Awful, just awful. Had a family tragedy while buying a car there and they conveniently glossed over Audi care and that I'd have to pay out of pocket oil changes--Avoid Roberto Rivera. That combined with also not paying for my title. Shady as heck, now I am stuck with this wagon and do not want to go back to Audi Tucson. Sales manager (Emilio) told my husband that "he'd take care of it" ...a week later, nothing. DO NOT believe a word they say. Classic car salesmen! Audi alerted me my car had a couple of necessary software upgrades. I was directed to Audi's location at 22nd and Swan. I called to make a rez and worked with Robert. My time was two weeks in advance since i needed a loaner. Robert was on it all the way. All the arrangements were perfect and after, Robert gave me a quick tutorial on the new software. I have been bringing my A8 L to Tucson Audi since 2017 and I have no complaints, and believe me, my car has thrown a couple mysteries at them. Jordan Egan, my service advisor, is the best. He and the mechanics bend over backwards to make sure that I'm in the loop, answering my questions and providing the best service possible. If I'm there for something simple they have a comfortable little waiting area with snacks and beverages. If it's more involved, there will be a loaner car waiting for me. Brought my wife's Q3 in for an annual service. During the vehicle's inspection, the mechanic found that that the lower control arms (part of the steering) bushings has showed serous signs of wear. I made an appointment to install new tires and replace the engine hood struts. There were a few other issues with my R8. Dylan provided me with an nice loaner and kept it until my car ws ready. they had to order a part so it took an extra day. I scheduled my Q8 for the replacement of fuel pump and oil change not quite at my 40,000 miles so Dylan suggested this strategy. Very very happy as I needed filters as well once checked. I appreciate the transparency of service (video and communication). I picked up my car two days later as the timing did not work and Audi was accommodating as well as giving it a fresh wash (thanks Dylan).
