I purchased a 2025 Thor Rize brand new, first owner. Before I purchased my vehicle and without my knowledge, the dealership told me that my windshield was replaced by Augie's Auto Glass with a non-OEM windshield. The dealership told me after the fact. Well it triggered all kinds of errors to pop up and according to RAM it was due to the non-OEM windshield that was installed. The dealership (RECVAN) called Augie's and told them to go ahead and replace my windshield with an OEM windshield. When Mariam from Augie's called me she argued about how there was no way that the windshield could cause errors. Although the errors were for auto sending rain wipers and auto high beam and one even said wipe your windshield. RAM actually replaced sensors and still had errors. Well she finally ordered the part, and scheduled the install. When they were done, they left a bunch of black goo on the inside of my windshield, had to call them back to have them clean it up, arrived 30 minutes late. They could not complete the cleanup because the glue was still wet...ok fine. Scheduled another appointment on a Saturday morning, 45 minutes after scheduled time had to call them only to find out technician was still on his way and would not be there for another 30 minutes. Already ruining my weekend so I asked them to reschedule for a Monday. Cleanup done and looks better, however after they left I noticed that there is a cap to my windshield wipers bolt missing off one side. So I speak to Mariam from Augie's Auto Glass, she refused to take any responsibility said I need to buy it myself that they took pictures and it was already like that. I told her they are the only people that have touched my windshield since I bought this brand new vehicle and even if they didn't forget to put it back on this time then they probably forgot to put it back on the first time they changed my windshield. I was going to do more business with her and even with her son or whoever José who also does side jobs and was already referring others to them, but after this I said I would no longer be doing business with them. She finally told me to order it and she will pay me back, I said they need to order and send to me. She said she will send a technician then hung up on me. Mariam is rude, unprofessional, argumentative, doesn't take responsibility, and they are not on time. Do not recommend this business at all. read more

I had the unfortunate experience of using this company for my brand new Lexus back window replacement. I was first quoted at 336$ l, which seemed low, I was happy with the price and schedule an appointment. I was in a hurry and requested an appointment as early as possible, which I was told was 10-11AM the next day. I get a call an hour later saying I was Mis-quoted and it was going to be 606$ instead. I decided that was more like what I thought and was still okay with the price and went ahead with the appointment. Next morning comes 11 rolls by and I can't get in contact with them. They text me "can't talk right now" and at 1145 finally call me. They explain they need to reschedule for tomorrow .. at this point I had many options to get this done but now waiting this long to bail left me In a predicament. I pushed for it to be done today at any time and they said they could come by 3.. they show up at 3PM, 4 hours past the original appointment slot, the technician was unbelievably rough on my car. It was less than 2 weeks old and he multiple times needed my hands to assist him, and carelessly opened the trunk with the back piece not assembled correctly and scratched my vehicle. At that point I addressed it and he claimed, "it was already there" however the car is brand new at This point minus the broken window from a break in.. after talking with the owner they took no responsibility. Finally I receive the invoice and it is for 803$ with 3.9 hours of labor. When he was there for 45 minutes and I was quoted the second time for 606$.. it was a terrible experience from appointment to timing to care to price to customer service. I advise you stay away if you care about your car at all. read more

Augie's Auto Glass did an excellent job with my window replacement. I drive a BMW X1 and my car was broken into through the quarter glass. This is the small window on the body of the car (not on a door) between the backseat door and trunk. Augie was able to get an original BMW window (with polarized privacy) within a couple of days. Great guys that replaced my glass the same day I inquired. My deductible was $500 dollars which I just could not afford at the moment from a second rock chip in one week that grew to a huge crack. They did it for almost half my deductible and in a few hours (I guess the heat helps the crack spread quickly). I was apprehensive about calling Augie's since they had only four reviews, but nevertheless called them thinking I would be able to get same day service. They arrived at the given time and I was extremely pleased with the quality of work. A couple of days after the windshield was replaced, I noticed there was a pocket from where air was coming inside especially while driving at greater speeds. I called them and they came over the same day to check it out. They fixed it free of charge and asked to call again if I noticed any other issues. This was my first time using a mobile auto-class, or any auto related service that wasn't shop-based. I was a little anxious about using a service that comes to our home at first, but their quoted price was fair, and their willingness to come see me early the next day after the quote was what sold me, as many shops were busy until next week. Our Mercedes C240 had a window that "fell" out of place, into the car, and we could no longer operate it via the electronic window control to roll it up. Jose and Sylvia came promptly on time and set straight to work at it. They were up-front about the fact that it might be difficult for them to fix, as it required a certain Mercedes-only part, but they were willing to get straight to the task and would let me know their progress. Fast-forward 2 & 1/2 hours later, and I was pleasantly surprised to see that they had a fix, and also told me exactly what part it was that had the issue, how to replace it, and how to take care of our car's window in the meanwhile.
