Although we didn't purchase an Audi from the dealership, we did purchase a preowned Lexus that was absolutely flawless. From the moment we walked in the dealership and even before that, when my wife and I were communicating with our highly professional sales person, Carlos Cuerta about coming into the dealership, we were treated like VIP's. Carlos' business card has the title, VIP Manager on it and he and his sales manager George Elperin and the Finance advisor, Ozzy Benavides, all treated us with the utmost respect, listened to what we said, were extremely friendly and personable and made us truly enjoy the high level of professionalism and ease with with our transaction was handled. I bought a used A6 almost a month ago. I really wanted to like the dealership, and I love the car. Here's what went right and what went wrong. Pros 1. 30 day warranty for used cars 2. they don't FEE you to death like most car dealerships. Cons 1. They don't live up to their word. Upon getting ready to leave ( after a VERY long afternoon waiting for paperwork) the car starts and has a transmission error. Run it down to service and they plug it in and codes come up for some random part, and a new a battery. They promised to fix both. 4 days later they called and said parts are in so I sent my son with the car and when he got back the Salesman called to say they fixed the button but didn't replace the battery because when they rechecked it it showed charged. Of course it did, my son just drove it 90 minutes to get there during which it was charging. So now I"m out $500++ to replace the battery they promised to replace. 2. Paperwork took HOURS, simply unacceptable. 3. Salesman showed me nothing about the car, just handed keys and see ya later. Argued about the battery. 4. No where in the paperwork does it discuss the 30 day warranty, it actually contradicts it saying NO WARRANTY AS IS, you have to assume they''ll stand up to their "word" which as described earlier isn't really worth much. read more

The service department here is a complete scam. I have brought my car here 2x and they have manufactured problems with my car. The first time I needed new brakes and rotors. I took it somewhere else & I have over 1,000 miles to go before I even need to touch them. The second time I get bill for 8K with a list of things that needed attention. I take it to foreign affairs to get a second opinion. Some things needed repair but majority was a total lie & the bill comes out to less than 3K. If you value your money don't ever bring your vehicle here. The sales department was pretty good. The service department is a total scam. Update October 9, 2025 + October 11, 2025 + October 16, 2025 Service Consultant Luis Pagani is the worst at dealing with clientele care and rude either on a text or on site. Doesn't care at all what the client needs and never solved the reason why I brought my vehicle in the first place. Ignored completely everything I spoke to him about but thankfully Juan (Ecuadorian gentleman) was able to resolve and fix everything with warranty taking care of everything. Picking up my car today was such as ease. Only thing was it was not ready even though they texted the day it was ready for pick up. The complimentary wash that website and mail service they suggest if you bring the car for an oil change is NON-EXISTENT (so do not fall for it) Also I made sure to place things in a way but obviously when you leave your car for maintenance at this establishment their staff tend to take things without asking. Hope those $3.00 in quarters were worth it and leaving the interior of my car upside down too. It is not worth it at all to be treated by one of your staff like Luis Pagani did through the entire process. My lease ends in May 2026 and definitely I'll be taking my future leases with Audi to a different dealership as I refuse to be treated again this way. If you're having some type of problem or you're mad at something/someone don't bring your negativity/problems into your work place. UNPROFESSIONAL to say the least. ---------------------------------- I've been leasing cars here for years but the moment I try to request a service because my car has a vibration sound/feel on the rear back I get totally ignored by their employees Lisa and Kim. Salesman talked to me about a deal on a new Audi and says they can give a discount of 8% on the vehicle. When I take him up on the offer and move to close the deal he tells me that I need a Florida address to register the car. I'm confused at this point because their website offers delivery options for new vehicles to other states after purchase. He also said that Audis shipped to Florida are not compliant with CA emissions regulations and that I would not be able to register the car. Audi has been 50 State compliant since 2018. General Sales Manager tells me straight up they have a policy of not selling new cars to out of state customers. This I can understand because it is a hassle to sell out of state and she definitely has the right to refuse service. We had our own financing and he was not to happy about that. Here is the story . For around three or four months, my fiancé and I have been shopping for an Audi Q5. We were looking for the premium plus features of a CPO Audi. We had looked at many cars that had decided on one that we found at North Miami Audi. We found the dealership and made the appointment to go see and test drive the suv. When we arrive, the sales woman was pleasant and very nice but did not know much about the vehicle. We took the car in the test drive and liked the car, however, we had to do our own due diligence over the Internet to find out the features of the car and how to operate them because the sales lady wasn't sure. She was easy to work with and a pleasant personality however she was not very informative about the vehicle that we were interested in. We were interested in buying the car