Last week, my windshield was unfortunately damaged by a rock on the road, resulting in a chip (with some small hairline cracks that were developing). The following morning, I figured to check out Low Price Auto Glass based on its reviews that I saw online and them offering the lowest price out of the five auto glass shops I called (it was a $50 difference from this place to the next place, which was incredible in saving money). When calling in, what I loved most was that they said I could drive-in and that no appointment was needed (this was on a Tuesday at 11AM). Arriving at the shop, the receptionist was polite and had me ready to have my windshield repaired. During the repair, I sat down and chilled but was overall surprised that it was quick! The total time it took to repair my windshield was 20 minutes! Of course, there's factors that can create variations for time such as what type of damage, how big the damage is, the type of glass, etc. though they were quite accurate with the time estimate that they had mentioned over the phone (20-30 minutes). Overall, I was genuinely impressed how I was able to get in and out of the shop in no time. The repair itself was great! Put in a phone call to Low Price Auto Glass to replace a windshield (thanks 880). I spoke with Haseeb (Alex). He quickly checked his inventory and was given the great news that my type of windshield was in stock. He provided me with a reasonable quote and advised he could see me right away. Upon arrival, he checked the damaged windshield and its specs. He told me that the replacement windshield was not oem but it's was of great quality and made in the USA. I dropped off the car. 2 hours and 15 minutes later, he called me advising the car was ready. Upon inspection, the work appeared of quality. He advised of the aftercare and lifetime warranty. Went here to get a window fixed on a Sat they wasted 3 hours of time to tell me that my window regulator was bad that they couldn't fix it. I was in the waiting room and saw the guy going up and down with the window so he basically damaged it and blame it on the BROKEN GLASS. Told me to go buy a regulator and come back they would install it for free. That Ridiculous want me to pay for a regulator you tangled up because you where frustrated and didn't know what you where doing very unprofessional first and last time I will go there. Moving forward got a mobil service super fast had my window running and working in less then an hour and confirmed the guy that broke my regulator didn't know what he was doing. LIFESAVERS!!! Ava and Lou are angels!!! I was having a great Friday then boom! Rock hit my windshield and ruined my relaxing day. I first went to Safelite since they were closest to me but they weren't able to fix it same day and I didn't really wanna wait til Monday. Looked around and found this shop and just prayed they would be able to help me. I can't thank Ava and Lou enough! Turned my day around and what's better is that they were cheaper than what I was quoted by Safelite and they even fixed little chips that she found. Okay, its been about a week since i had service for a new windshield. There's been rain, frost, sunshine, and multiple drives down 880 and so far so good. My windshield is still intact without any leaks or whistling sounds which is a good sign. The staff here is friendly and prices are fair. The low can range from $150-$240 as a high. With so many options given i decided to didn't need a windshield with tint that complimented the interior...that helped to save some money. This place is also woman-friendly which is a big plus when dealing with my car. The front desk person, Ava (i believe) is super friendly and made sure i wasn't bored by turning on the t.v for me to watch my cooking shows! And the gentleman who gave me the estimate was fair and gave me various options. The wait was about an hour on a Saturday morning with an appointment. I'm sure this place deserves 5-stars but I'll give it another week with the new windshield and will update my review! P.S. The sectional in the waiting area is clean and definitely not "BART-like". ha. You can tell the owners keep the area clean! read more

It was at Hesperian Blvd outside Tomodachi restaurant when someone broke into my car. It happened just last night. They didn't get to steal anything but they broke one of my windows and pull down my back sit to access the trunk. I even parked in front of the restaurant. I asked the manager in the restaurant if they have cameras outside, they said they do but it's too dark it won't see much. It happened around 8pm. I choose this shop because they quoted me the lowest price for my 98 Honda Civic and they were able to get me in right at opening time so then I get get out of there asap so I can pick up my son from school. I left a message before they opened and Lou called me back right away as soon as they opened. I arrived and they checked me in right away and started on my car right away and I was out of there in about 1.5 hours. They have a very comfortable couch as seen in the pictures and they have Roku on their lcd tv so Lou put on a movie for his customers to watch. The service was fast, the quality looks good so far (if there are any issues, I will repost my review) and Lou was nice and friendly.
