I brought my brand new car over yo service to have it washed and was told "we don't do that." What? You don't offer car washes to your customers after they've spent $50,000 and up on a vehicle? That is why I take my Audi now to Elk Grove Audi. They wash it for me WEEKLY with Grace and great service and give me a delicious latte to drink while they are doing it. I had a coolant service done to my car and the following week the car started to run hotter than normal. The temp needle started to climb pass the halfway mark, so i had to turn the heater on the car full max to keep the temp needle in the middle. Took my car back to them to have them look at it and they said it's nothing they did. They said my thermostat was bad and causing the issue. The thermostat in an internal engine component and has to have coolant going through it. I don't know the detail of their coolant service, but i know my car didn't have this issue until after they worked on my car. And i take care of my car. They didn't want to help correct issue, but instead wanted to charge me over $1500 for the repair. That didn't sit well with me. I know it's not the service advisor fault, but the whole process left a bitter taste in my mouth. I was hoping to keep coming back to them for services, but not after this. They also charged me for the diagnostic to inspect the overheating issue. This place is a SCAM. Be careful and be aware. I will be telling all friends and family to don't even attempt to go to this place. read more

2019 AUDI A4 I spent three weeks looking for the best deal on my wife's new car. My decision to take that time paid off when I found Rocklin Audi last Friday. Since I knew exactly what I wanted, I used TrueCar.com for my search. Andrew Burkett responded from Rocklin Audi with "Please let me know what packages you're looking for and I would love to make it happen..." Funny thing, he was serious. My instructions were simple - I hate dealerships. I wanted a firm price, thoroughly detailed, including my trade-in value -- before I'd consider buying my Audi from him. This guy surprised me; I'm in my 60s that doesn't happen very much anymore. Within hours I had a very competitive offer, financing rate below my preapproved Chase loan, and I never stepped foot into the dealership. Topping this off, he drove through 160+ miles in Bay Area traffic to deliver our car to our home in the Santa Cruz Mountains and pick up our trade-in. He contacted me promptly after my inquiry and emailed me a picture gallery of potential matches. When I arrived at Audi Rocklin he greeted me in the parking lot as soon as I stepped out of my car. I felt welcome. Above a spacious and modernistic showroom he showed a few matching cars and after we found one his colleagues discussed financial details in a clear and straightforward way. Bill suggested I drive the car to lunch. This journey proved mutually beneficial. After everyone answered my questions adequately, entry into the contract flowed without impediment or trepidation. Processing my credit and signing forms took an hour. On departure Bill put me through a hands on tutorial regarding all the gadgets and mechanisms that made the systems work. This review is for the service department: Had my new car for a week and my GPS is all wonky, not calibrated. I had asked for this car specifically from another dealership in the bay area and apparently since it was from somewhere else, this dealership didn't do all the checks because they assumed the other dealership had done it (strike one). While driving on I-80, GPS says we are driving IN folsom lake. Take it back to the service department and THIS IS WHERE my relationship with this Audi takes a nosedive. They set me up with Lorenzo, who possibly has the worst customer service attitude. He was condescending and incompetent. When dealing with him over the phone in regards to my car (which took quite a while to fix), he could never give me any details, just telling me that he's not an engineer (strike 2, fine you aren't an engineer but you could go find out?). Also while setting me up with a loaner car, he sent me to Enterprise and didn't have all the paperwork, I sat there for 20 mins while they were trying to figure it out on the phone with him (you could hear him fumbling on the other end). After I got fed up and texted the sales guy, he came to Enterprise and picked me up to go back the dealership because they had reserved me an A4 loaner on site the entire time (strike 3). Afterwards, Lorenzo was not apologetic. Because of this experience, I will never go back to this Audi for service. Although they have given me some perks for my troubles, the overall experience had soured my view of them. I have since taken my business to the Niello Audi in Sacramento, who are much more customer oriented and actually seem to pride their work. read more

The service department is the best that i have experienced. Lenny is great, and all of my repairs were done as requested. He called me with updates on my car each day that it was in for repair's. What a great place to have your car serviced. Also, i bought a few items from the parts dept and the man that helped me couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. Traditional car sales. I spent time at the dealership and found I used car my wife liked, a TT. Made an offer at full price but wanted a bit more warranty since it expired in a few months. Was presented with finance prices before a credit report was pulled. Rate was about 17%, I was amazed since I have perfect credit, I was told its an average of the area, sounds like crap to me. Was told no way on additional warranty since the price is so expensive for Audi warranty so they did not accept my CASH offer. Went to CarMax, got same car, saved $7K and got 4% financing. read more

Once we agreed to buy the car the guy that was helping us could not be found. We went back the next day and also couldn't find him. I was even allowed to bring a car home for the night that I was considering. I'm glad I slept on it as when I returned I drove another car that turned out to be just what I wanted. Audi Rocklin, let's start with this was the worst experience I have ever had my entire life with anything. Cindy Parker is a liar, she has NO business dealing with customers. They will temporarily fix your car so you will have to come back to fix it again. They love your Money. Luke Smith will agree with Cindy Parker as well what a team they are. My car was in that dealership for 2 months. Dropped off June 1st and picked up August 2nd 2017. We had to do a lot of arguing back and forth to get them to fix my car. There were a few times they just said come pick it up it's ready however the car was Still not fixed. At the end of the horrific experience my car was somewhat fixed. The back light they replaced is out again after only 2 months, and I believe there is now something else wrong with this amazing Audi however I will NOT be taking it back to ROCKLIN Audi. I would suggest Buying a Lexus they have the BEST customer service I have ever experienced. I will Give Audi 1 Star for fixing my Small issue with my Radio. However Lexus would get 5 stars.