after the test drive nor did we argue over the price . We had Financing arranged but we still had to sit with the finance manager. I am from the state of Georgia, so is my fiancé however he works in the state of Florida. His job requires him to have a Florida license, but he does not have a Florida address. We told them that financing is done through us in Georgia and we wanted to pay the Georgia tax and register the car for the state of Georgia. We were told we could not leave with the car if we did that the car would have to be shipped and we would be double tax to pay tax for Florida and Georgia and could not leave with the car the car again I have to be shipped finance guy said to use the address on the Florida license and registered the car in Florida and we were told George is not a reciprocal state to buy a car. We were at the dealership for almost 6 hours. I have never in my life had such difficulty in purchasing a vehicle since the day we bought the car there's been nothing but problems with the car insurance. Insurance companies like to know where the car is being garaged. The dealership throughout the whole process kept telling us we could not use the George address or register the car in Georgia. We were told after payoff of the car then we could register it in Georgia or whatever we wanted to do. That is not how the law works and I have bought cars from Florida before so I have some friends and my children and never had these kind of problems. After eight months, we finally have the insurance correct but now having to work on the registration and the tax tag and title North Miami Audi dealership has made this one of the most difficult process is to go through ever they need to retrain their finance managers, and when they hire sales associates if they're going to sell Audi's, whether used or new, they need to know the car they're selling. Apparently they don't like to work with out-of-state buyers because of the way Audi handled the sale and the finance paperwork. They've made it very difficult and extremely stressful on both myself and my fiancé. I would highly recommend not buying a car from here I was researching reviews over the Internet and found many bad reviews of North Miami Audi. I wish I would've known before hand because they would've not gotten our business. I hope this helps someone do not have to go through what we have been through over the past eight months I have learned some valuable lessons on car dealerships from this not to mention the Audi Q5 that we bought we did not realize until after the front grill was cracked, but yet no accidents was reported and it had a clean Carfax. I live in Nashville area and had no intentions of going to see the car in person as I had test drove the same model at my local dealership. My experience for buying/leasing was not the best at all they actually tried to get over on me, but after walking out they called me the next day to apologize and make everything right. I ended up leasing here and I've been happy ever since. I love Audi, they're a great company. As for the service department I work with Israel, he is very sweet and always takes care of me. The dealership is absolutely gorgeous, they did an amazing job with the design, and upstairs they have a mini cafe with delicious food. They also have an extensive selection of cars to choose from, more options than any other Audi I've been to in South Florida. I was very disappointed. You need to change the Audi service personnel. I gave my car to audi service to replace the broken glass. And I left my airpods in the car, when I took the car, they weren't in the car, the manager suggested I search through the app to find my airpods . We'll deal with this later, it's an unpleasant feeling when you lose confidence in the dealer. Next, the glass was installed, but the sealing rubber bands were installed incorrectly, they just stuck out. The inside of the car wasn't even vacuumed they gave me a car with shards of glass on the floor and small shards of glass on the passenger seat! this is beyond incompetence. I paid $ 1300 for the side window. No cheapest service would leave this in the car. We will deal with what is happening in general. First of, I have the say this place looks great. My wife and I both were very impressed about this dealership. The building is huge, and they must got like 10 or 15 cars in display on the floor. Any models you could think of an Audi, they probably had it on the floor. We were interested in the midsize SUV Q5 and that's the car we approached first. The car looks and feels great from the inside. While we were looking around, the sales person came and greeted us. He was very polite and friendly, not pushy and trying to get us to buy a car, which my wife and I appreciated, not like the other places we visited. Even our visit was short, because we weren't planning to buy a car that day, but we have to say our experience over all was very positive. We were treated just like the way we liked. I have reached out to this dealer multiple times today asking for any sort of assistance with purchasing a new vehicle - an A4 to be exact, so making approximately a $45k+ purchase. I reached out to their person on their website chat, then their text communication, then their chat again to finally get someone from the dealer to connect- they texted me one "hi, I've heard you're interested in an Audi A4!" Message but then radio silence and finally someone called me at 7:45 pm. After all that time wasted, she seemed to be way too rushed on the phone and wouldn't listen to anything I had to say. Why would I waste my time coming down to see them in person if I can't get a straight answer, or even a recognition to a single statement I'm making? I have always loved Audi but they should take their name off of this dealer. The customer service is absolutely nonexistent, when I finally spoke with their rep, her knowledge