what car service department doesn't have a jump box!?) I got her started and drove her directly to German Autowerks Lorentz Automotives out of Lewisville (highly recommended) they had my car for a day and figured out that I had bought a bad battery, swapped it out with a new one and got me back on the road. My recommendation is to stay as far away from this service center as possible. I'll start with the good. We were in the market for a specific Wrangler and Audi Grapevine had one on the lot. We showed up later in the day and were met by Jeff. GREAT guy. Jeep checked out, we told Jeff a number we wanted, which was reasonable. We had our 3 kids with us and it was getting dark so we didn't want to waste anybody's time. They came back within a few hundred of what we wanted, and we decided to move forward. All of this was so great. We were treated so well and we talked about contacting Jeff in the future when its time to replace my car because we wanted to give him the business. Since it was late the offered for us to come back at a better time for a detail and scratch repair. A week later I contact Jeff. He gets me all set up for Monday 12/30 at 9:30 am. Says it will be about an hour. I show up right on time, they take my car and I wait... and I wait. About 2 hours went by. Finally, my car is done. Jeff was kind enough to even top it off with gas. We go check my car. The stickers that were on the back window from the previous owner were still on there- something I asked to be taken off. The detail was crap. The back still had red fuzzies in the carpet, dust in the inside dash and even mud on the passenger sun visor, but the paint was touched up and thats what I was most concerned with. I was already running late and needed to leave. Fast forward to New Years Day and I go to get my kids donuts. I knew I had cash in my wallet and I remembered in the chaos of kids, I had tossed my wallet in the center console. It had about $150-200 cash, Mostly my kids Christmas money since we had went shopping the Sunday before. The jeep came home Sunday, was garaged, went to Audi Monday am, back to the garage where it sat until New Years Day morning. As I reach in my wallet I am shocked to find there is not a single bill in there. Confused, I pay with a credit card and on my way. As I am driving, racking my brain I realize Audi was last in my car. I know I shouldn't have left my wallet with money in it, but it was garaged. I also know I should have pulled my wallet out, but I hardly carry a wallet with my ID and main debit card in my phone case wallet. So yes, could have been avoided. However, no one should have ever touched it. It was in my car, in my wallet. So I call Audi. I spoke to the floor manager. Not wanting to involve Jeff because he sells cars. He did his job and did it very well. Speak to the floor manager. I told him I understood it was cash and not a lot anyone can do given its my word against theirs. He said it was still wrong and they needed to deal with it, but that the general manager was out for the holiday and he would leave a message for him to call me back. Well, here we are- Jan 23 and I have never heard from Audi. I wanted to hear that they cared and that they spoke to the detail and maintenance department and that they took these things seriously. It really sucks they didn't care much. Maybe its because we didn't buy an Audi and just a used Jeep. Maybe $200 in the Audi world isn't enough to warrant a care from the staff. But its the principle that they have someone taking money out of personal vehicles and seem to not care. I will not return to Audi Grapevine and I would not recommend them either. read more

I purchased my A5 and Q7 from Audi Grapevine when I lived in Southlake. I've since moved outside of Austin and tried to purchase a Q8 from Audi North Austin. I inquired about their advertising internet pricing and was sent a quote that was almost double. I had an email from Riley Cooper at Audi Grapevine offering some incentives if I wanted to trade my Q7 in. I love 184 miles away but I thought I would see what they would offer. Riley worked with me on the web special and used various means to get to a very attractive price on the car I wanted. We did most of the paperwork over the phone and email. The following morning I drove up, did the final signatures, and was out of there in less than an hour with a great car at a very fair price. It was worth the 6-hour round trip drive for the car, price, and service I received. Audi North Austin could have put minimal effort in and made a sale (I get a new Audi every 2-3 years). I will continue to deal with Audi Grapevine, mostly due to the effort Riley and Dax put in to make me feel like a highly valued repeat customer. read more

This dealership but a temporary tag in my name for a car I do not have which racked up tolls. Now I am on the hook for a collection notice for the tolls someone else incurred. I have called and emailed multiple times and have not received any responses. Whoever is R Norris told me they would send a check and I haven't seen anything. He continues to ignore me. I've been hung up on multiple times, and the manager has not responded. At this point, I'm going to escalate the issue to the Texas Attorney General and the Department of Motor Vehicle. I'm sure if whoever the general manager is had someone misuse his information and have an account that wasn't his on his credit report he'd feel the same way. read more

I am in sales and watch closely how others work and I was completely impressed with the personal service of everyone there from Sales (Aubrey and Valeria) and Finance (Jake). We almost got scammed out of $1,700 for a service that was covered by warranty and the Asst. Service Manager (Joel) knew this was the case. After questioning it over and over (while the car was in the shop over a week not being worked on) it was suddenly covered and we were just responsible for the $200 deductible. Horrible Customer Service and lack of priority! I traded in a 2023 BMW SUV for a 2023 Audi A7 the 1st week of November. The haggling back and fourth was a ridiculous waste or time. Had this not been 1 of the only A7 in the metroplex I would have taken my business elsewhere. As of today, December 7, 2022, my trade in has not been paid in full. However that have since sold it and with a title that is still in my name. They shorten the payoff by $185.88 and for now weeks this has not been resolved. I have called and called, I even went to the dealership in person. While there I spoke with the finance department and was assured this would be escalated and resolved. As of now there has been no communication, no call backs nor any responses to my emails or text messages I have sent the staff. Today I will spend more time contacting the BBB and issuing a CFPB complaint against AUDI of GRAPEVINE for negligence. If you don't want to experience a situation like this, DO NOT buy a car from this dealership. They were so fast to take our business and get us to sign the paperwork only to know be so unresponsive. I recently took my Audi A8L in for an oil change service to Grapevine Audi. I will preface this review by saying I worked for Audi/Porsche for many years. The person setting the appointment told me their oil change special advertised online also applied to my car. When I went in, the service writer came up to me after my car was already in for service and told me it did not apply. I supplied him with the appointment contact name and had to threaten a conversation with a manager. I decided to check my oil level at home and it showed minimum oil level. When I called and explained my car had NO leaks and had less than 200 miles since the service, they said do I want my car checked for a "consumption problem", meaning a service charge. I am going to purchase a quart of oil on my own and unless someone makes this right, I will use an independent German car service center from now on. read more
