Free soft pretzel in Las Vegas, Nevada... I was walking through Terminal 3 of the Harry Reid International Airport when I saw Auntie Anne's Pretzel shop. I thought: Gee! I should try and redeem my free pretzel from the time I used the app to order at the Ala Moana Center location! (At that time, I was redeeming a Buy One, Get One Free pretzel from the T-Mobile Tuesday app!) I showed the cashier my digital coupon for the free pretzel and she said that she will honor the offer! 1-29-2022 A good serendipitous find at the Vegas airport close enough to the Hawaiian Airlines gate. We left the hotel very early and needed something to hold us from having to deal with growling tummies signaling "feed me." Saw the cups of something under the lighting showcase. Hubs was going to pay so I suggested just buy that. What a surprise inside the package were little pigs in a blanket...fun and tasted good too. Not wanting to be exposed to COVID at the gate by removing our masks completely this was perfect. Just right shape and size to slip under our mask, find mouth, insert and enjoy. They were the perfect snack til we were fed on the plane later into the flight. read more

We ordered the Sweet Almond pretzel from Auntie Anne at the Las Vegas (Southwest) airport. The lady asked us if we wouldn't mind waiting 8-10 mins for a freshly made pretzel. Sure!!! I ordered a lightly salted pretzel, and she took one of the salted pretzel. And then politely I asked her to give me a lightly salted one. So she didn't respond to it, instead kept on bagging the salted pretzel. When I asked her for the second times, she rudely told me almost screaming SALTED or PLAIN, nothing in between. If they have salted ones, meaning they have salt to make it happens. But the worst thing is the way she treated me. What a rude black women. She's not supposed to be in any customer service position whatsoever. The manager should know about this and fire her, or at least retraining her to be a better customer service. The cashier who had half orange half black hair(October 2023) was being xxxxx for no reason. I asked her how her day was and also complimented her hair but she gave me the most stuck up attitude the whole time and threw my pretzel into the trash. Even her first impression of me as I walked up to the kiosk looked like she wanted to punch me. :/ Talk to her if you want her mood to rub off on you. Everytime im at Las Vegas Maccarran Airport I will stop here. We usually leave on a red eye flight so it's early in the morning that I stop here like midnightor sometimes later. Staff are always friendly. The food is always good. I got the cinnamon sugar doughnuts ogg my they were delicious. I also was stoked because they serve coca-cola to some its not a big deal but to me it is because I don't drink Pepsi so if they have a coke I sure will get it. Wow!! I haven't been to a Auntie Anne's in ages and I was really impressed by this location inside the Airport. I was catching a flight to Phoenix on Monday morning and was a little bit hungry. Since I had a few minutes, I decided to grab some breakfast at Auntie Anne's. On display, they had a pretzel bun, egg white, bacon and cheese sandwich that looked amazing! I decided to try one of those sandwiches out with a coke. The wait in the line wasn't long at all, a little less than 5 minutes. The pretzel bun was salty and soft. The flavor profile mixed well with the egg white, bacon, and cheese. It tasted super yummy! I would get it again! I also saw some cinnamon pretzel bites and mini pretzel dogs that looked really delicious as well! Perhaps next time! I'm always a fan of soft pretzels, and Auntie Anne's usually satisfies that craving. Sure, airport prices are always going to be higher, but when you just need a pretzel nugget fix, this is the place to go. Actually it was only $5.50 for the large ($5 for the regular), so for fifty cents more you get a decent sized upgrade. The nuggets were pretty good. Still warm, but kind of tougher than usual. I don't think it was a matter of time, but more over-kneading. Still tasted great, though, so it filled the void in my belly. The cashier was super nice and friendly! I wish I caught her name so I could give credit where due, but I can say she was working there on Thursday, February 21 at around 10:00am. Excellent customer service skills, and genuinely seemed happy to be there! She really made the entire experience great! Overall, probably better than most Auntie Anne's I've visited. What was I thinking? I should have known better then go to a place like this, to eat a breakfast sandwich while I was waiting for my