Hit up the kiosk or go to the friendly staff manning two registers. Even on weeknights, 75% of the tables are filled with everyone from a group of Wilmington teenagers to young families and their kids gobbling down the poultry. It's vibrant and hopping at all hours inside. I'm a huge sucker for atmosphere, so when you hear the mostly 90's pop blaring out behind the kitchen's bluetooth speaker, you know you've come to the right place. Quite an accomplishment with a high degree of difficulty! And there were big chunks of crawfish, which was delicious and just the right texture, a little chewy which really added to the dish. No need to add pictures because they are exactly as pictured on the website. I visited the truck when they were parked at Dirigible brewery. I placed the order online, and was notified when it was ready. Perfect! I look forward to patronizing this truck again!
