I would like to praise Audi of Pittsburgh for their amazing professionalism throughout the process of ordering and purchasing my 2017 Audi S6. I ordered the car on April 30, 2016. This order was for a 2016 vehicle. The ordering process was, unpressured, informative, simple and quick. The price (which was phenomenal) was negotiated with no effort. There was no back and forth from me to the manager playing "that game they play" in most dealerships. I don't mind playing the game, in fact, I thoroughly enjoy making a car salesman sweat, but I never needed to go there. I also calculated the value of my trade-in on Edmonds and KBB before these discussions. I was offered exactly what I should have been. After placing the order, I anxiously awaited delivery, I was given frequent updates on the progress of my car's build which made waiting "a little" easier. Given the timing of my order it became possible to change the order to a 2017 vehicle, and the Audi of Pittsburgh team made sure that happened (AWESOME). I did have a bit of bad luck during the process. I was rear ended 8 days before my new car arrived. My 2012 A7 sustained over 18k worth of damages. Ugh!!! I immediately notified Calvin Lane, Director Business Strategy and Portfolio Management (He humbly prefers General Manager), who said, "Don't worry, we will be fair with you." Let's just say I can't believe how much was still being offered for the A7. I picked up my new car yesterday, and was handed the keys to a spotlessly clean beauty that looked so much better than I ever expected. The financials were handled expeditiously. I got an exceptional interest rate on the loan (I do have great credit which helps). And I drove away with an amazing car for a great price knowing that I will buy from them again and again. In fact, I am ordering a new Q7 for my wife. This was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. Everyone involved demonstrated the utmost in professionalism and enthusiasm. My Audi Brand Specialist, Eric Johnson, was on top of everything, always happy, immediately accessible with answers, and keeping me abreast of the status of my order. Ted Lesko, Finance Manager, couldn't have been more thorough in his explanation of the paperwork. He made sure he had everything ready before I got there so as not to waste any of my time. Calvin Lane orchestrated this entire production with such precision that I am still amazed. I just can't say enough about his work ethic and concern for his customers. To start with, I am a business traveler ,and I travel across north east all the way to Ohio on business and so far I had my vehicle serviced at multiple dealers in NJ, MD, VA and PA, and with all of those experiences, I can definitely say, Audi of Pittsburgh is one of the best, if not the best among all of these states. Coming to my experience, I had to replace the complete assembly of both front and rear brakes, and as I was not sure where I would end up and when I will have time, I took estimates from dealers all the way from NJ to OH and as we all know, the estimates fluctuate based on local costs and everything else, so definitely there were some differences in the estimates, what surprised me is how the advisors at these dealerships, rather than giving me confidence , tried to scare me and asked me to replace lot of unwanted parts, which I learned later, thanks to Audi of Pittsburgh advisor. What made Audi of Pittsburgh the best is that, not only the lowest of estimates, but an honest assessment from their advisor. Paul Resko clearly advised that, it's not necessary to replace them right away as there is still some life left in them, which surprised me as some of the other service centers scared me that the vehicle is not in a drivable condition. But, as a safety measure and with winter and with all the miles I drive, I've decided to go ahead and get it done. It doesn't end here, even after quoting the lowest estimates, the icing on the cake is, they even offered an additional holiday discount, though it's not mentioned on their website, while some dealerships had some issues to honor the coupons clearly listed on their websites. Definitely a very pleasant experience and undoubtedly, from now on, as and when it's possible, for any major issues, I will make sure that my Audi gets serviced at Audi of Pittsburgh. read more

