Not once have the guys from Audio Vision seize to amaze me! Been coming here for a little over 2 years now. All the work they do is beyond great, along with the best prices. When I was in a car accident I brought my car here for realignment on the frames and bumper of the car, they did amazing work along with extra mods to hold at no extra charge. The paint job I got along with the body work was great as well, I love the way my car ended up looking with the new colour. The first time I saw my car, I couldn't believe it was mine. Such amazing work they did to it. My car went from looking like a 3 to 10! I also get all my audio needs with these guys, bought Touch Screen radios, AMPs, and speakers. They did great work with installment and the sound on the car is great! Along with it, they installed the new LED headlights on my car, did amazing work. I am always hesitant when it comes to my car and what people think would fit its needs. I've customized the look of My 2008 Scion Tc so it fits my personality. Now music is a HUGE factor when it comes to driving around for long periods of time or just wanting to turn up. I love the bass and the quality of the speakers and everything else has to be top notch. So when I came into Audiovision I kinda just wanted to test the waters to see what they think I should do. I had been looking for good prices on door poppers/ security combo for a 99 civic. I stumbled upon audio vision and was welcomed warmly by a staff thats family oriented and professionly mannered. i then told them about my situation and was offered a great price i couldnt refuse. Apparently my wiring from my old door poppers were outdated and so they were replaced with no additional charge. For quite an extensive task, audiovision hooked me up with a great price and great service and in a reasonable amount of time.The owner even paid his staff overtime just so that i could get my car quickly, for he knew about the importance of me needing my car to drive to work and school, so i thank him much for that. When the GPS system in my car broke, I contacted Wes at Audio Vision. When i met with him, I felt like he did not try to oversell me something, He listened to what I wanted and made suggestions that fit my budget. I am not a huge tech person, but I did have a few spacific things I wanted. His prices were reasonable and he scheduled quickly. When I went to pick up the car, There was some things I was not happy with- And here is where my story becomes relavant. These guys actually stood behind their work! any store can provide you with a service, but only a business truly built around integrity and honorable customer service goes as far as Wes did to take care of my car. Been doing business with these guys for years. I have six brothers and All of us have brought our cars for tint, lighting, wheels, and sound. A total of 16 cars plus recommendations. I recently had an issue with one of my bulbs and it only lasted 3 months so I took it back . They kindly replaced with warranty last Saturday. This past Wednesday, only 4 days after having them they installed they didn't function anymore. (I was told that they were some of the best bulbs out there) i called on friday to let them know, the guy told me to go and he'll fix them. I came all the way from Yucaipa only for them to try to sell me another "high end" bulb, when one of the guys in there admitted that that bulb was faulty. Very unethical, beware and take business elsewhere. I am very particular on these types of services and I have to admit audio vision is not what it use to be. Very disappointed. read more

I have had a great experience, up front they told me that the particular tire size I wanted was going to rub. Now most places would not tell you or even give you options like they did for me at audio vision, Pete not only told me up front but offered a solution he explained that the rubbing would be at the frame and with wheel spacers we can avoid it. Pete also helped keep my mind at ease by explaining the difference and misconceptions of wheel spacers and the proper way to mount and set up. I then gave my blessing and he ordered the proper fit ones for my truck. Can't even tell you how relived I am about finding a honest place that dose quality work and tells you up front the good the bad and what to expect. I got rims and tires and tinted all my windows here. And just had Audio Vision install my alarm and stereo system over the weekend. Once the installers got in my car to install they noticed a big problem. But what could of and would of cost a lot money to fix if I went elsewhere cost me nothing but "my time", and it was worth it! This is the best Car Audio / wheels shop around ... i shopped around n have done many car audio installations my self ... They had better quality components and still beat other shop prices... But better than that was there installation, having done plenty my self and see how bad other shop have done to friends cars i was hesitant but the really surprised me and i was extremely happy... They hooked up my suv a year and a half ago and every one who hear my system loves how clear sounding it is with no engine noise or rattle and just the right amount of Bass... no make the mistake of going else were and regreting it like some of my friends who didnt listen ... im currently taking my BMW 7series to them which is a very difficult car to work on but i have all the confidence they gonna have it just how I imagine read more

The first time I came here for audio installation on my truck I was not happy with the results but I communicated that to them and allowed them a chance to right their wrongs. They redid everything, I'm in love with it and now I've become a regular customer of four years or so. George and the rest of the staff are wizards with their installation. I had come to Auto stereo&ALarm in carson had an amazing experience from customer service to workmanship. Alex was extremly knowledgeable and courteous and the deal i got was super couldn't ask for more. I decided to bring my second vehicle to them and Alex suggested to take it to AudioVision in Montclair because they where a one stop shop i ended doing paint job interior upholstery rims tires exhaust tint the whole 9 yard. Audio Vision is awesome! I got a pair of HID headlights installed a few weeks ago. They are so much brighter then the stock ones that I was used to. I think I am convinced to go back for HID Fog Lights too. While I was waiting for the installation, I got to talking with one of the sales men, I can't remember his name, but he was showing me some of the back up cameras and how easy they are to install and I have to say, I'm pretty sure that I'll be back to buy one of those too. The back up camera with rear view mirror display is the one I have my eye one. Over all experience is a good one! 1) Awesome shop, great installation team and friendly sales men. 2) I am extremely excited to get back here as fast as possible for more car upgrades! read more

Audio vision customer service is second to none!! I needed speakers replaced in my truck and had a different place quote me a price. It was much higher than i was expecting so I decided to look around, that is how i found audio vision. They quoted me a much better price and i got more than i was expecting, kenwood speakers, amp, box for subwoofer and to alpine subwoofers. It was a great deal for the quality of sound i am now getting. I also just went back to get some more work done on upgrading my head unit and john and Wes were very helpful upon my endless questions and were very friendly. I am super happy with how everything went. Came into the store with a warm greeting and was really impressed with how well things were run. Took only about 10 min to pick the cameras i wanted for my car and they got straight to business. I wanted it to be done the same day and they worked extra hard to get it done and they made sure of it. Way better quality than amazon products with extraordinary features and was at a great price including labor. Really clean look too and blended in with the car so well that it looked like it came with it, and made the wires hidden unlike the cheap ones! Today I went down to Audio Vision in Montclair, CA and I was super impressed with the showroom and customer service. The showroom is stocked up with lots and lots of new merchandise to choose from. It is super nice and organized inside I loved it. The owners were there, I think their names were Peter and Wess, both were very polite and answered all of my questions promptly. They were not trying to get me to buy things I did't need and that was awesome. I ended up purchasing a back up camera and viper alarm which purchased together they gave me an awesome price. Audiovision in Montclair is the epitome of professionalism and honesty. I took my wife's vehicle to have her right headlight repaired due to a faulty LED bulb being consistantly burned out. After taking the vehicle to previous "bogus" audio specialist, and being advise it was due to a faulty balister (not the case), the technician did a through analysis and determined the problem was due to faulty wire installation which resulted in a power surge that ultimately cause the light bulb AND balister to burn out.
