They were patient, professional, and you can tell they genuinely care about the dogs they work with. My dog came out looking AMAZING -- clean, fresh, perfectly groomed, and happy. They really paid attention to detail and made sure everything was exactly how I wanted it. I also appreciated how they kept me updated and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. You can tell they take pride in what they do. I'll definitely be bringing my dog back and recommending this place to anyone looking for a reliable, high-quality groomer!

I booked an online appointment on 8/26 for my Miniature Poodle's bath and haircut, advertised at…read more$52. I also had a $10 coupon from a previous visit. When I arrived, I explained to the receptionist how I wanted his haircut and she took him to the back. Around 12:15, she called and suggested leaving more hair because the cut I requested was very short. I agreed. At no point was I told that she had changed the service I booked or that the price would increase. When I returned, I was presented with a bill for $100+. I questioned the charge because I had booked the $52 service. Another employee explained that the receptionist had changed my service to what she considered the "right one." She also told me the business was under new management, prices had increased, and other customers had complained. I told her I had no problem with the company increasing its prices, but if an employee changes the service a customer booked, the customer needs to be told the new price before the service is performed so they can agree or decline. I was willing to pay the original $52 price I booked, but not an undisclosed upcharge. I asked for a manager and was told the owner was only there a few days a week. After another 15 minutes of waiting while the groomer called him, I ultimately had to go to the back myself to get my dog. The owner was put on speakerphone. Rather than addressing the fact that his employee changed my service without informing me of the new price, he was dismissive and condescending. I had my Platinum AmEx in hand and told him I was ready to pay for the service I actually booked. He refused and threatened to call the police. I told him to do exactly that. This was not about the money--it was about transparency and principle. I am fully capable of paying the bill, but I will not agree to an unauthorized price increase after the fact. I also left feeling that I was treated disrespectfully and, as an African American customer, that my race may have played a role in how I was treated. I cannot speak to anyone's intentions, but that was genuinely how the interaction made me feel. If you are changing your prices or services, update your online booking system and communicate the price before performing the service. Customers should not be surprised with a bill that is nearly twice what they booked. My puppy nor I in the 2 years of having him have ever experienced such a thing. This new owner really needs to get over himself. Very RUDE and my pup will NEVER go to ANY of the salty dawg locations. TUH. If i could've left ZERO stars thats what it would've been.
