Sweet Almond pretzel! Get it, you will love it (if you're not allergic to almonds, of course) I used to eat here all the time when I worked at the mall 25 years ago. The price has gone up almost twice since then but their pretzels still taste exactly the same. Staff today were extremely friendly to my daughter which I always appreciate. The line was long today but it moved very quickly. The store looked clean and well organized. This is a good mall food/snack restaurant. As mentioned though, if you're allergic to nuts, be careful. Some of their menu items contain almonds.

A foot court OG... idk man. I just think AA is the goat of mall desserts. The sweet glaze dip was lowkey overkill w a cinnamon sugar pretzel, but I could see it being fire w a different or plain pretzel.

Auntie Anne's is a snack favorite for one of customers, this office has roughly 60 people rotating staff members any time I schedule a snack pretzels and lemonade are greatly welcomed and then devoured. Customer service is great the manager makes a point to ensure the large catering order is complete upon arrival and is courteous. The location is perfect as it's close to the exit, making pick up easy. In need of a salty or sweet treat you can't go wrong with an Auntie Anne's pretzel.

Stopped by Auntie Anne's in Bellevue Square Mall after a long day at work, hoping for a quick snack. Unfortunately, the employees didn't seem very enthusiastic or welcoming, which added to the stress of the wait. The service felt slower than usual, and while I admit I was a bit impatient, it still seemed like the process could've been more efficient. There wasn't much communication or friendliness from the staff, which made the experience feel a bit cold. The pretzel was okay, but the overall vibe left something to be desired. JY review

I've stopped by here in the past on my lunch breaks when I worked around here, and really liked when they did the $1 Tuesdays... not sure if they still do that; guess I'll have to stop by on a Tuesday one day. I came by to pick up my free birthday pretzel, and got the Sweet Almond pretzel. It was good and still soft. I've been to other locations where it must've been sitting there too long, because it was already hard. Service was quick, and I enjoyed my birthday pretzel.

If auntie Anne's has a million fans, I am one. If auntie Anne's has one fan, I am that one. If auntie Anne's has no fans, I am dead. To Auntie Anne, I pray that one day we will meet face to face. I think we will get along.

    DIY pretzel kit $15

Most people know what to expect when going to a franchise like Auntie Anne's so no need to comment there. My review is on the take home, DIY pretzel kit. For $15 you get a bucket with pre-measured flour mix, yeast, and baking soda, and salt and cinnamon sugar to finish. The kit makes 10 pretzels. Straightforward instructions: heat water, dissolve yeast, beat with the flour mixture, let rise for 30 mins, roll out, dip in the baking soda solution, bake and finish. If you have a stand mixer, the kneading is really easy. The dough was really easy to handle and it was fun making the pretzels and the pretzel dogs. Recommend to try the kit if you are looking for an activity with the family or are just craving buttery American style pretzels, or want an easy bread making experience. They have them ready for pickup on the countertop, and don't be afraid to ask about it if you don't see it on the menu or a sign!

The service was so nice! The staff were really considerate and there was no tax included. I wanted to try something new, so I got the Sour Cream & Onion pretzel for $4.99. It tasted like how it sounded, and a little dry. I still liked it and there were tables in front of the store to eat, and it was a relaxing atmosphere.

Seattle eat #4 ------------------ Always a must when going to Seattle and when your craving some lemonade! We got their original lemonade and it was delicious! Another amazing thing is their pretzel dog! * Can't wait to come back for more lemonade! Have you been here and what's your go to item? -----------------------------

Their pretzels are always burnt here and have been burnt for the past few months. I thought it was just a one off ):

Good times today at the Rhein Haus. Felt like something different so we gave it a shot. Pork…read moreschnitzel, pretzel with cheese, a nice hefeweizen and a brat platter. Enjoyed it all. Apple slaw is a nice change of pace. Solid kraut. Tasty beer. Good brat. Very happy. We're don't go for German food very often but thus hit the spot.

I was so sad after our second experience here, where we had to walk out. I'm totally up for giving…read morethem another chance, but it will involve some coaxing the hubby after our last experience here. First time we came here, we loved it! Our server was actually one of the bartenders who had a little extra time or was serving at the same time? Not sure, but the bartender was helping us for some reason, and looking back I'm glad he did because he was awesome. He answered all of our questions and was super attentive. At first we were only popping in for a beer and to scope out the place, as we're looking for a place to replace the Queen Anne Beerhall (since they keep raising their prices and now charge admission on their busy/holidays/events to get in). Then we ended up ordering a pretzel with a variety of sauces to give it a try as well as a few more beers and just overall enjoying the ambiance and watching a game. It was chill and went smoothly. We were hyped to go back. On our second visit, we were sorely disappointed. Maybe because it was around the FIFA World Cup or something, they changed their rules, and unless you stopped at the entrance to read the new rules on their large television AT the entrance, you wouldn't have known. The rules were something like, you have to order everything at the bar, and the servers are only serving food and drinks. It was weird, and we missed it. So when we finally got one of their servers' attention after sitting there for like 5 minutes waiting to order a beer, the guy refused to help us or answer any of our questions, literally walked away as we were talking. It was pretty bad. So yeah, we ended up walking out. Maybe we'll try again? Not sure, but maybe next time we'll sit at the bar since the bartenders seem much nicer and more attentive. The beers were great, and everything was much more reasonably priced than our usual spot.
