I've gone to Pat and Dan at Audio To Go or over a decade because they are great at what they do and they do it for a fair price! They have worked on multiple vehicles for me (mostly hardwiring radar detectors). Last year, I tried "improving" my daughter's new GR Corolla's sound system with an amplified sub...which resulted in damage to the stock amplifier of the car. These guys were able to correct my mistakes, upgrade the amp and stock speakers, and now the car sounds great. The most recent experience was that Pat helped me with my new to me vintage 1975 Porsche. Again, I had tried to upgrade the stereo myself, but after hours and hours of work, I could not figure out where a hideously loud and high-pitched engine noise and feedback was coming from. Pat dove in and fixed years and years of "janky" wiring that the car suffered from (multiple owners trying their hand at electronics). He went ABOVE AND BEYOND to re-install my speakers and color matched new speaker grills...now it looks better than stock! It sounds amazing and looks even better. Lessons learned: I need to stick to my day job, and just let the experts fix my car's electronics and stereo systems. I trust Pat and Dan to do that for a fair price and quality work. read more

My experience with this shop was horrible. Jared lied, was very rude and unprofessional. I have never had such a bad experience as a customer like this before. I needed to install an amp and a pair of tower speakers to my boat. The current RGB light controller also needed to be wired directly to the battery. Jared said he would be able to get this done for four hours and the installation would be done the same day. Because the boat was brand new, I politely asked Jared if he would mind taking his shoes off while working on the boat. He replied no and said if he had to, he would charge me extra hours for that. I should have just left at this point. He called at the end of that day and said he needed more time and that I would be able to pick up the boat in the morning. When I arrived, I was very disappointed at the result. The brand new seadek floor went from mocha to gray/black. The speaker RGB rings weren't installed. The power and ground cables were improperly connected to the amp. I turned the music on and there was no sound coming out from the tower speakers. Jared eventually got it to work but I realized he never tested the system to make sure it works properly during and after the installation. The boat floor was full of trash and stain. He never tried to clean up after his messy installation. He tried to charge me for five and a half hours of labor even though it was him who said it would only be four hours. At this point, I was shocked, disappointed, angry and realized I made a mistake choosing him. Never again Jared. read more

So I got some AC work done that required the dashboard to come out...long story short the stereo and Bluetooth were messed up with no channel reception and no pairing. Rather than let the AC guy fix his error I went to the pros at Audio To Go, since that's who installed it a couple years ago. Dan was fantastic, getting me in early before my appointment and fixing the problem within 15 min and with no charge! That's called building goodwill and keeping returning customers! Got my Harley a new set up here a few months back. Haven't had the chance to ride much or put the audio through its paces. Buyers beware I cant believe they're in business. They installed speakers and amps in my 2015 Silverado and did such a hack job. I'm going somewhere else to have their install redone . They installed the cheapest of wiring, cut out my sound rear insulation so it sounds like I'm driving with a window down and the stereo sounds terrible. I called in to them and they basically said your shit out of luck . They charged me close to a thousand for the install and it looks like a definite Amateur job. I went to "Audio To Go" on a recommendation....Not Sorry I did it. I explained my problem, they made an appointment, right away. Took my Jeep Liberty in on that appointment day, at 10am. They got right on it, had the equipment I needed. At around 12:30pm, received a phone call from them saying it was ready for pickup. All I wanted to buy was a simple part to hook up my ipod to factory car stereo. I asked for the part number over the phone only to find that the same part is online for half the price. All I had asked him to do was possibly lower the price, and he was extremely offended! He said that he is an expert at what he does. I told him that he didn't have to sell it to me... I'm not forcing Pat to make the sale.. he either price matches or doesn't... It is as simple as that. No need to act like a child over it. He decided to take off $30 off the price if I paid cash, but he stated that a receipt would not be provided. I'm not sure where this guy Pat when to school to learn his business practices? The owner of the shop or his employers broke the lower control arm of the car and didn't want to assume any type of responsibility even tho they were the last to drive the car. The car drove in but work was done the car wouldn't drive out. Then the owner physically assaulted me because I didn't let him take a picture of my vin number. Cops were called and amazingly all the cameras video was erased. The guy is very rude and needs a whole lot of customer service training. I would never recommmend his shop for any audio work. Better to go there Vinny and audio experts and pay the extra money and get great customer service and great work done. Zero stars for this place. They did not earn my trust and never will. read more

Oh man, I've been meaning to leave this feedback for months, but procrastination is a beast of a problem! This shop is great. I purchased a good amount of JL Audio equipment and the service and info I got was superb. Very knowledgeable and willing to explain things. They are a busy group of fellas though, so I felt a little bad using up a bit of their time on talking. I also had them install an alarm I purchased from elsewhere and the install is good from what I've seen. I have a paranoia of having other people working on my car. Previous work from other shops have been shotty, but when I looked at their work on my alarm, things looked good. If I ever get around to buying more audio equipment, I wouldn't hesitate having them install it instead of myself if I had to. If you're willing to spend your hard earned cash, wanting good equipment and good installs, come here. Hertz and JL Audio are great brands if you're looking for awesome sound quality, and you can find both in this store and you will not be disappointed with anything these guys offer. read more

From the screening over the phone, to the in person diagnostic run, their professionalism and customer service was A+. I had called around to several places because I had absolutely no idea why my Bluetooth and auxiliary features were not working and was basically told that they would have to keep my car for up to week to may or may not get an answer which sucks when you commute for a living. They admitted they may not have an idea either but they offered to have me come in to take a look and were able to fix my car within 15 minutes for free! I'm sorry but you can't beat that and customer service like this just isn't very common anymore. And it wasn't just one technician, I spoke with two and they were both just as courteous and helpful as the other. My new "high end" motorhome came with the world's worst sounding radio. I mean as bad as a transistor radio. A normal sounding car radio would have been acceptable to me but the sound l had bordered on annoying. The other guys in town didn't want to even offer an improvement for less than a few grand! Really, a few grand?! How many of those people do they get? Audio To Go listened to me and gave me a reasonable cost. They even called me to come hear a demo wired in my MH to make sure I liked it and provided me with some options.
