When Auntie Anne's is on, they are spot on, and they were on! Every time I see an Auntie Anne's my mouth waters for their Sweet Almond Pretzel. I've had this problem since I was a young boy! Lol Today I could not resist the temptation and got one. The service was great, as they were slammed busy, but the staff handled everyone pretty quickly . Really hit the spot. We were at the mall and had a craving. We opted to get pretzels and it was a great choice. Service was very fast. The pretzel nugget cups are reasonably priced and enough for two people to share. The individual nuggets were buttery, soft, warm and delicious. Can't wait to go back. Whenever I come to the Grapevine Mills Mall, this Auntie Anne's is a splendid treat for tasty pretzels. The pretzels here are reasonably priced at slightly higher than $2 and they are huge. The staff here are very pleasant and although there are usually long lines, they are very efficient in managing the wait time. Whenever I come here, I usually ask for a fresh pretzel because those are warmer and fluffier. You may have to wait a bit, but it is well worth the time. Also, if you are looking for a savory type pretzel, I highly recommend getting the original pretzel because it has a balanced level of salt and is warm and buttery too. We visit this location every time we take a trip out to grapevine mall. Today we ended that ritual by witnessing one of the employees wipe his nose with his hand. Which was gloved, and then continued to work. The other was wearing sanitary gloves and using his phone. When he was done he kept the same gloves on and continued to touch raw dough. Very poor food safety habits from this location and their management for lack of training. After my wife saw this she asked for a refund and the manager came out and asked 0 questions as to why and just refunded our card. read more

Mekkasia gave amazing customer service. As well as the rest of the team and the Pepperoni Pretzel bucket was delicious.

There's nothing more that I hate than bad service. The staff wasn't very friendly. They did not have the type of pretzel we wanted. It was still in the process of baking. We ended up waiting. Instead of us (customers) being upset that we had to wait, it almost seemed like they were more irritated that they had to make the pretzel that we wanted. It almost seemed like they wanted us to chose another one so that they didn't have to worry about it. They also didn't ask if we did or did not want the pretzel dipped in salt (common question). If you want advice, I would steer clear of the salt as it is almost unbearably salty!!! We ended up just dealing with the salt. Drank water all afternoon following this. The pretzel was fresh so that is about the only reason I give them 3/5 stars. -2 stars for the service read more

I couldn't even enjoy my pretzel because the managers hygiene habits were disgusting!! He was playing on his phone with his gloves on, then going over to cut up pretzel dough! With the same gloves! The cashier wasn't wearing gloves and was handling money and touching the register, and when the same manager came over to help her, he used the same gloves to touch the money contaminated register, then went back to cutting pretzel dough!! I love the cinnamon sugar pretzel bites! And they have awesome strawberry lemonade. I did see the cashier lady have insanely long finger nails (they were looking good though, loved the color), and I have no idea how she can make pretzels with long nails. 4/23/17 -11am - msg to management We were there 15 min before the store opened, when I asked the lady who was handling the dough, when the store would be open she rudely said 11. As we are waiting, she gave a FREE LARGE lemonade drink to her friend... turns 11, doesn't open shop, completely ignores us. Then a gentleman comes out takes our order... We ordered 2 bagel dogs and 2 pepperoni pretzels. The guy asks the pretzel making lady how long and she says 8 minutes. We said ok, and waited. In the meantime, its 11:20, they have served many customers and my kids and I noticed she just started making our pepperoni pretzel and dogs... wtf, seriously, I called for the manager on duty and at first she was protecting the employee that it takes 12 min to make bagel dogs, and so I told her if it takes that long why didn't she start when we placed order? Why is she starting 20 minutes later?? Shouldn't she have started once she received our order?? I asked for refund and as that took awhile, I noticed our food was in the oven. And the manager asked do you want to wait? I said yes, I will wait and you will give me a refund as well. Manager was apologetic but the girl making the pretzel didn't say one word of remorse.
