So an update on my review. GM did call and gather more information regarding my experience. However, Indigo's offer was a free car wash!! Start small to rebuild trust. Also, on the same day he called an automated text came in offering a 15% discount on estimated services that we did not have done. Bad timing was the response from Audi Indigo. But if this happens to you at least they will offer a car wash to ease the pain on your pocketbook. read more

I had a broken headlight and a non functioning backup light which needed repair. When I checked in the quote was $540. I assumed that was for the repairs. Turns out the cost to replace both was over $7,000. That along with other recommended repairs came out to over $11,000. At that point I said I would forgo the repairs and consider other options. When I came to pick up my car they charged me $540 for the "inspection " which I thought was just providing an estimate. To make matters worse when I paid with my credit card they added a 3% surcharge. I was considering buying another Audi but after this experience I am having second thoughts. read more

This dealership has recommended many services which were not needed according to Audi owner Manuel. Funny they don't recommend the services which are needed. My free 15 point inspection said I needed over $2000.00 in services. Example, I was told to rotate my tires which were brand new from American Tire. Be very carful and follow your owners manual and not what they try to up sell you on services which are not due. I was also told my engine mount was bad and was critical. I had it checked out with another service and of course it was not leakinfgon my 35,000 mile car. If you value your hard earned money I recommend you go independent service center that specialize on Audi cars. read more

Unfortunately I can only confirm the many one start reviews this dealership receives for their service department. I owned several Audi models over the last year and while I loved the cats I got so frustrated with the service experience that I switched to BMW. The last few visits to the service department have been nothing but trying to just take advantage by suggesting non- necessary repairs for overinflated prices...(e.g windshield wiper replacement for $300 and my personal favorite $600 for tire alignment on a car that I purchased a month before with Audi...) while also trying their best not to cover needed repairs during the warranty window. Feels like they try to take advantage of women coming in alone hoping they won't know better and cant be scared/ pressured to proceed with said charges. So very disappointing as my experience with Audi Service was very different years ago. read more

Called service department to see what it would cost to do a fluid and filter change in our 2016 Audi Q5 transmission. You wouldn't believe me, he said he would have to call me back with that, that would have to check with mechanic. Well a hour later he called back with estimate, 1,400.00 dollars, just for a fluid change no filter. He told me that there is no filter. I have never heard of a transmission that doesn't have a filter. He must of thought that I just rolled of the pumpkin wagon! So guess what, I ordered a new filter and fluid for 250.00 bucks and changed myself. I really didn't want to I don't mind sharing the wealth, but come on let's get real no bullshit. I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I received and ultimately decided to switch dealerships because of this experience. My vehicle remained at the dealership for more than a month, and throughout that time I constantly had to follow up myself by phone to get updates. Communication was very poor, and I did not feel that my time or concerns were respected. Additionally, when I dropped off my vehicle, I was not offered the same level of customer support and accommodations that I observed being offered to other clients, such as transportation assistance (Uber from dealership when I dropped my car ) or a loaner vehicle. As a result, I initially had to rent a car entirely out of pocket, which was unacceptable considering how long my vehicle was kept. I also had to repeatedly push just to finally receive a loaner vehicle because "Jacqueline / Jackie"was not responsive throughout the process. Unfortunately, this added even more frustration to an already difficult experience. Looking back, I truly wish I had been assigned to work with someone else at the dealership who was more communicative and attentive. The overall experience made me feel uncomfortable and undervalued as a customer. Given that many of my own clients work with Audi, I expected a much higher standard of professionalism and customer care. Instead, I left feeling disappointed and tired of the lack of clarity and communications . Original estimate kept on changing every week. Because of this experience, I no longer felt comfortable continuing service with this dealership and chose to move to another dealership where my issue was fixed in 3 days. I bought a car here. The experience was good. I do resent dealer add ons like paint enhancements and GPS gadgets I don't want or need being part of the base price. They wouldn't remove them either. Bad policy and price gouging but most dealers do it. That's why aware consumers don't go back for service they expect to be price gouged. Nice staff lousy business model. read more

Professionals who treat you like an adult - that was our takeaway. Purchased a car from Isaac, but - through no fault of the dealer - a problem very quickly appeared. Issac and his team efficiently handled the problem, even providing a loaner despite the fact that we live quite far away. That made logistics difficult, but Audi of Rancho Mirage made everything right, and treated us with care and respect, as any Audi dealership should. If I need anything else in the future - and drive makes sense based on the deal they offer - I would certainly go back. They turned what could have been very bad into something very good. read more

I have been using this dealership service for several years and will no longer get near this place. The service department was terrible on follow-up and quality of diagnostic. I bought my Q7 there for a small coolant leak and they said it was water pump which cost $1200 which I thought was very high but had it done For a total of $4500 worth of work. The leak returned so I went back and than they said it was the coolant reservoir and it would cost $710. I bought a new one and replaced it for $35 in 10 minutes and the leak is still came back. These TDI engines have a known problem in the valley with the coolant valve, gaskets, EGR and oil cooler. I asked for a quote on this known work and they refuse to follow up including senior management. It would be thousands of dollars of new work but they have had zero interest. Audi needs to do an Audit on this dealership and find out why they refuse to give a !@#$ about their customers. I will never go back as result. I was going to trade the car in if costs were too high and get a new vehicle but after this NO THANKS! Don't waste your time and money here.... read more

