I saw a listing for a 2005 sl500 over the corse of 2 weeks I went back inforth with Rick trying to get a better price... Finally he agreed to give 700 off a cash deal...I asked do I need to give you a deposit he hesitated and said no... Them said his word was his word and complete discloser.. Next he said he would be out of town and we would get it done next week...As we aproached getting it don he said the car didnt pass smog and he didnt know why...I had been suspicious that he was stalling to sale the car for that 700 more..Mind you it was a clean car slightly over priced ...Howeber I wanted it...O. Tuesday evening I got food poisioning I checked in 3 times in a day in a half from bed...ONLY to find out he removed the listing from facebook and scrubed his whole conversation to me... This so I couldnt report him..I am fully convinced this man is the reason so many car salesman are untrusted...He stalled me for a week and a half trying to get more money all while telling me we had an agreement...I lost out on another oportunity because of this dishonest man.. I further want to say in my 65 years I have never once been so offended by being deceived as to give anyone a bad yelp...This is the first time I have ever complained about someone...His last very purposeful scrubbing of all his converstation to me is a complete tell all..Facebook market place would have not been pleased...
