DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU ARE BLACK. DO NOT PURCHASE THE GROUPON DEAL. One of the worst customer experiences I've ever had. I got the groupon deal for a two door car tinting. It states on the deal that the front windows aren't included. The owner tried to convince me that my car wouldn't look right with just the back windows tinted( basically he didn't want to tint the windows I paid for on Groupon.) He asked me in a few different ways if I was to pay $90 for each window that wasn't included. I kept telling him no. I mean why would I show up to get more then what I had already paid for ?? He could've asked well do you wanna reschedule and do the rest another day but nope. He had a stank attitude and sarcastically says "have a nice day. " basically telling me to gtfo. His waiting area is hella tiny anyways. No where to park. Unprofessional. With all the money he get out of people he needs to invest in a bigger area with parking and a waiting area. They also lie and tell you that it's illegal to tint the passenger windows , stating that's why its not included in the Groupon deal. Doesn't say that on the Internet. read more

By far my worst consumer experience in decades!!! Purchased stereo for my vehicle and paid 25% deposit. When install was complete , the owner, Jag, demanded $300 more than the price agreed upon in writing.... claiming the (now fired) sales rep failed to add adequate charges for installation and he needed to "feed his family." When I refused to pay more than contracted price, Jag refused to give me my keys and threated to remove the newly installed stero from my truck.. requiring me to wait another 5 hours and leaving a hole in my dash. This was certainly the kind of experience that will make me reconsider my commitment to supporting small businesses. read more

I should have written this a while ago. Audio House is a great great place to get your audio system. Jag there owner is so knowledgeable and helpful and makes sure every customer has a great experience. I own a 2010 Mini Cooper and wanted to put in a touch screen in to it. I had taken my car to get there windows tinted and when I picked it up Jag happily spent an hour past closing explaining the different options and price point. I walked away feeling very comfortable and confident I was in the right place. On the day off installation it turned out my car had a premium audio system did the harness they ordered wouldn't work. Jag immediately went to work to find the correct piece needed. He did have to hold my car for a few days but that was ok because I knew he was making sure things were done correctly. When the new harness couldn't be located Jag called back with other options and explained them to me in detail. We found a great and economical solution and I had the car by the end of the day. The new system has been in for four months and I have had no issues. (Knock on wood). It sounds great and android auto is awesome with Bluetooth options too. Again the team at audio house did a great job and Jag is a great owner and sales person. I highly recommend taking your car there for your audio and tinting needs! I will continue too. read more

I blew my stereo out and had to have a new motor replaced. They took the time and afford to find my problem and correct them they were the only one in Cali who had my specialize radio parts outside the manufacture in Nevada, and sold ut to me at cost. . Not only did I blow the motor, I blew the harness and an amp. Three hours later I was back on the road. My stereo was not only fix but sounded way better then it did before. Because they took the time to dial in my Amps to perfection, clean up lose wires and made secure connections were needed. I highly recommend this shop no matter we're you live in the bay. Updating my review as its by 10 months since I bought a groupon and had my tinting done. Basically, like I've learned through experience, most things on groupon are a scam. The groupon was about $120 for a sedan ($350 value). When we got there we were told it only covered the back 3 Windows per state law. Okay, well the groupon should state that since I was getting my tint per the state law of where my car is registered (WA) which allows all windows. And still, how does the back three Windows equal a $350 value when I can go to a normal only tinting place and tint everything for that price? But okay, fine. The owner was really nice and said if I wrote him a good review he'd give us a discount on the other Windows, so I did. We had tinted out scion a week or so before (still same groupon issue) and we're waiting for the bubbles to come out but it was looking good so far. Well, our car finished a few hours later. It was already night so I couldn't really see it but looked good.. The tint looked a little lighter than I expected since I wanted 20% (the darkest I could go and be compliant with state law) but I figured it was just night and I could see it better the next day. Most of the bubbles came out but not all of them even though I took very good care of my windows and never rolled them down. I've been meaning to update this review for quite some time. 10 months later... I still have some bubbles in my window.. Including on the hatch back which is impossible to roll down. There are some areas that look like they have dried up soap or something under it and my passenger window has small strand of hair or fiber from a tree or something that looks like that stuck between my tint and my window.. Also, the scion was taken to another tint place and they tested the % and it wasn't even what they sold us.. I wouldn't be surprised if my tint isn't 20% since I thought it looked a little light from the beginning. This place seems to have great reviews for audio. Take you car here for that I suppose but go to a professional tinting place. You get what you pay for. read more

I have used Jag for years, about 7 years ago his service was excellent . No issues but as the customer grew he did not put a cap on service and the personalized service went from 10 to 1. I spent what I thought was a good amount of money on a Range Rover and 328i full system 22 with my next car x3 to be a complete nightmare. To parent day x3 has gone back about 5 times with a few trips where I paid for rental and nothing was done to resolve the issue. I explained have the mechanic/ sound specialists call me and no call. O have texted jag no return call. Being in nursing school and working full time and dealing with this has made me have to patience with the endless excuses of poor customer service. Jag then fixed the car himself or supervisor Ed as he should have the 2nd time, they took parts out I had paid for and not refunded me and not last week same issue 22 box in trunk clicking and not turning off and car battery went out when I got into my car yesterday the time was off and the car rebooted because the connection is on a power source messing up my car electrical Don't take your car here terrible service at the end of the day all the customers they they can't manage and give top notch service to won't come back so at the end your getting new money but not long term loyal customers Let me also mention in the middle Of exams I was told by jag my car was ready Uber's to get my car only to find out it was jot ready and waited 2 hours. Not only did they not do a good job on the alarms I purchased but when I had problems they could not fix them and wasted hours of my time while having my trucks for over a week.
