    A top of the line dealership that runs better than some of the line of vehicles under the VW Group. Zaur Norvuzaliyev has played an important role as a brand specialist to myself, family, friends and top clients for a few years now.

    I was very disappointed. You need to change the Audi service personnel. I gave my car to audi service to replace the broken glass. And I left my airpods in the car, when I took the car, they weren't in the car, the manager suggested I search through the app to find my airpods . We'll deal with this later, it's an unpleasant feeling when you lose confidence in the dealer. Next, the glass was installed, but the sealing rubber bands were installed incorrectly, they just stuck out. The inside of the car wasn't even vacuumed they gave me a car with shards of glass on the floor and small shards of glass on the passenger seat! this is beyond incompetence. I paid $ 1300 for the side window. No cheapest service would leave this in the car. We will deal with what is happening in general. PS: I wrote to the service manager, who didn't even respond to my email.

    First of, I have the say this place looks great. My wife and I both were very impressed about this dealership. The building is huge, and they must got like 10 or 15 cars in display on the floor. Any models you could think of an Audi, they probably had it on the floor. We were interested in the midsize SUV Q5 and that's the car we approached first. The car looks and feels great from the inside. While we were looking around, the sales person came and greeted us. He was very polite and friendly, not pushy and trying to get us to buy a car, which my wife and I appreciated, not like the other places we visited. Even our visit was short, because we weren't planning to buy a car that day, but we have to say our experience over all was very positive. We were treated just like the way we liked. If we ever consider purchasing a new Audi, this would be the dealership we'd go to.

    Update- My previous post .. per Margarita!! Sales / reply. They hope to hear back from you so they can hopefully make things right and earn your Business.. Their soooo sorry, Ya Right!!! Just another lie and dishonesty!! .. After they hear back from you they play Mickey Mouse etc.. truly wipe their hands after a sale that their just looking for.. they have no desire for repeat business.. long story short, they would like you to address your issues thru a lawyer.. Many other professional and honest.. Audi dealerships for new and used in South Florida.. Stay away from North Miami Audi!! Very very shady!! And most importantly DISHONESTY..

This morning he called and demanded that I change my review to receive this check. (And would rip up the check if I did not submit to his demand-which he claims he did). Had he honored his agreement and been pleasant about it -I would have changed the review to reflect that they had made an effort but this continues to be a dealership that lies and seeks to intimidate. We have the receipts-that include proof that all papers were signed completely and properly (one week prior to our arrival at the dealership)and that the whole problem was fomented by Lexus of North Miami and their finance person Tod. Caveat emptor -the dishonesty at this Lexus store is palpable. As they handled this transaction in a fraudulent manner -we will be taking further action to protect our rights.

I bought a brand new Alfa Romeo veloce back at the end of November. Before I even received the car I noticed the paint was messed up but still was stupid enough to take it because I was promised it would be fixed by them at no cost to me well 3 months later and still no paint is fixed or word of it getting fixed as they have ghosted me. I was told they would be here for me not even 3 months later my check engine light comes on so I reach out to Jose the sales man who sold me my car and swore up and down to be here whenever I needed something. I texted him at 730 on a Saturday night so I was not expecting a response until Monday but when Monday came and I didn't receive a response I became very frustrated and upset due to the fact that he has his read receipts on and it tells me he read my message. By the end of the day Monday still no response so I decided to try and reach a higher up (his manger Raul) so I send him a text explaining the situation to him and even included photos. To my suprised he read my message and left me on read. I texted him Tuesday and it is now Friday and have not heard back from either of them. So I decide to try and call them both to which of course neither of them answer. I send a text saying hello? And I get left on read and ignored. Please do not buy from these people they are not trustworthy especially for the amount of money you are paying for these cars. Please take my advice and seek another dealership. Possibly the worst customer service I have experienced. See attached photos for the receipts of their lack of communication and horrible customer service.

I also want to note the exceptional ambience for customer care at this dealership. About 3-4 weeks ago, my mom leased a new vehicle and clearly told the salesperson, Jorge Gonzalez, that she did not have money for a down payment. They agreed on a monthly payment, she signed the paperwork, and drove away believing everything was finalized. A few weeks later, she received statements for two Toyota credit card accounts that had been opened in her name without her knowledge or authorization. The available credit on those accounts was used toward a $7,000 down payment on the vehicle. When she questioned the $7,000 down payment, she was told it would be covered by "Toyota incentives." At no point was she informed that credit cards would be opened in her name or that they would be used as part of the transaction. Today, the dealership's response was simply that she signed the contract and agreed to the terms. We strongly disagree. Consumers deserve to fully understand what they are signing and should never discover weeks later that additional credit accounts were opened in their name. We have filed complaints with the CFPB, the Florida Attorney General, Toyota Corporate, and the Better Business Bureau, and are pursuing additional remedies. Please review all documents carefully before signing and monitor your credit reports after purchasing or leasing a vehicle. If anyone else has experienced something similar, I would appreciate hearing from you.

    I don't know how to rate this. I would rather not write a review when I can not give all positive…read morefeedback. Service I rate higher, sales is my issues. So please take my rating as an average. I have always leased Infiniti's, so having that kind of service is something you get used to. My last Q60 was stollen, I decided to get a wrangler. My decision was because it was a car I always wanted. Not due in to sales pressure. If I have to say how my sales experience was November of 2020. I would give it 1 . The sales person was not helpful. They tried to get me into every model below what I wanted, kept me there forever playing their games, when I tried to leave, and even chased my car acting like they had a better deal to offer me. It was like a bad car salesman skit. At the end what we had a agreed for the down payment, was not what I paid before I walked out the door. I was too exhausted to fight, and just wanted to go home. The sad thing is I would have never had to deal with this at Infiniti. There I would test drive the car, on side streets, the highway, and where I wanted (wait that is any car). I am used to being in and out in less than 30 min with a new car. At Jeep, the sales man was too lazy to put gas in the car and only took me down side streets. To this day.... I hate my Jeep on the highway. I regret that I never test drove it to know that you can't use your blue tooth on 95. Should I continue.... No, I'll just leave it at that. I'm happy with this car for what it is, I got the Jeep I wanted. But, I will never give this dealership business. When you think of car salesman and the reputation they have.... This is the true meaning of them. Service: I can't complain. I have gone in for oil changes. Waited, or taken an Uber to work. Prior cars I was given a loaner. But, it's not a luxury car. This last oil change they did not reset my mileage to 0 for the next oil change. But, I know how to do that myself. My Jeep also is set to have an oil change every 10,000 miles. So, I am not sure why they put a sticker on the window for the next one due in 5,000 miles. I thought the days of stickers in the windows left us in the 90s. They washed it, so it looks great. They have a great area to sit and wait. You can get work done, have coffee, or relax... so no complaints. Service staff is friendly and helpful. I will give them all the s.     WARNING STAY AWAY! Aventura had two new Jeeps which we were…read moreinterested in with a advertised sales price on them. We called and were insured that they had them and several others in stock to choose from and that they always honour the sale prices. We drove down to Aventura, and after waiting an hour they could not find these two Jeeps, but offered one that had several scraches and a dent in it with 900 miles on it. When we asked to look at the other ones in stock they advised us that they could not sell them as they would not start and the computers were out of them. They lied and said even if they found the Jeeps we were interested in, they would not be able to sell them at that sales price, but could get one from another dealer for 10k more. Sales rep and sales manager were not helpfull and very upset that we would not put an offer in on the scrached and dented one with 900 miles on it. STAY AWAY AND DON'T WAIST YOUR TIME WITH THIS DEALERSHIP.
