I love this place. I have to resist the urge to get a pretzel every time I walk by, or I would go broke! I've tried all of their pretzels and I think the almond pretzel is my favorite. The cinnamon raisin one is also good if you have a sweet tooth. The pretzel nuggets are handy if you're one of those people who like to shop and munch, but they're quite a bit more expensive than the regular pretzels and probably less, quantity-wise. If you sign up for their email list online, they send a coupon every month...usually something along the lines of buy one, get one free. It's a great money saver for frequent pretzel eaters :). Get one of their punch cards too...after a certain number of purchases, you get a free one. :D read more

Ohh, Auntie Anne's pretzels.... I have loved you since we first met in RI in my adolescence. I have tried to recreate your genius with your At-Home kit, to no avail. I spent four years away from you in Montreal which only strengthened my resolve: Whenever you are in a 50 mile radius, I must find you and devour an original salted with cream cheese (or two) -- no matter how full my belly is or how much I pay for it later because I can only periodically digest cream cheese. I went to great lengths to find you in Colorado and now you are so close to my home -- just 15 minutes away in the Bellevue Square Mall.... it's destiny. Your new advertising campaign is fantastic... "Spoiling dinner since 1988" -- oh, you have! And, hey - it's not your fault that your staff is often slow and unprepared or that your customers wait in line for 20 minutes for their afternoon snack. I know that you have better locations all over the country, where you are carefully baked to perfection... but, as it were, I'm reviewing the Bellevue Square location where their service is inconsistent and often slow, so I'm also dinging you a star. Pretty good salty snacks! I came here after a spinning class across the street (and as a pre-dinner with cinnabon as the main course) and got some pretzel nuggets. Pretty good! There is a decent amount and they're soft, fluffy, salty, and just warm enough to be delightful. Not too expensive and they're a good treat to have while walking around Bell Square to shop to your heart's content. I like their regular salty pretzels too and am curious about the pretzel dog. That looks very yummy! I haven't tried the sweet pretzels but they look delicious and I will certainly be back to try em! read more

There's nothing better than a fresh, hot Auntie Anne's pretzel, but unfortunately, Autie Anne's tends to be hit or miss. There are some times when I get a hot, melt-in-your-mouth original salted pretzel right out of the oven, and there are others when I get a pretzel that tasted like it was sitting under the heat lamp for a few hours (hardly warm, definitely not oven-fresh). Oh, and dipping sauces? Don't even bother! These pretzels are (usually) so good that you won't want to hide the melt-in-your-mouth taste with some sodium-infused, pre-packaged sauce. Service is hit or miss too. Today I got a very friendly older gentleman who thoughtfully offered me a bag and was full of smiles. He even warned me that the pretzel was hot, and to be careful! Mmm, music to my ears. Other times I get the introverted 16-year-old that's there just to make chump change for their video game collection, and can give a crap about speed of service or how fresh your pretzel is. I'm subtracting a star for price. WTF, $3.10 for a plain salted pretzel? A rolled strip of dough that probably cost not even $0.10 to make?! They're tasty, but not worth much more than $1.99, IMO. (It must be VERY, VERY expensive to lease space at Bellevue Square, that's all I can say.) The price is why I save these as a rare treat. Oh, and they're loaded with butter and carbs. :) read more

Auntie Anne! You saucy, saucy pretzel wench! For years I have been coming to Auntie Anne's for her delicious butter dipped pretzels! My favorite is the Almond pretzel with it's sweet, crushed, toasted almond crust on top of the buttery pretzel. Ahhh.... I'm extra excited when Tuesday rolls around and this pretzel is a $1 (Flavor rotates each week)!!! Make sure to get a stamp card! P.S. The pretzels are best fresh. Yum hot dog pretzel! I love these hot dog pretzels! They are the best ever! I get these a lot when I am at the mall. I love the hot dog pretzels, but the almond pretzels are also very good. The service is pretty friendly. The probably I truly have is that I am not a fan of the lemonade, it is a little sweet -- it's not awful, however, and I sometimes order it when I'm craving something super sugary. read more

The first time I had their almond pretzel it was delicious. Second time I was there, it was burnt.. probably because it was on a weekend and they were jam-packed with people standing in line. I would have given this place a 3.5-star. I think they could do better with helping people form a line. read more

My kids were so excited to come here and take it as a treat, but were extremely disappointed when they tried it. They reassured us that these were fresh. However, they were soggy and cold. We asked them for a new fresh one (which they made us pay for) but it tasted even worse than the first one. I would give this zero stars if it were possible. Don't recommend coming here. read more

Pretzels are one of my many favorite things in life, but this Auntie Anne's is not my favorite location. Customer service is unpredictable... sometimes friendly, but often kind of surly. I understand it's a busy location, but the staff at Alderwood are always cheery and happy to help. Bellevue could take a page from their book. 5 stars for the buttery goodness, -2 for meh service. read more

Whenever I'm shopping and need a quick little snack I turn to Auntie Anne's! I love getting their Sour Cream & Onion pretzel with marinara dipping sauce. Also, I have to have their old fashioned lemonade! I've tried their pretzel dog and pizza pretzel and both are good. The pepperoni on the pizza pretzel I liked because it was crispy! It nice they have punch cards, your 7th pretzel is free! And for a pretzel dog punch card, your 6th one is free. read more

I have a dairy allergy and whenever I come across a company that is willing to help me with my allergy I go out of my way to give them a good review. I was amazed, I told them about my allergy and they go out of their way to make sure there's no cross contamination. Used clean trays, and changed their gloves and everything (which believe it or not is not the first thing some people think about). The pretzels are just as good with oil instead of butter in my opinion and I LOVE that I can still have one of my favorite things despite my allergy. :) read more

Have tried their products several times and have always found it is a crap shoot if what you order will be fresh or will have been sitting around for an unknown amount of time. If it's fresh it's good, if not forget about it. Today I did the pretzel dog. Was reasonably fresh and actually very nicely cooked and the taste was excellent. As I sat and ate it I started wondering about the amount of money I had paid. The pretzel dog is $3.79 - with tax it was $5.06. I started thinking Bellevue must have a hell of a sales tax until I looked at the slip and noticed that the sweet mustard she asked me if I wanted actually cost me .89 cents! Nice rip off. read more

Today I went over to the auntie Annie's in the Bellevue mall. There was only two girls working both that were Extremely rude. Specifically At the register a lady named Jojo was completely rude and snappy towards me. I first walked up explaining my situation. I had downloaded the app a week ago when I was at a different mall because on the website it said if you get the app and sign up you get a free pretzel of your choice. I signed up and never received another email from them for my free pretzel like it said it would be sent out 24 hours later. After explaining this and asking her and showing her my app & email. She laughed at me and refused to service me or do anything to help. Instead she replied with "Sucks for you". I am completely appalled at her disgustingly rude attitude and at how unprofessional the staff were. I have never been so disrespected by a fast food joint employe before, and after this horrible experience I will never be going to this auntie Annie's again. Their pretzels are freshly made and it is good. My favorite is cinnamon flavor and I could eat a lot of them. YUM!

love it. i work in the mall and they always hand out coupons to us. if i dont have a coupon i dont usually go there. it is a tad pricey for the pretzels but they are good most of the time. sometimes theres a long azz line though so they may not have what you want. read more
