AND $30 less than where we used to go! I sent my husband with our dog to get her groomed and when he picked her up she looked nothing like her Pomeranian cut that has been done before. In fact her toenails were not all cut, missing a few on each paw. Uneven cutting all over her small body. No sweet doggy perfume smell that were accustomed to her having. No cute bow given either... Then paying 80.00 dollars for this??? My husband was truly disappointed in her cut, BUT there was nothing he could say to them, to have this undone!!!! Obviously They did a terrible job, and once I got home from work to see her and the botched up job they did on this small dog. Our disappointed is fueled by grief and upset as we now look at her. Needless to say she still needed paw pads done, anal glands, nails cut, etc. since none of this had been done in visit to the other groomer. I should mention she is 10 months old. I questioned Groom and Go when I called to see what services were included and how they handle a puppy new to grooming. I was assured that all the above was included and they make you prove your pets shots are current. I appreciate that since my pet is healthy and I want her to remain that way after my visit. They also assured me that they take great care in making all dogs feel comfortable and new puppy's get special treatment and as much time as needed to groom them. When I picked up SOPHIE she looked beautiful. Trimmed and happy. Everything they promised they delivered. They also told me her ear was itchy so I should watch it. They routinely go over any concerns or issues they discover with the owner. I appreciate that too. They only accept cash or check but I was told that up front. I am extremely happy with the whole experience and the cost was on the very low end especially for the special attention a new puppy requires. I am not rich, I am retired but the tip I left was well deserved. Even though Groom and Go is farther than comfortable for me I will not take my girl anywhere else! Thank you for your care!!!

She called me at 12:10 to tell me the dog was done so I sent my daughter to grab her. However, my daughter was confused and actually went to a different groomer in Manchester. When my daughter called me and I figured out what happened, I called Krazy Tails to let her know why she was running late and I received nothing but horrible attitude. I later called back when I saw the LACK of grooming done on the dog. She proceeded to tell me how rude I was that we were late picking the dog up because she closed at 12:30...however, the google listing says 3pm. She then went on to tell me that she was going to refuse service to me going forward because we were late picking up our dog and then went on to tell me that I was lying about my daughter going to the wrong location because my daughter didn't mention it when she actually got there. She called me rude and inconsiderate on the phone MULTIPLE times. I ended up telling her to forget about it and I will NEVER be taking the dogs there again. This woman has cancelled appt on my with no notice in the past, barely grooms dogs and is the rudest person I have ever met for someone who owns a business. We said DO NOT cut the tails, we said DO NOT shave the faces and they did both of those things, there is patches that were missed, they even shaved the eyes and lashes!! And we were charged 50 dollars per dog for such crappy and defiant work!!! Do Not take your dogs there, they DO NOT do what you ask, they do whatever they want despite what you tell them not to do!!!
