The team at the facility was amazing, seemed yo genuinely care and be wonderful with the animals. The reservation specialist was very condescending and dismissive. It felt as if I'd offended her by asking for information. I have a new puppy so I'm generally new to boarding, training, grooming, etc. Which is why I would have preferred a more clear and consistent communication of what you offer and how that could be customized to support the individual needs and preferences of each dog and their owners. I'm sure I'm not the only customer feeling this way, and the lack of transparency in pricing and what's included in the services is off putting.

He is a little stinky sometimes when we pick him up, so we know he plays hard! This gives us a break at night too, because he is all tuckered out that night and even sometimes the next morning! He left dirty, has a cut in his eyes and the blade went into his leg.