flight to go home. I give the friendly clerk an A+ for his customer service, as when I walked up to the counter to order my breakfast sandwiches, there were 2 sandwiches under the heat lamp. After ordering my sandwiches.......he had grabbed both sandwiches under the heat lamp, but after the other clerk bought out some new sandwiches..........he promptly threw away the breakfast sandwiches sitting under the heat lamp, and gave me two fresh breakfast sandwiches which came freshly out of whatever they do to reheat the items. The breakfast sandwiches.........they sucked! I give it a solid "1" for the grub.........the bun was hard, and the egg was very rubbery. I had the Egg & Bacon breakfast sandwich, and barely tasted any bacon. The coffee was weak too........but of course, I wasn't expecting Starbucks son! While waiting at Terminal 3 for our flight, we decided to grab some soft pretzels since I love me some soft pretzels! I had never had a chance to try Auntie Anne's until this day. I enjoyed it! Considering we were in the arport, the prices weren't all that bad! They were warm and fresh and tasty! The young man who served us was quick and efficient. I can say I thought they were noticeably better than Wetzels pretzels! If given the opportunity, I would not hesitate to come here again. This is an Auntie Anne's in the airport terminal. I have seen bad reviews for their breakfast sandwiches, but I haven't had any so I can't comment on that. I decided to try something different on my way back to Hawaii from Vegas. I didn't eat anything that day so I was starving. I ordered the 2 pretzel pizzas that were displayed. The counter guy told me the pizzas were sitting out for awhile and said he would make me two fresh ones if I had time to wait. I agreed and thought it was nice of him to let me know the other pizzas weren't fresh. I watched them make my pizzas and watched others walk by. When I got my pizzas I ordered a cheese sauce to add flavor to my pizzas. I also should have ordered a soda too because I bought one from the bookstore for almost $4. The pizzas were little soft but they were made from pretzel dough so I guess that's how it is. It satisfied me and filled me up so that was good. The customer service was really good as well. Yup... a 5-star rating for a fast food pretzel stand in an airport. Buy I give 5-stars where 5-stars aree due! It's everything I wanted after waiting in a long TSA line (that seemed to pause for long periods of time, without explanation)... then hop on and off a tram, just to be herded & merge with a bunch of travelers who also just finished waiting in a long TSA line from another section in the airport. The aroma of freshly baked pretzels perked me right up. Had my mind set on getting a pretzel... then in the warmer I saw... pretzel breakfast sammies?!?!... say whaaaat!?!?! You can get it with bacon or sausage (I got bacon) and I got it as a combo with self serve coffee. **They also offer military discount (Automatic +1 star immediately!!) I didn't have a chance to eat my sammie until I boarded the plane... about 45 minutes after I got it. But to my delight, it was warm, pretzel bun perfectly chewy, egg was not overcooked, &... bonus... the bacon was crispy!! Did not need any ketchup or mustard. Coffee was meh... but I didn't care. I knew this wasn't a "coffee spot." But, the coffee was hot & caffeinated. The sandwich was fantastic. Best way to end a trip to LV. read more

Desperation during the pandemic at an airport makes you do stupid things...like buy Mini Pretzel Dogs at this place. Actually anything at this place. McCarran Airport is known as a sh-t airport that cares more about slot machines than providing conveniently located bathrooms, and food options are hidden in walkways away from the gates. This was the only thing open in my terminal during the height of the pandemic except for a Burger King ten gates away. I just walked into this place and saw that who I assume to be the manger put down burnt hot dogs in the oven display. So I ask the cashier if it was possible for me to get a fresh hot dog and she tells me ok. As I'm waiting for the new dogs to come out the "manager" I assume says " I'm not making a new hot dog unless you pay for it first. Ma'am it's $9 I think I can afford to pay first is what I was thinking so I paid and waited. I hear the oven going off multiple times and no one made any movement to check on what I knew was my food. The manager finally goes to the oven takes out two burnt dogs and says "is this fine with you?" Smugly. While her workers laughed under their breaths. Extremely unprofessional.
