With the living room home theater space, a strong second. My home office was an overnight task that I thoroughly enjoyed myself. Now comes the big thing, getting my television mounted in the living space. Now I've mounted many a tv in my time, but this 82" monster from Samsung is a whole new animal. After putting my feelers out on Yelp, I came across Audia Media Group. Frank was very responsive, knowledgeable, and most important FAIR. Appointment is scheduled and fast forward to the actual day, I'm greeted by his son Mack. Wow, this young man knows his stuff. I'm no slouch when it comes to home theater, networking etc, but he is lightyears ahead of the game. (We even chatted a bit about Anime) Mack took care of the prep work, including following CDC mask protocols and even removed his shoes before entered the carpeted areas of my home. A+++ Soon after, Frank shows up with the best demeanor, professional and approachable. Top notch in my book. Soon, the father and son team go to work. Measure, test, measure again and before I knew it... I was greeted by, yet another gentleman Steve. He appears in the living space and adds to the joy of this home theater install. He was on top of things and a 3rd set of eyes. After a couple of hours, my TV is mounted and ready to be enjoyed. The space was even cleaner after they left. Wow, what a wonderful experience overall. I got the mount up alright but I also wanted to tun power and cabling behind my walls. I ran into two unexpected issues which were spray foam insulation and a horizontal fireblock which prevented me from fishing my wires through. That's when I decided to call Audia Media Group for some professional assistance. Frank and Steve quickly identified the issues and scheduled a time to come work on my wall. They were patient and professional, and walked me through each part of the process. So I switched internet providers, went from spectrum to AT&T's fiber, problem was I didn't have any cat5 connections in my office, so that being said, AT&T installed everything in my garage, but my office is on my 2nd floor, so I called Frank & Steve to see if they could help with my issue, so he gladly came to check out my issue and well he got done! I didn't actually get work done by Audia Media Group, but our HOA group did contact them for a quote. Danielle, their project manager was the most professional, detailed, and fast in terms of responsiveness in answering questions. Yelp has that function to send out multiple quotes and companies do respond but that first impression is so important. Again, while we didn't do work with Audia Media Group - because of that first interaction, the immediate follow up phone call the next day, the details... I would not hesitate to contact them again should a new project come up. Unfortunately, so many companies these days forget that customer service is paramount to a successful business but Audia does seem to put their best foot forward. read more

Amazing job, Great prices, Friendly, and professional I originally was going to purchase the Samsung 82" Q80 and a Denon receiver from Best buy, but after speaking with Frank (And Danielle) -- They were able to save me over $500, so of course, I went with Audia Media Group for the purchase. I placed the order on Thursday night, and they came Saturday to do the TV setup, mount, and the Surround Sound calibration / setup. Unfortunately, the Sub I wanted didn't come in on time (I purchased from somewhere else) -- so the calibration couldn't fully be done. Frank and Danielle came back a week later at NO EXTRA COST to set up the calibration when the sub came in. Truly amazing. I explained what my issue was, along with pictures, and she immediately put me in contact with Steve and Frank. The four of us talked on the phone and she set up an appointment for the next day (today). She is so friendly, personable, and professional (just a sweetheart), and made me feel very comfortable. Steve and Frank arrived were very punctual, arriving right when they said they would. Without any graduation, they got right into the root of my TV/Audio issues and figured out what was wrong and how to correct it. Really underwhelming and a waste of money. I asked for a TV calibration, and they showed up without the necessary equipment to do so. The technician literally said he would "shoot from the hip" as opposed to using color gear as calibrators who do my professional work use. In the end, I ended up readjusting everything myself and I'm much happier with the results. I wish I had done more research or just went with the guys my colorists use. read more

Let me start by saying that the installers were really nice. Now the disappointment. They charge by the hour. $155 an hour. it took them ALMOST EIGHT HOURS TO MOUNT THREE TELEVISIONS! Two were small and the wall was already set up to run cables through. I ended up missing a costly appointment and an event I was looking forward to. They had the nerve to tell me that I should have let them know if I had time constraints! I have had many tvs mounted. It's never taken close to three hours for one before! I told them around the seventh hour what I would pay. They kep calling and arguing with me to the point where I just started hanging up on them. Also they didn't use the cables I asked and had to redo them. I didn't notice until after they left that one was so short I wouldn't even be able to attach anything to it. I was so frustrated at the end I just wanted them gone and didn't check this. Also, in my frustration and anger (I was talking to someone on the phone who was trying to insist that I pay for the seven hours) I ended up paying more than I had agreed to. I was so angry at this point. It was my fault but I had told them I would pay $400 plus $50 tip. I wanted to give the guys a tip (because that's who I am) and ended up overpaying by $100 because my brain was so frazzled at this point. I wrote to them after I realized this and had calmed down. I reminded them of what I had agreed to pay and why I made the error. I only asked for $80 back. They did not respond. If they had done that much I wouldn't have left this review. I would have just washed my hands of the whole thing. All in all with what I paid ($550 to them, $225 missed appointment, and $75 for the missed event) this install cost me $850! A migraine. Stress. And my entire day. I hope this review was worth $80 to them **update**. I recently had surgery. I asked if they would mind switching out one of the tvs they installed for me in Exchange for a better review and to no longer worry about the $80. They did not respond. Obviously they are more interested in a few dollars than they are about how their business is perceived and operated. Find someone who charges a flat rate, knows enough to not have to spend 3 hours to mount a simple television, will not argue with you about it when you are trying to just get out of the house after promise after promise of "just a few more minutes", will use cables long enough to reach beyond the wall itself so you don't have to dig them out and replace them after they leave and who responds to inquiries. One last thing. Please notice that the only time the owner responds to reviews is when they are positive. To me that says A LOT. Had there been SOME kind of response I would have left my review at two stars. I've lowered it to one. I didn't want to even be so unkind as to only give two but they have completely ignored this review and my emails to them. Believe it or not, I do not like leaving bad reviews. Especially for small businesses. I'll leave bad reviews for AT&T every day. It gives me no pleasure here. A simple response would have prevented this. read more

An amazing team! After two bad situations with other technicians I tried Audia Media Group and boy am I very glad I did. I am immensely pleased with the work Frank and his team did for me. Frank came to our home for the initial assessment. He was punctual and very professional. He reassured us that the project could be done and roughly how long it would take. It was a tough job of running wire to my surround sound rear speakers underneath the floor utilizing the crawl space under the house. I received the estimate the following week and was very surprised to see how reasonable it was. Frank even factored in a new subwoofer solely based on a conversation we had had during the initial assessment of why I currently did not have a subwoofer. Mack and Steve arrived on time Friday and were also very professional. They were neat and answered any questions that were asked of them. Being an older house they did encounter some issues but were able to work around them and complete the project. We actually had such a great time with Mack and Steve that we ordered burgers for everyone and had a nice dinner with the team in our back yard. So they invited me to their location to check out the sound. They asked me bring my favorite CD so i can check out their sound so I chose a CD with the best sound production I could find. MY MIND WAS BLOWN! They showed me some 6' tower speakers with a mid speakers and 7" tweeters. i thought bose and jbl were top notch sound but they really showed me what true sound is. Everything about these speakers were well designed. Crisp clear sound coming out of the tweeters and the bass was well balanced no matter how high you increase the volume. I loved it. I recommend checking these guys out if you want a TRUE home audio system or a true theater. read more

The other 2 were happily hanging out and again, pleasantries conversation, nice people. Prob is, the girl that set this up neglected to mention they charge by the hour. A huge omission.
