If you're reading this review, you're probably dealing with the same windshield problem I had. I spent about an hour calling around 10 different auto glass shops. Everywhere I called, I was quoted ridiculous prices. I needed a non-OEM windshield, no camera, no sensors, yet the prices were still $350 minimum, and some places even said plus tax on top of that. After all that, I found this place and decided to call. From the first minute, the conversation was completely different. They told me straight up that they work with glass wholesale and could give me a really good price. When they told me the final price, I didn't even hesitate -- it was the best quote I got, and they were able to take me immediately. When I arrived, I was welcomed warmly, offered water, and told they would take care of everything. I could wait there or leave and come back later. There's a McDonald's just two minutes away, so I went there, grabbed a coffee, relaxed, and by the time I came back, the job was done. Long due. After calling multiple mechanics, who gave me different story behind the quote to fix Tesla windshield I landed at this place because AJ was upfront and honest. He charged me the right price. He was honest that after certain miles sensor will activate so I don't need to spend extra money to pay for it whereas some of the other mechanics I called was charging me $200 extra to recalibrate the sensors. He could have charged but instead, he maintained his integrity. He explained how it will be calibrated and does not need additional service that I have to pay for. I called around to several auto glass services in the Hayward area. I went straight to yelp and called 5 or 6 places with good ratings and a decent number of reviews. I got quotes from all of them and they actually varied a decent amount. AJ's was by far the lowest (please read on) initially and he provided a mobile service that comes to you to do the work. There were a couple other places that provided mobile service as well, but there were others where you had to take your car in to their shop. I needed a read windshield replaced on my Lexus RX330. AJ always picked up the phone when I called, but was unresponsive by text which made me always wonder if we were actually confirmed. He told me he could show up on Saturday between 9-11 and to text him the address. I texted him and asked him to confirm, but never heard anything back. When 10am came around I texted him again then followed up with a call a few minutes later when I heard nothing back. He was on his way and showed up around 10:30. There was some sort of miscommunication and he thought and quoted me for a front windshield and the price jumped up over most of the other quotes I had received. He asked me what the lowest price quote that I received and I told him and he worked with me to match the price, but needed a few hours to take care of other appointments and to go get the correct windshield. He was up front with the pricing and everything about the process. He came back later in the afternoon and installed the glass and removed the remaining glass and vacuumed up whatever was left. He and his associate installed the glass in about 30 minutes and there didn't seem to be any issues. So far so good. Everything appears to be in order. I'll update my review if any issues arise. AJ came in the time window that he provided. He came to my house to do the repair and installation. He had competitive pricing. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again, but hopefully I will never have to. Call around for pricing and availability, then call AJ. I'm sure he will do his best to work with you and take care of you. read more

Best deal on auto glass in Hayward. The other night my Prius's back window was smashed and broken into. Since it was late and everything was closed I had to wait till the next morning to get it fixed. The following morning I started shopping around and after calling several shops I spoke to AJ. He didn't have my glass in stock but he told me he'd find one and call me back within an hour. Well 30 minutes later he called and offered the glass with installation at a price that none of the previous shops could compete with. My husband & I both needed our windshields replaced after being cracked for quite a long time. Finally got around to calling around for quotes & AJ's Auto Glass was the best deal & had the best customer service. We called, received a quote, and in less than an hour there was a technician at our house ready to replace both windshields. The final price was just a tad bit more than what was quoted over the phone but it was because the weather stripping also needed to be replaced. No biggie.