Nothing but great things to say working with the people of Audi Pittsburgh. I came in on Monday to test drive an S3 I saw online after initiating a chat with Brad online that morning. when I arrived, I worked with Jake to be able to take it out for a drive even though it was at their service center waiting to get the recalled piece installed. Jake was very helpful sharing details about the car and was in no way pushy. He worked with me to show me different payment options and thoroughly explained how the no-haggle pricing and the double trade-in valuation worked. Brad was the manager that did the physical valuation for my trade-in and I feel like he gave a very fair assessment and I was pleased with the offer. He also explained exactly why the S3 was priced the way it was - explaining the CPO, packages the car had and a nice little surprise that the car came with a set of winter tires and wheels. The next morning I got in contact with Jake and let him know I wanted to move forward with the sale. He immediately sent me a link to purchase the car right from my phone and stated he was going to get down to the service center to have the team get the recalled part replaced ASAP and have the car detailed so I could take delivery before the weekend. The car was complete already the following day and I completed the paper work and took the car home that Wednesday. Management even agreed to hold the winter tires and wheels in their garage at no cost since I will be needing those swapped out in just a couple of months. After our service center unexpectedly closed, we brought our Audi in for service at Cochran Monroeville. I've interacted with plenty of good service managers in my lifetime, but Karen was simply stellar. Some reps earn their skills from training and experience; but for Karen, it's just a part of who she is. More than just friendly, highly knowledgeable and focused on the task at hand (and having a refreshingly sincere and authentic nature), she went beyond the call, taking extra initiative, time and care to provide valuable information and guidance in areas relevant to my visit and vehicle that I never requested or even thought of asking. She also has an uncanny ability to make you feel right at home, like family. All combined, these are increasingly rare traits to find in any individual in any industry, and If it's possible to define an organization alone by the caliber of its people, Cochran has hit a home run with Karen! The service itself is everything one would expect from a certified Audi partner: Not only did they fit me in with little notice, turnaround time was prompt; they were quick to point out (and correct) a recall item and our vehicle was returned well-washed and looking great. What I particularly liked was the low-traffic, modern and relaxing waiting environment dedicated entirely to service customers. They have an nice selection of fresh coffee options, good quality bottled water, plenty of comfortable seating and entertainment for lounging, tables for working and of course free Wi-Fi. Outstanding experience! We live in New Jersey and contacted Sales Associate, Matt Kessler, about a purchasing a preowned vehicle for my son. Making an expensive purchase from afar can be difficult, especially when the vehicle is 'used'. Matt's demeanor, professionalism, and earnestness in trying to get our questions answered made me extremely comfortable that I was getting solid, honest answers. On several occasions, he checked various points and sent us pictures. For all the reasons above and more, he was instrumental in getting us into the particular vehicle, but mainly because we felt we were dealing with a very honest person. My son and I flew into Pittsburgh from NJ and were greeted by Matt and Jon Doliveira (Pre-owned Sales Manager) who treated us like old friends. Both Matt and Jon went above and beyond to ensure the whole experience went well and dove into action to rectify a minor issue. The experience of finalizing with Jake Akhtar (Business Manager) was also fantastic. Even the staff in the periphery went out of their way to say hello and be extremely welcoming. Every person we met from Dan who prepped our vehicle, to the guys in the repair shop, were genuinely interested in ensuring the vehicle was ready to go and that we were completely satisfied. Upon coming off my 2017 A3 lease, I wasn't sure if I was going to stay with Audi or move to the infinity QX50. Just when I was about move forward with the QX 50, I received a call from salesman Steve Catalo from the Pgh Audi store. He spent a tremendous amount of time to discuss what I liked and disliked in our A3, which allowed me to check out the Q5. My wife and I test drove it and really liked it, but wasn't sure. We waited a few weeks to look at other models and called Steve to once again review and compare it with the QX50. Steve never put down the competition and simply reviewed the Q5 options in exceptional detail. Upon reviewing every item and feature of the car, we still wanted to wait. We loved the way Steve treated us...no pressure tactics, but simply went out of his way to answer our questions and concerns of which we didn't get at other dealerships upon reviewing several other vehicles. We ended up leasing the Q5 and felt very comfortable with the deal that Steve presented. John, the finance guy was also exceptional and great to work with. After adding a second child to our family in April 2019, we knew that our current Audi A3 would need to be reconsidered. We have loved the brand since becoming a customer in 2016 and decided to go check out the new location in the strip. Our experience was beyond pleasant from the moment we set foot in the door. A sales rep saw us come up to the door with a stroller and came out to greet us and hold the two sets of doors open for us. We were introduced to Jake, a newer sales rep to the Audi brand. He was so incredibly nice, approachable and didn't make us feel pressured or rushed. Buying a car- especially one so expensive- can be a daunting decision- and Jake acknowledged that and supported us every step of the way. After realizing I was over my allotted mileage on my current lease from another brand, Jake worked with colleagues Brian and Davor to help get me into a new Q7, with more mileage to work with! They did everything they could to help get us to financial place we could be comfortable with. I would recommend this dealership and Jake (as well as his colleagues) so anyone considering a new car! On Wednesday October 4th, I had one of the BEST service experiences from Audi Pittsburgh. It began at 9am, with Larry Pryor picking up my R8 at my front door. He left me a clean A6 loaner car for my use. At approximately 1pm, Larry called me to ask if it would be ok to wash the car. I told him not to worry about it, that I have a guy who usually hand washes the car for me. Larry (THE SERVICE MANAGER) then INSISTED that he would like to personally hand wash my car! Really???? WOW!!! A service manager that is actually committed to pleasing the customer??? The complete opposite experience I had at Sewickley Audi! Long story short, Larry brings my car back to my house at 6:30pm. The oil change service was done. All of the software updates were done. The car was spotless, and returned the same day! The icing on the cake was HE TOPPED OFF MY GAS!! I was totally overwhelmed with the professional service and care that Audi Pittsburgh provided! This is an organization that gets it! I had a great experience with Audi Washington. I called to inquire about a used Audi Q3 on the lot and was able to see it that evening. My salesperson, John Rackley was just fantastic and a very pleasant person to deal with in what can sometimes be a stressful transaction. I felt as though he really cared about doing what needed to be done to help get me in that car and take it home. After some negotiations, (and John texting me on his day off to keep me informed) I was able to pick it up and bring it home in 48 hours. My only suggestion would be to make sure that when someone schedules a time to see a vehicle, make sure it is cleaned. The car had crumbs in it and was a little dirty. HOWEVER, it was also the day of a huge snowstorm and I am sure most of the man power on the lot was used to clean off cars that day. So, this was probably an isolated experience. Overall, I am very happy with the car and couldn't recommend John high enough to those looking for an Audi in Western PA. read more

