Terminal D Gate 36- Dallas fort worth! worth the pit stop!!
    Ang A.

Well, if you're at terminal D gate 36 for a connecting AA flight check out Auntie Anne's. The staff was not very helpful and you can tell english is not their first language. Made it very difficult to order and it go to the point I just paid and left. I went to another place to get some mustard for my pretzels. The pretzels were the little ball ones as they HAD NO REGULAR PRETZELS! For being a pretzel shop they had no inventory and nothing prepared and that was late afternoon! WTHeck? Very disappointing to be honest and next time i'm there, which is pretty often, I will walk on by... Que Dionne Warwick's greatest hit on this place

Given the current state of the world and how much travel along with our everyday activities have changed, the staff here was doing a wonderful job at accommodating customers while following new COVID guidelines. The line was moving efficiently and they were friendly. I've never ordered the cinnamon sugar pretzel nuggets before but they were great and I may make that my go to moving forward. Lol Also, who came up with the idea of mango lemonade because that was AMAZING!!! Ugh I could use more of it!

Fairly decent snack spot at DFW Airport. We wanted to order two pretzels - but they only offered us pretzel bites. Not really a big deal. But the customer service wasn't especially warm and friendly.

Whoever manages this store instructs the employees to sell only the larger size pretzel nuggets. They didn't have any regular pretzels in stock and had plenty of pretzel nuggets, but refused to sell me a smaller size. The girl working the register told me sorry several times, but that she wasn't allowed to sell the smaller size. Obviously it's a forced up charge which is sad. Since I was traveling alone, I couldn't eat the huge size alone.

He actually went in to the brewery to help us! That is above and beyond kindness! Of course, we had to have a pint and a flatbread while we were there, which were both fabulous! The fast-n-light beer was perfect for a hot day. Crisp and refreshing! We had a build your own flatbread, which was freshly made and had just the right amount of toppings. The taproom staff person who helped us out was also so adorable and friendly. The place is spacious and they had the would cup playing on the screens, so that was fun! If we had more time we would have spent the whole afternoon there! Will certainly support this brewery and their great staff, beer and eats!!!

We spent our time at the bar, and the bartender was friendly and attentive, which made it an easy place to settle in for a while. There was an issue with being charged twice, and we did not receive a call back initially. They did reach out through Yelp to help resolve it and provided the details needed to correct the charge. We would definitely go back to this brewery as we rally liked the beer the had on tap.

I'm actually very glad we came here instead of the other places we had planned on going for lunch. When we went, it was not crowded and we got seated quickly. This place is fairly big, with plenty of tables and space. They also have a dedicated "beer garden" on one side of the restaurant. For food, i had to get jager schnitzel with spaetzle. My wife ended up getting duck. Before my food came out, they also brought out a salad. I don't know if it was part of the jager schnitzel entree or the duck... But the salad was amazing. Everything was pickled and very intense flavor. Both entrees were great and i also like the fact that they have a kid's menu that serves german food. (I was afraid the kids menu would have simple items like burger and or chicken tenders, but that's not the case here.) the lunch portions were perfectly sized.... granted its not "texas sized" but it did its job and i left satisfied. What i really like about the place is the interior decor. It looks like the owners brought back so many trinkets, souvenirs and photos from their trips to Germany and it makes it feel more authentic. This was actually one of the saving grace from waiting to get our food, i tried to look around to see all the different things on displayed. Service was great. I'll definitely be back!

I give no complaint to the food and the ambience, as I have always eaten well and enjoyed the jaunty, light-hearted ambience that this restaurant has provided for decades. My wife and I decided to take our kids out tonight to try German food. The service tonight was abysmal. We waited for twenty minutes for our waiter. When someone finally arrived, he was rather abrupt and rude. Tables around us who were seated immediately received bread before us. Our pickled vegetable side and a beer was brought out promptly, but this would be the only part of our order we received. We waited for over an hour without being checked in on one time. Once! The waiter appeared from the kitchen a couple of times clearly eating something and then disappeared for almost half an hour. When he finally reappeared I asked for more bread, as the kids were getting antsy. He did not verbally respond to this, but walked off and returned with a basket which he more or less tossed on the table, making an obvious effort to avoid eye contact with me. After an hour and fifteen, someone else came by and asked if we were okay. We responded that we were just waiting for our food. This person, too, disappeared without a response. At an hour and a half--kids hungry and depleted of whatever patience they had--we left. This makes a bitter end to what has otherwise been a joyful patronage to a local legend.
