The pretzels tasted just like I remembered! Soft, buttery, and with the perfect balance of sweet and salty. We got a sweet almond pretzel, a pepperoni pretzel, and a plain no salt pretzel. Located inside Bellevue Square, this is such a convenient spot to stop by while you're shopping, taking a break from walking around the mall, or grabbing a snack on the way home. My mom and I came here on Black Friday, and the line was very long. We ended up getting their pepperoni pretzel, small pretzel bites, and the cinnamon sugar pretzel. Our total was about $18. Auntie Anne's is definitely on the pricier side, but it's such a great snack to have while walking around the mall. We really enjoyed everything we ordered, they were so good, and they also gave us free water cups. They have all sorts of other items too, like cheese dips, tomato dips, jalapeño cheddar, and even hot dogs. There are a ton of options to choose from. I would definitely recommend this spot if you just want to stop by and grab a quick snack. The quality is great, the staff is very friendly, and we really enjoyed our time there. The ambiance is nice since it's technically inside the food court area, but the only downside is that there aren't many chairs. You'll most likely end up finding a bench or trying to snag one of their two tables. Otherwise, you might just be walking around the mall while eating it. read more

Sweet Almond pretzel! Get it, you will love it (if you're not allergic to almonds, of course) I used to eat here all the time when I worked at the mall 25 years ago. The price has gone up almost twice since then but their pretzels still taste exactly the same. Staff today were extremely friendly to my daughter which I always appreciate. The line was long today but it moved very quickly. The store looked clean and well organized. This is a good mall food/snack restaurant. As mentioned though, if you're allergic to nuts, be careful. Customer service is great the manager makes a point to ensure the large catering order is complete upon arrival and is courteous. We come to this location quite often. I'm always impressed at how long the line can get on weekends and how the staff move through it quickly. This location seems to be doing a better job on following CDC guidelines and masking while food prep. As I know the owner monitors the reviews, I wish there was more table top seats to sit down and enjoy the treats, but I also understand as I'm sure property management can limit the area for this. read more

I planned a full-day extravaganza for our team's event, and was 100% reliant on Auntie Anne's being our mid-day snack to hold 12 of us over until dinner time. I ordered $85 worth of twisted-pretzely goodness 3 days before our event and received the automated text confirming our order was good-to-go. FAST FORWARD TO THE DAY OF: the order was said to be delivered between 2:50-3:10pm. Perfect. 3:12 rolled around, and I was eagerly waiting in the apt lobby starving and excited because it'd been a minute since I'd had a mini pretzel dog. At 3:18, my phone vibrated with this text: "Your order from Auntie Anne's has been cancelled." No explanation, no courtesy call, just a careless cold break-up text. I don't think it's necessary to spell out why I was so upset because anyone reading this review knows the standard of decency that all businesses should operate under. Or even how any human with a thought should operate. Auntie Anne's: I would never patronize your brand just because it's not a fancy sit-down restaurant. If anything, I loved the small, on-the-go hustle of what your brand promises to deliver. But wow, you really messed up and what's worse is you've shown no remorse. I never really make accounts to review things online, but I felt as if I should say something. I have been a mall empoloyee at down town bellevue square mall for a long time, and have gotten stuff from auntie Annes since back when they had Tuesday specials and sold the garlic parm. pretzel. I always loved this store as the employees are sweet and the deals for mall employees are good. More recently there has been a change that I noticed and felt I should discuss incase my words have sway. I have an issue with the new payment system. There used to be a large screen for which we could first select tips and then pay afterwards on the pin pad. While this was somewhat confusing to new customers, it was very easily handled by the employees as with one quick explanation the customers could understand the process. Now when waiting in line for my turn to order, I see every single time that there has been a struggle with the employees and customers alike to use the new tiny machine. The prompt for the tip is so small you can barely see it, and it is so horrible with the glare from the screen as well. It is incredible cumbersome and has so far made my wait significantly longer each time as even when the workers explain, people cant understand it, and when they do see it, it takes them time to look properly understand how to pay. (As a side note: I am the type to like to tip well when given discounts as a place so I can feel my tab is evened out, and after coming for so long I noticed as well that the tip options for the employees has slowly gone down. As a fellow mall employee I feel as if this is going to negatively impact the workers and it is unfair that the helpful team you guys have assembled in the store is going to most likely have there pay check inhibited by the price of a button. I promise your company will not make more than they would have if they gave a different option that would benefit the team. I would definitely come back here! the space has a nice seating area too. the menu is very clear and they are very fast. the only thing I would complain about is that the pretzels are inconsistent as sometimes they have to much baking soda. read more