I had been looking for a luxury SUV for a few months. I test drove a Cadillac, Mazda, Lexus, Porsche, BMW, Rivian, Genesis, and Acura. While I did have a good experience at every dealership, Audi really stood out with their customer service. Literally everyone at the dealership introduced themselves and talked to me. Sthepany Gutierrez went above and beyond to find me the right car, and the right type of lease that worked for me. She even came in on her day off to make sure I didn't have to wait for the car I had finally decided on. I ended up with the Audi Q8 E-tron EV, and so far it's been a great car. Sthepany and Audi are still there after the purchase to answer any questions that may come along with a new car. I have not experienced the service department, but the sales department is top notch and above the rest. read more

Told me to bring my car in for a check engine light issue then when I got there was told they were too busy and it would be multiple days before they could look. I called Audi at noon to inform them I was bringing my Q5 in to get a new wheel/rim & tire, had the car towed arrived at 1:00, I spoke to a sales guy about a 2025 Q5 they had on the lot, said I might be interested in trading my car, at 4:30 I received a list of things they said were needed for the car not mentioning a new wheel/rim or pricing for what I brought the car to the dealership for to start with. I was told they did an inspection, which I never asked for, they were not able to get me a price for my request, told to come back the next day. I called the next morning requested to get the update and decided to have them put the spare on and I would take my business elsewhere. Before getting my car and leaving I made an offer to buy a new 2025 Q5, it's end of the month. I didn't hear back so left came home called the sales guy and was told they were not interested in selling me the new car, no counter offer on the new car. This was terrible Customer Service from everyone at Audi, they blew a chance to fix a my car, and sell me the new car, instead wasted my time with no followup on trying to make a deal on the new car. read more

The sales team was pretty solid, I saw a car online inquired about it and my salesperson was extremely responsive with all the information that I'd requested. Was very communicative throughout the buying process as well. Because electric cars are still fairly new to most dealerships I'd say my knowledge of the car was a lot better than the sales team. Overall the buying process was pretty smooth, my only qualm is that I paid over $100k for the car I purchased and they refused to budge on little things like adding tint l, a cargo net or providing small niceties that cost them nothing but improve the buying experience and may bring you back, like an owners manual, which was missing. Otherwise, a decent experience. And despite the lack of follow up after the deal, if they had a car I really wanted again, I might consider going back to them. read more

This car, as much as I love it, was a total lemon from the start, with the A/C blowing up 6 weeks in during my first summer back in PS. It's a Q5 and has had every single major repair you can imagine, from the computer to the transmission to the air conditioning and I bought it brand new! Indigo happily took it on and has been there for me in a way that my bay area dealer never was. Update to my previous review. After speaking with the service manager Leo M., he was able to expedite diagnostics and identify a significant oil leak in various places in the engine. Audi sent a video with the inspection! He graciously coordinated a loaner car for me during the repairs, during which time he kept me updated. The whole transaction went very smoothly as expected with my past experience with Livermore Audi. I'm glad Leo stepped in, otherwise I would have ended up with an oil change, seal off system and wait for the oil to continue leaking based upon the first service advisors recommendation. Thank you Leo for listening to my concerns that the oil consumption I was experiencing was not normal for my car which I've owned for 10 years and recommending an inspection first. read more

So I buy a 2015 Audi A6 in 2017 pre-owned for about 30k. The finance manager lays out the service that will be needed. I buy the next SCHEDULED SERVICE along with the vehicle. Someone pulls out in front of me and the car is totalled! I call and go into Rancho Mirage Audi over 35 to 40 times in the past few years and everytime they tell me yes they have the problem resolved and I will get a refund by check within 6 to 8 weeks. It is now almost 3 years ago I was told I would get a refund for my pre-paid service which was over $850. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING EXTRA FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! IT IS A SALES TACTIC AND LOOKING FOR COMMISSIONS! Plus it just isn't cool to lie to customers. I love Audi vehicles but had to go to another dealership so I could trust them..Walter's Audi in Riverside! If you want to purchase and Audi from Rancho Mirage please call the GM and ask them if their finance manager is going to try and sell them service and if they actually will honor it! Terrible customer service from the Service Department. Took my Q3 in per Audi's fuel tank recall. First, they told me they couldn't look at my car on the day I had scheduled. When I returned the next day (told I was first in line) the service department completely forgot about the car and never looked at it. The third time I brought it in, they tested it and said they'd need to fix it - would be ready in two days. Two days later they tell me that they need to replace the tank but the tanks are back-ordered - would be in on the 26th of December and would take a day to fix. I call on the 28th and was told that the part was still on back order and they had no idea when it would arrive. I get that "things happen". But the complete lack of communication is what is inexcusable. Every time I call I have to listen to their credo and the lofty statements about commitment to customers, but I've yet to see any evidence aside from the receptionist who actually tried to be helpful by tracking someone down (to no avail). Not once when I've called has my service rep ever been available and god knows when they planned to tell me that actually had no idea when they would have the car fixed.
