The staff are always friendly and willing to give tips on which flavors are popular if you're indecisive. My favorite flavors are the pecan praline and the raspberry. They will be discontinuing the pecan praline and the marble flavor soon. They are replacing the flavors with the strawberries & cream and snickerdoodle. I ordered a dozen custom bundtinis which allows you to mix & match the flavors, It was $30 for the dozen no frills added on. A little bit of a price break if you order the featured or signature (pre selected flavors). You can also select without the icing, but it is all or nothing. It would be nice to have the option for some with icing and some without the icing. The lobby inside is so clean and had a lot of products placed around but very organized. They have a case to view the various cake sizes. Very prompt and friendly service. The sticker inside the box was very easy to understand so no guessing what flavor is where. The cakes from Nothing Bundt Cakes are always great. The service from this particular location was off putting. The woman at the counter, Gloria, was rude and condescending. She cut off our sentences and replied to our questions with snarky remarks. She scolded my mother in law for trying to throw a tissue away and told her to use the trash cans on the outside of the strip center rather than the trash can in the store. Nothing Bundt Cakes has official come to lewisville! I went on their grand opening this past Saturday (September 14th) and there was a line wrapped around the building (because they were giving out coupons for free bundlets). Overall, this location is identical to the other locations, with the same layout and pricing. I ordered the white chocolate raspberry, and it tasted the same as before. My only complaint is that I don't think it's fair to give out coupons for free bundles, and not allow people to use it that same day. But this is a nice, occasional treat and now people won't have to drive to flower mound or Southlake to get a bundt cake read more

I'm trying to still support restaurants during The Covid 19, but after today I will no longer support this business. I decided to grab a Bundt from this location and I regret doing so. Upon parking, I attempted to walk into the store, but was stopped by two associates at the door ( one with blonde short hair and the other brown) and rather than directing me to the x that was on the st they yelled "get back, go stand on the x" there was no one else in line thank God because I was embarrassed, they treated me like I had cooties. I then had to wait for them to tell me to approach them (this is all new to me, last week when I went I was able to order inside the store). Before I left I told them both that I do not appreciate how they yelled at me and that their system is new and there are no signs telling us where to stand and that they need to possess customer service skills when they talk to customers especially during times like this. It's the customers who keep businesses a float and employees with jobs so for them to treat me like that was rude and uncalled for. I've spent easily over a couple hundred at just this location. I normally always come here for my coworkers and friends cakes but now I will look to take my business elsewhere. read more