was either subpar or nonexistent and that's why she was just trying to gather more information to contact me. I was literally speaking to her and the only statement she could make was to ask to give her information to contact me some more? Don't mention the fact I gave them my my email address twice throughout the day so that should already be in the system. Even if it isn't, it was like a broken record when I asked about the vehicle I'm interested in or any part of the actual sale itself. I even said I could make time to come in tomorrow but she was so out of tune with the situation that she just missed it or flat out ignored my statement. Either way, my mind was blown by the end of the conversation. There's a billion car dealers in south Florida that will actually try to sell you a vehicle- I know that's a game changer. I would give zero stars if that were possible. This is the most unscrupulous business I've ever dealt with. Three years ago, when leasing my vehicle, they tried to change the residual without me knowing. Today I asked for a buyout quote and Nicholas Sayles tried to add a $500 dealership inspection. He said that it was a state law and had to be done. I called Audi Fort Lauderdale and asked about this inspection. They said they never heard of it. I'm on car number three from Audi North Miami, I know the deal you get on a vehicle is relative to a lot of ambiguous factors so I won't speak to whether you can get a good deal here or not (though I feel I have each time). I will speak to their service department specifically here though, I've worked with a few of their reps and can't really say I've once had a bad experience. Their service department works for you here, jobs are completed fast, they don't seem to go out of their way to bill you for things you don't need, and the reps in my experience have all been transparent about the process. Yelson specifically here is an allstar, I've known sales associates to put in work and call/text you with/for updates on their personal phones but he's the first service rep I've seen to put that kind of work in. read more

Upon receiving the information I contacted the saleperson to let him know that I would purchase the vehicle and had the funding already lined up. He responded great and that he would let finance know and they should contact me. After hours of waiting and some follow ups to make sure I was not forgotten, I received a call from the salesperson. The call was to let me know that they just sold the car to someone who had come to the dealership after I had already committed to purchase. I have a 2023 Audi Etron that I brought in because the garage door opener (homelink) wasn't working. After working on the car they found the homelink module was broken because of water damage and advised me it was not covered under warranty. I insisted my car has never been in any inclement conditions other than normal wet roads and rain. I brought my car home and quickly found the culprit. I sprinkled water over the top of the car to simulate rainfall and water was gushing behind the rear bumper cover and falling directly onto the homelink module. By their own admission, the homelink module is not a sealed component and therefore subject to water damage. I have attached a video of my test proving the water landing directly onto the homelink module. After trying to reason with them they insisted that I must have submerged the component underwater in order for that to happen. Ignoring the fact that there is ZERO evidence of water damage anywhere else on the vehicle AND the component is mounted so high up that if it were submerged then water would have entered inside the vehicle and caused significant damage all over. There is absolutely nothing wrong with my car except this faulty unit where water just happens to be pouring onto it. This is clearly a manufacturer defect that should trivial and have a simple resolution. Instead they are sticking to their nonsensical position and ignoring all the evidence pointing to the contrary. This was my first service experience at Audi of North Miami and my last. Unfortunately I will have to drive a significant distance in order to get quality service. I have attached photos and videos proving what I shouldn't have to. Imagine for a moment, spending 100k on a car and then having to do the job of the service department for them because of their ineptitude. "File a claim with Audi" was their response and dismissed me. Absolutely unacceptable and infuriating experience. For the record my service rep was Gio (I don't blame him), the foreman was Edgar (90% blame on him), and service manager was Cristina (10% blame due to the fact that I know she knows I'm right but sided with her foreman and didn't exercise her authority as a manager). Also, when I was in the market for an etron they placed me on a list to call me anytime an etron came in. They never called me. 6 months on the list and multiple requests for a call and they never called. Audi of Coral Springs placed me on a similar list and called me right away and I purchased a vehicle from them for that reason. Save yourself the trouble and say away from this place. This is the second largest Audi volume dealer in the US according to my salesman and it's somewhat surprising. It's an enormous building but the showroom isn't all that big, considering. I went in on a week night around a half hour before closing and and flagged down an employee and got a lukewarm response. This dealer has no reception desk to direct customers which I think is really poor. I've had good service there and not very good service/follow-up there on my A6 that I no longer own. I was looking for a part today and asked a random employee walking by where Parts is located and it was very far away. He just gave me verbal directions and didn't bother even walking me part way there -- at least far enough to see it. When I finally