I have been getting pretzel's at Auntie Annie's ever since I could go to the mall. It is just part of my routine and it does not matter where I am shopping because I know I am going to get a pretzel. The pretzels are delicious and I usually wait until they get a new batch. I almost rarely ever get pretzels that have been sitting out for too long and you should know that it is ok to ask how long the pretzels have been out. The staff at this location aren't super friendly but they are not mean either. I just think they are slammed every time I visit so they might be a little preoccupied. Definitely not the kind of place where you spend time talking to the cashier. The place is clean and there are no red flags as far as I can tell. My absolute favorite is the pretzel dog!!! I have no clue where they get their hot dog inside from, but it's the best I've ever had. The pretzels here are good and they have many choices beyond the classic plain soft pretzel with the chunks of salt. We really like the cheesy ones, and I LOVE the pretzel dog. I'm sure you can find a favorite too -- maybe you like the sweet ones (like cinnamon raisin?) I'm dinging them a star because the service is so often slow. They don't always have enough staff and they run out of pretzels pretty often. On the plus side, after you wait ten minutes, you get a piping hot pretzel... but that's after you've already waited ten to fifteen minutes in line to order, so you could be forgiven for feeling a bit twisted. It was my first time eating a freshly made pretzel. The word pretzel is deceptive because it describes an item that can come in different varieties. My only experience with pretzels before this was with the crunchy store bought crap. Not a fan of that. But soft pretzels are a different story. Stopped by Auntie Anne's to give these a try. The selection here is good. A lot of different varieties here to try along with several dipping sauces if you like that. I did also notice that they offer pretzel dogs here which looked interesting. While they constantly make the pretzels in the store, there is a hot display case with already made pretzels to choose from. I decided on an original pretzel ($3.09) and a jalapeno cheese dog ($3.19). Both were bready goodness. Soft and delightful to eat. The original pretzel was good, but left thinking that a flavored pretzel may have been better. I did actually like the jalapeno cheese dog better. Hot dog and cheese rolled around bread with jalapeno peppers on top is yummy. While I liked the pretzel selections, I have to say these things are quite overpriced. They actually cost about the same as a cupcake, which I left thinking I would have rather had instead. Even those addicitive McRib sandwiches at McDonald's which I passed on to try Auntie Anne's are cheaper for one than a single pretzel from here. There are so many snack places in Bellevue Square! I imagine that people are mostly stopping by these places after shopping for clothing. So I assume that these places know they're in direct competition with one another for customers that are carrying receipts with triple- or quadruple-digit totals. But no, cheap snack food is hard to find here even though there's a similar restaurant directly below this one on the first floor. That being said, these pretzels are actually pretty good. I just wish there were more of an incentive for me to stop here than all the other places. The whole procedure of making these pretzels is displayed publicly. From a large blob of dough, a thick strand is sliced, stretched out, and twisted into a pretzel shape. It's fun to watch and also good to know that the food you get here isn't made in some secret factory somewhere. They don't go about their work terribly fast, but I don't suppose I would either at the end of the day. I kind of got an attitude with the service here, but maybe it was just my imagination. It didn't have too much of an adverse impact on the food. I had a coupon for "buy one cup of pretzel sticks, get another cup free." With that, I got one cup of normal pretzel sticks and one cup of cinnamon pretzel sticks. It's $3.50 per cup normally, but I was able to pay only $3.50 total for both cups thanks to the coupon. Otherwise, I wouldn't really say it's worth the price. There are six pretzel sticks to a cup, and the sticks are somewhat decently sized. The normal pretzel sticks are warm and soft. They don't have much flavor to them except on the outside. The cinnamon ones are much better. They're completely caked in sugar. I daresay there's too much sugar on them, which is a good thing. They're actually not that sweet, though. I don't know why. Rather, they taste just "all right." But the fact that they're warm and soft makes them very enjoyable to munch on. They're just probably not worth $3.50 for six of 'em. Maybe I'm just biased because I like the smoothie and yogurt places at Bellevue Square more. But during the winter, sometimes it's nice to have a hot snack that feels like it came right out of the oven. Very good pretzels at this location. I've never been disappointed. 15 years ago I got my first job in high school at Wetzel's Pretzels at the RTC. It's more or less comparable to Auntie Anne's with an almost identical menu that hasn't really changed much in any aspect. I still crave soft pretzels from time to time and this particular store never fails me. Believe me when I say it doesn't take long for soft baked pretzels to go stale. If the pretzels are rolled thin they can go hard within 30 mins. High traffic at this location guarantees the pretzels are always soft, fresh, and chewy. Mall discount or $2 dollar end of day sales (five mins before closing) are also a nice bonus. read more

I love me some Auntie Anne's!!! Located on the 2nd level of Bellevue Square, I tend to park near this entrance to the mall just in case I need a cinnamon-sugar fix on my way out! This location can get quite the line on weekends, but the service is always friendly and helpful despite the "rush." I agree that the product is best when it's fresh, so it's almost more tempting to go here if you do see that line because it almost guarantees that you'll get a piping hot, cinnamon-y and sugary treat that's extra good!! Also, if they're in the process of making more, it never takes more than a few minutes to get more pretzels out... And in case you haven't experienced and Auntie Anne's before, they're warm, soft, and delicious! Even my pretzel-hating husband will gobble up what I can't finish of my pretzel order! I remember the sour cream and onion ones taste exactly like the chips, my favorite flavor actually! Recently, I've been coming here a lot because my friends like to hang out at Bellevue Square. What's a shopping spree without snacks, right? Besides Red Mango, I like to get something else to eat while I shop. This is the perfect snack, in size, shape, and packaging. It tastes great too! The almond pretzel is my favorite here because it is sweet and salty. When you're given your pretzel of choice, it is warm, not hot to the point where you can't hold it. I like that, it's important!
