Water hit the table in under two minutes, and our beers arrived in less than five. That's the kind of efficiency every restaurant should strive for. Now for the food: * Cheese Curds ($8) - These arrived piping hot and fresh from the fryer. The curds themselves were crispy but fairly bland on their own. The ranch and Mimi's Red Sauce did a lot of the heavy lifting here and elevated the dish significantly. * Queso ($8, plus $2 for chorizo) - Very basic. Not bad, but not memorable either. It tasted like melted Velveeta with a little extra liquid mixed in. Perfectly edible, just lacking any standout flavor. * Pretzel ($6) - Easily one of the highlights of the meal. They accidentally brought us the espresso pretzel first before correcting it with the plain version we ordered. Surprisingly, both were excellent. Soft, fresh, and flavorful. * Smash Burger & Fries ($17) - The fries were fantastic: hot, crispy, fresh, and seasoned perfectly. The burger itself was average--exactly what you'd expect from a mid-range brewery restaurant. Good, but not something I'd specifically come back for. * Chicken Sandwich with Sweet Potato Fries ($15) - The low point of the meal. The sweet potato fries were cold, stale, and honestly should never have left the kitchen. The chicken sandwich wasn't much better. The breading was overcooked to the point of tasting burnt, and there wasn't much flavor beyond that. * Bacon-Wrapped Quail Sliders - Another average offering. Not bad by any means, but nothing that stood out or justified ordering again. The beer is clearly the star of the show here. Flyway knows how to brew, and that's what would bring me back. The food ranges from good to disappointing, with only a few items really standing out. Overall: * Beer: 4/5 * Food: 2/5 * Service: 5/5 Flyway Brewing is worth visiting for the beer, atmosphere, and service. Eat because you're there, not because you're searching for an exceptional meal. Every restaurant I've ever been to has always had the silverware on the table when a reservation was made. This was not the case with this situation. The silverware did not even show up until 20 minutes after the appetizers did and many of the appetizers included salads. Drink orders, including standard waters, were not taken until we had been there about 20 minutes. No refills were offered throughout the entire 2 1/2 hours we were there. The food finally came out and after asking 3 different wait staff, the silverware finally arrived. My order was not received until 30 minutes before our departure. There were plenty of staff to handle the volume, but organization and planning was not part of the equation with this group. Furthermore, no comps were offered for all the delay and less than acceptable service. The customer was completely disregarded in the whole experience Not even a free dessert offer. Any other restaurant would have offered something for the trouble of the customers to make it right. I have been to this location several times in the past and have had a good experience. This will be my final visit. There are far too many other options in the Little Rock area to settle for such ridiculous and unnecessary delays and horrible service!!!

I informed him that I would wait, he asked was I coming back I stated no I would pay and stay at the store. Once the order was received I asked about dipping sauce I was informed that that was extra, I then let the manager know that I was ordering for my son and wasn't familiar with the process but had no issue paying whatever the cost was for the dipping sauce. He never informed me of a price I gave my son $2.00, he gave it to the manager I asked was that enough he said yes, I then asked how much is the sauce he said the amount that you gave, I said no how much does the sauce cost, he then stated $1.79 would you like your change, at this point was done and stated it's fine. Just overall no type of customer service or a good interaction with the customer, my opinion!