found it it was down this fairly narrow cinder block walled hallway and it was sweltering in that part of the building. Either the AC wasn't working or it's always that way -- god forbid. The clerk I spoke with had a box fan blowing on him -- it was so uncomfortable. I was looking for a fancy license plate frame and they only had one in stock which was the complete opposite of what I wanted. Their accessories display was back in the middle of the showroom -- usually in Audi dealers it's very close to the parts service desk. Not happy with the service department. I brought my car in for an oil change. I received a text with a video stating they found a oil leak. My car has approx 37,000 miles on it. The service department did a 45,000 maintenance service about 2,000 mikes ago. The car is driven every 4-6 weeks. It's at my vacation home in a garage. When I voiced my concern about the leak and how I have owned several cars from BMW's, Range Rovers, Volvo's etc. and this was the first time I ever had a leak. Plus I see no oil on the ground or engine. Nor do I smell anything burning and my oil light never came on. The service department told me. Leaks happen all the time. Which I replied. Really I also have 2 other Audi's in RI one is the same year and make Q5 and, the other is a S5 convertible and no issues. Then the gentleman followed his statement with they could fix this leak today and tomorrow I could have a leak again and would be responsible for the fix. I couldn't believe he said that. Doesn't leave much faith in your service department. Thats for sure. When I left the dealership. I called Audi head Quarters and explained the situation. Was told they would look into the service and would be contacted. Nothing back so far. Would I buy a 4th Audi? Probably not. Although, the service I receive in RI is amazing, South Florida not impressed. Also I told both the service and person I spoke to at the headquarters. I went in this past weekend to simply browse the inventory. I didn't have pressure from a single sales person and had the freedom to browse the inventory on my own. There was one car I was interested in with a great price point but the doors were locked. I asked for help and got help fairly quickly from Zaur Novruzaliyev. I took the car for a test drive and decided I wanted that car. Zaur was very friendly and professional and helped me put together various financing options and scenarios. I was having a bad day to say the least. Trying to leave work in the rain and my car wouldn't start. I had to call and wait on road side which was an ordeal in itself! Finally got to the dealership and was expecting to leave my car. When I got there I was greeted and taken into service right away! I was told I could wait or be given a ride back and forth from the dealership!?! I service at the collection and have never been taken in same day and never offered a ride back and forth!! I will be servicing my A6 at Audi of North Miami from now on. Alberto was fantastic and got me my car back washed and done in just a few hours! Thank you!!! read more

Unprofessionalism beyond anything you can possibly imagine. I bought a car and they had it shipped. For some reason the dealership didn't care enough to put a piece of cardboard taped to it to the windshield. They missed every possible deadline, the car arrived damaged, and I missed my vacation because of lack of common sense at that place. You can argue it's delivery company fault but they just transport the car. They are not supposed to prepare it for transportation. It is the dealer who supposed to ensure that the car either wrapped or has some kind of protection. This is not my first Audi but it's the worst experience I ever had. read more

I made an appointment because my AC broke and I was going to drop it off and run straight to work. The adviser Francesca tells me right away that the service is not going to be done today ( without even inspecting my car). I asked how I get home and I got a dry one back:"you can Uber". I explained I live far so then I will need a loaner. She said she won't be able to give me one because there is a waiting list and I will have to rent a car and pay for it myself! And also, the car most likely will have to stay for a service for a week! I expressed my concern because this is an inconvenience: I need to leave my car for a week and have no loaner to get to work! Francesca has not even tried to help and give a resolution. She told me she also have an Audi 4 and A6 and this is how long it took her with an AC! She doesn't want me go have "false expectations". So.. you are telling me this is a common issue that sounds like a FACTORY DEFECT and I have to get a rental myself because the car AC is broken....So basically Audi is not backing up their own product. You go to any company - you will get a loaner or even get your car delivered to your house! But customer service at Audi North Miami does not exist. Francesca stayed indifferent and did not seem to care. I took my car and left. I called to be transferred to a manager. Another lady said the manager is busy with a client and will give me a call back by EOD. It gets better : No one did. I called Audi Naples, they made an appointment for me for next week, said they will do an inspection first to identify how long it will take, advised the cost of the part replacement and guaranteed a loaner will be provided. They also mentioned AC fix never takes a week and they are not sure why I was told it would. I don't think I have even had such a disappointing service. Francesca is unprofessional, she doesn't have people skills and doesn't care to help. AC is quite crucial to have in Miami and I am a working mom that has to drive kids to school and drive to work every day. Audi NM clearly hired they advisors straight from the dollar store and not even training will help to get the service better. Never coming back! read more
