I recently found a new ford raptor discounted on their website by $10,000. I spoke to the sales person and agreed to buy it for asking price. I was contacted by the sales manager and they stated that that was an incorrect price on auto trader and their website?? He said that he understood it was their mistake and agreed to sell it for invoice ($6000 off sticker). I waited for the paperwork to wire the money then the sales manager called back again and said he would not sell it for that now and it was sticker price. This was a classic bait and switch and I am very surprised to see a Ford dealership that operates this way. Extremely disappointed.

Flat tire the blew on the highway (this could've ended much worse if we had been driving faster and the tire blew)

We should have looked at these reviews prior to going to here. I would give them negative five stars if I could. We were completely taken advantage of. My husband and I were there to purchase our first family car as we were expecting a little one. So excited that we found a Ford 2020 Explorer ST with everything we needed and we were told that it had all new tires and it was in great condition. (a conversation that apparently never happened according to them) After a long session at the dealership going through all the paperwork work and being told the car was getting all cleaned up and ready for us we left the dealership with what we thought was an amazing purchase after 5 hours there. Little did we know that the "maintenance check" that they performed did not catch a very serious and obvious issue with driver side tire and the frame. After only a month of driving on these supposedly new tires, the drivers side tire kept losing air. At the this point in time my husband and I are remodeling a home and are dealing with a lot on our plate to prepare for our little one's arrival. We assumed there was just a leak or something with the tire and put off calling until we realized later on that the tire leaking air was a much larger issue. We called the dealership many times to discuss the issues and kept getting transferred and then sent to voicemail. We were not able to get a hold of anyone. We needed an oil change as well so I schedule this to be serviced and they examined the vehicle during this time as well. They reported the tire had a band showing!! These "new tires" had a band showing! They said that since the warranty time period had expired they weren't able to do anything about it except pay a portion of these very expensive tires. And the only reason we weren't able to get tires sooner and under warranty was because no one would return our calls or talk to us about our issues. They were very available when we're buying the car! But when there's issues they are no where to be found (leading us to believe they knew of these issues when we bought the car). On top of this I was driving on the highway with my son in the car and the tire blew leaving us stranded in a bad part of Saint Louis all due to being sold a car that was not in good condition even though we were told it was. (See pictures of tire below) The band showing was just the beginning of the issue. This car had a reported accident that we were aware of but on the Carfax report it was noted that it had been maintenanced leaving us to believe it was fixed and good to go. NOPE! The car has a twisted frame due to the accident which caused our tire issues. HOW WAS THIS NOT CAUGHT BY MAINTENANCE!!! We are absolutely blown away that the maintenance department did not catch this very obvious issue. We were only made aware after going Dobbs to replace the tire and get it aligned and they were unable to do so due to the frame. Today my husband went to the dealership to confront this issue and asked repeatedly to speak with the general manager and was denied. He spoke to the Sales Manager who was no help and talked in circles with the conclusion that they weren't going to do anything. Now we are debating going further into this issue with outside sources because we should not have to pay over a thousand dollars for these repairs when we were told the car was in great shape and good working condition. Overall extremely frustrating and we are never going back to purchase another vehicle. Still trying to figure out what our next steps are because we cannot keep driving the vehicle as it stands now. The dealership should be responsible for this and they couldn't care less based on what they haven't done to help us. DO NOT GO HERE.

Update on Auto Butler. The manager Will called me and Personally took care of my car. Very pleased at how quickly this was resolved.

    How I found my visor.

I use this place a lot for my fusion. I have always had positive experiences here. However; it's been slacking the last couple of visits. I 100% understand that they are short staffed, as is every business. But, the smallest things are getting bypassed; ex: resetting my oil life. They also just put the new sticker sloppy over the other one and it looked trashy. I also had them look at my visor, if it was broken or fixable. They left it hanging by the wire and didn't offer to order a new one or anything. It was broken, but at least put it back how you found it, it was most definitely not hanging by the wire when I took it in. They also left my seats all jacked up, seats they shouldn't have even sat it. When I called to talk to the service tech that checked me in and out, he denied ever looking at my visor, therefore stating that it probably "fell" and was hanging there. I explained to him that I can drive down any road and it never just falls out, but got practically snapped at by said service tech. I asked if we could just get one ordered in so I can set up an appointment to get it actually fixed. I was told I'd have to go in to get it paid for because they have to create a ticket; even though they just looked at it yesterday. I even walked him to my car yesterday and looked at it with him. Overall I'm extremely unsatisfied and flustered because a grown man won't take accountability for his actions. *id include photos of my oil life and sticker but I already fixed them*

Met Phil who was assigned as my salesman and he was very helpful and not high pressure. Phil is way too busy selling a bunch of cars to be high pressure. Went and test drove it (nobody has a new one to even test drive), and liked it. Went back first thing on Saturday morning to buy. They offered a below sticker price and a high KBB trade in value for my trade in. Considering everyone else was selling inbound cars sight unseen or adding you to the waitlist for a Rav 4, I was pretty happy. Loving the plug in hybrid Rav 4 so far. My only complaint would be that Cody's (finance guy) demeanor immediately went cold the second that we wouldn't buy any of the extended warranties. Always the same story at every car dealer. Not sure why the finance guys are so bad.

After diagnosing the vehicle, Jim informed him that the key fob's chip was no longer communicating with the truck's computer and that the key would need to be reprogrammed. He quoted my son approximately $650 for the repair, including fees and taxes. Concerned about the cost, we contacted CarMax, where the vehicle was purchased. They referred us to Metro Lock & Security, who stated they could perform the reprogramming for approximately $50 if we could get the truck to their location. I called Jim directly to verify the diagnosis. He again stated that the chip needed to be reprogrammed. However, once I mentioned that a locksmith had quoted a significantly lower price, his demeanor changed noticeably. From that point forward, I found his communication unprofessional, and my calls were repeatedly dismissed. We arranged for Angelo's Towing to transport the truck to Metro Lock & Security. During this process, I repeatedly attempted to pay the diagnostic fee before the tow occurred to avoid any issues. Unfortunately, I was met with delays and runaround responses. Angelo's Towing was so accommodating that they even offered to pay the diagnostic fee on my behalf and add it to my towing bill because I was coordinating everything remotely from Texas while my son was out of state performing military funeral honors in Indiana. In contrast, Angelo's Towing and Metro Lock & Security were professional, courteous, and helpful throughout the process. Unfortunately, my interactions with Jim and Megan were often rude and condescending. Once Metro Lock & Security received the truck, they quickly discovered that there was no chip inside the key fob at all. They explained that this was the reason the truck would not start. When they spoke with my son, he recalled changing the battery earlier that day and realized the chip may have accidentally fallen out. This raises an obvious question: if the chip was completely missing, how was the original diagnosis that the chip simply needed to be reprogrammed? Metro Lock & Security replaced the missing chip, programmed it successfully, and even provided my son with a military discount. The total cost was only $66, compared to the approximately $650 quote we received from Jim. I was originally quoted a diagnostic fee of $108.80, but when I was contacted for payment, the total had increased to $119.67. When I questioned the difference, I was simply told that the additional amount was for "shop fees." Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this company. We are extremely grateful to Angelo's Towing and Metro Lock & Security for their honesty, professionalism, and willingness to help a young servicemember when he needed it.