I have used the service department at Audi in Washington for over a year now and have been so happy with them. (We switched from another dealership unaffiliated with Audi Pittsburgh). It became time for a new car and this week I met with John Rackley at the Washington site and couldn't be happier with his assistance in buying our new Audi Q5. He was extremely knowledgeable, very professional and there was absolutely no pressure as we were making our decisions. This is our second Audi and I love this car. John listened to me as I explained the things I wanted on this car and worked to find me the perfect one. He has followed up with me to make sure I am comfortable with all of the new features and know how to use them. I got in my Audi to come home from volunteering Wednesday evening and a terrible noise started to come from somewhere up front; it was a screeching, like an animal being gutted. Just awful! The next morning, the noise was gone but I was still concerned. I spoke to Mary Jo at Audi Pittsburgh. She made an appointment for my car a few hours later. They checked everything out at no charge (The noise was just from a pebble caught on a rotor. ), took care of a recall item (again, at no charge), and advised me that I was overdue for new tires. (They gave me a couple of options to consider.) The people I dealt with there were all delightful: helpful, professional and friendly. They all seem to enjoy working at the new, beautiful location. I didn't mind waiting there at all and enjoyed a short walk to La Prima Coffee in the Strip District. read more

Had a great experience with the customer service at this dealership. I was looking to buy a new car and they walked through all details and steps necessary to choose the appropriate car for me. They were accommodating. I would also have to specifically thank Mr. Christopher Fox who went absolutely above and beyond as he was responding to my questions and messages on his days off. He also walked me through the tutorial and oriented me to my new SQ5. The car itself was delivered in 3 months from Europe as promised and there were no delays in delivery. A couple of minor concerns related to the breaks and driver's window needed minor fine tuning but otherwise, I am extremely pleased with my choice and the service provided. The facility is brand new and extremely clean and professional. The staff was immediately welcoming and responsive to all of my questions. I was immediately into a test drive as soon as I walked in the door. Most other dealerships will try to sell you before you ever get to see the vehicle you showed up for. My salesman was very helpful and very detailed. I purchased a used S4 and he knew everything about these vehicles. It was refreshing to hear actual answers to my technical questions rather than "I dont know" or "I'll have to look into that"! I am a lifelong car enthusiast and a car collector. My everyday car is an Audi A4, I typically drive about 25-30,000 miles a year. This is my second Audi and while I did not purchase it from Audi Pgh. I was fed-up with the quality of service(and indifferent attitude) at another local Audi dealer. The service managers at Audi Pgh. (Patrick and Steve) are professional, courteous and helpful. I was quoted a price for a routine service, the car was finished on time and on price. They took the time to explain a number of the cars systems to me and to discuss technologies that will be featured on upcoming models. Audi Pittsburgh has a new(and very particular) service customer. My next Audi will be purchased and serviced exclusively at Audi Pittsburgh. End of story. read more

Audi service in Monroeville... great location, quality work, OUTSTANDING customer service. Worked with Michael. Did what I asked, on time as promised. Also, found recalls that I wasn't aware of and took care of them. But most remarkably, after I unexpectedly ended up admitted to the hospital and out of coomunication while the car was being services, Micheal didn't just leave a message to tell me the car was done. When he couldn't reach me on a Friday, knowing they were going to be closed on Saturday, he found a colleague (didn't catch his name) that lived close by the dealership and offered to come in on his own time on Saturday to get me the car. I'm glad I decided to make the 2 hour trip down and not buy local. I was treated with white gloves the second I walked in the door. I purchased an older used car, that they made look new after detailing, at a great price and treated like I was buying an expensive car. The entire process was easy and quick. My Q5 in needed tires and service. Patrick the service manager spent time with me on the phone to select the tires to fit my needs. Though Patrick wasn't there the day of my service, the experience went smoothly; except later I found out that the wrong tires were installed. Frustrated, I complained to the dealership and Patrick got in touch with me, they came to get my car, and made it right. Patrick did a great job taking care of the customer; and, it seems that he might be the one individual holding it all together. Hopefully, more people can be trained and incented to take care of customers like Patrick did, especially considering that we're paying a premium price for the vehicle and its service. read more

He was always available via email/text to answer all my questions and if he didn't have an answer he would do his best to find it. I felt very comfortable and more than satisfied to have him as my sales rep.. His efforts led to me finding exactly what I wanted and had it delivered from a different state to Pgh. i am writing to say Pat at Audi Pittsburgh was so helpful! My front right tire was not holding the air pressure. I stopped in on Thursday. Pat added air to the tire and said I should come back Friday so service could check it more thoroughly. I had my car to the dealership the next morning bright and early. Pat provifed a ride home for me and reviewed the poor condition of all of my tires after the mechantic completed the inspection. He was able to get my new tires installed for me by 5:30 pm and provided a ride for me to return to the dealership. I so appreciate his effort to insure my safety with the new tires!
