Once ready, I flagged him down and inquired into the appetizers, they have options to order individually or a 'basket of (choice)' of three. The price for the basket was less than individually for two. I ordered the batter dipped fried green beans, onion rings, and pickles. I also ordered a hamburger MEDIUM (leaning toward rare) with ONLY 'triple' onions on the side (because I don't want:get the more expensive tomato and lettuce), with mustard and mayo; I substituted and paid EXTRA for fried mushrooms instead of the potato fries. I also decided to TRY the purple shake. I ENSURED the server knew and understood my entire order. My order took a WHILE. I had been told the condiments were in the side--I'd asked whether he'd be putting them in a small container and he said yes. My first mistake, leaving the premises without first fully examining the order. The shake, two sips, I then had trouble driving and once I got to my destination I was wobbly for a while. My basket was fried potato wedges(!!!), a FEW mushrooms, and onion rings. The burger was cooked to death ("well-done") and instead of the mushrooms I'd paid for extra(!!!), and instead of the dispensed containers of condiments I got a hand full of 'packets (disgusting).' Also, my burger was packaged with lettuce(!), tomato(!!!) and a few rings of onions. This whole thing was a fiasco and huge FAIL. I didn't enjoy any of the meal. If I'd looked before leaving I'd have demanded my money back and compensation for my TIME sitting there only to be incredibly disrespected. One star for ambiance and one star for positive:pleasant service (despite them FAILING so BADLY). This, for me, was so bad that I will not even visit the new PC which just opened in Rogers.

Also, there was an employee there named Kearon who I told that I would mention by name in a Yelp! review. She was wiping down tables, and spoke to every customer. There was a transient/homeless woman in a nearby booth, and I was moved by the grace that Kearon showed to her. I have reservations about mentioning that she also gave her a fiver, because I'm pretty sure that she wasn't supposed to do that. During my convo with my new vegan friend, we briefly discussed our mutual distaste for a freakishly popular fast food chain that serves chicken sandwiches seasoned with homophobia. I consider it a public nuisance because of their policies and the traffic problems that they create. In their defense, they do seem to have an uncanny skill to wotk the drive thru line, and during the handful of times that I have actually eaten there, the employees have smiled, made eye contact, and seemed to have some people skills, I haven't eaten here enough to fully evaluate this location, but I want the record to reflect that Kearon is a major asset. When we arrived there was no where to sit and all booths were full. The manager asked us politely to wait outside and we accommodated her request. When another family left they sanitized the booth and seated us. I was impressed with the amount of people they had staffed. I would say they were over staffed for the amount of people allowed in the restaurant but this allowed for exceptional service. The waitress Robin took our order and was prompt with refills of our drinks and allowed us to have to go cups when requested. My son had the all star breakfast with scrambled eggs, ham, toast, and a waffle. I had a triple order of hasbrowns which were smothered (sautéed onions), chunked (hickory ham), and topped (chili). I was very impressed with the portion size of the hashbrowns and the waitress was very generous with the chili. The food was excellent. A good experience overall and Robin did a outstanding job.
