Quick, easy, and affordable. My Wife had a free McChicken Sandwich rewards and decided to use it today. Crunchy, peppery, and delicious.

Came to order some late night food and it was a bad decision. The service wasn't great, and the food did not pass the McDonald's taste test. French Fries: Tasted like old fries & wasn't crispy. Deluxe Spicy McCrispy: Okay. The portion size was good but the chicken was dry and didn't have much flavor. It has a little kick to it as did the sauce. McChicken: Small sandwich. The chicken patty was small, flat, & tasted frozen. Big Mac: Good portion size but the patties were sooooo dry.

Playplace for kids. Much less climate control here than in McDonald's (feels cold in here in the winter..so bring a jacket).

A McDonald's with a playplace. What's not to like? Employees are nice here. Food is typical McDonald's. My kids love it here.

    Ice tea drink

Food was decent, kids got to play in play area, and service was great. Kids loved the Mc Flurry, and I loved the ice tea.

My job finished up in Milpitas on a Monday night, and I happen to spot this McDonald's in a shopping center near N. Milpitas Blvd x E. Calaveras Blvd. I noticed a steady stream of cars in their drive-thru, even at 930pm. Hey, I've never been to this McDs before, so I got in the drive-thru and ordered a Quarter Cheese Combo, Large, with a Orange Fanta drink. First, my Combo Meal w/out tax was $9.39. FYI, a McD's restaurant in a shopping center can charge more, than a "stand-alone" restaurant. That's why prices differ by location. This was a Combo 2a meal, or the basic 1/4-lb Cheeseburger. It was hot and fresh, so most likely made "cook to order" by the grill. So, how was my food? Well, let's break it down..... Orange Fanta, Large, Grade (3/5): Tasted like an orange Fanta, but not enough carbonation or "fizzy factor." The fizzy factor makes the drink refreshing. A large drink is 24-oz. French Fries, Large, Grade (4/5): Good hot fries. Crisp on the outside, soft on the inside, and lightly salted. - 1-star because the container wasn't completely full. Maybe some fell out, but it didn't seem full when I first saw it. Quarter Pounder w/ Cheese, Grade (4/5): That was a good cheeseburger. Cooked medium rare. Good condiment distribution. The bun was intact and fresh. Wait, what's condiment distribution? When you open up your Quarter Pounder w/ Cheese (1/4-Lb), you see the cheese, ketchup, mustard, onions and pickles right? Those should be spread out, so the customer gets some in each bite. Also, the cheese slice should be melted and cover most of the patty. Drive-Thru Service, Grade (4/5): The line moved pretty quick. I didn't have any problems with unprofessional behavior. No suggestive selling. They don't offer ketchup for the fries. I guess you have to ask. Overall, a good first-time experience.

Since every drink is freshly brewed to order, I decided to give it a try--and I was completely blown away. The jasmine tea was incredibly rich and flavorful, perfectly balanced with the creamy A2 milk. As someone who's extremely picky about boba tea, I have to say they got everything exactly right. So many places make their jasmine tea taste overly floral or perfume-like, but here the flavor was delicate, smooth, and just the right intensity. And let's talk about the boba--it was cooked perfectly! Soft, fresh, and delightfully chewy, exactly how boba should be. Beyond the drinks, the atmosphere is absolutely charming. The décor is beautiful, warm, and thoughtfully designed. It feels like stepping into a little fairyland rather than a typical grab-your-drink-and-go boba shop. Every detail--from the chairs and tables to the decorations--comes together to create an elegant, high-end experience that makes you want to stay and relax. The prices are very reasonable for the quality you receive. I also want to give a special shout-out to Lynda, who was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and happy to answer all of my questions and concerns. I wholeheartedly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back. If you appreciate high-quality tea made with care and attention to detail, Latthe Roast & Toast is absolutely worth a visit!

It was MORE CROISSANT than waffle, whereas i feel like it's more common to get the opposite. It was buttery and flakey despite holding the shape and crispyness of a waffle. The cream they pair it with is the same cream for drinks, not like chantilly cream or something. I didnt enjoy the durian cream with the croffle, but it might be better with the other creams. I ended up pouring the durian cream into the roasted rice milk tea and it was *chefs kiss* Roasted rice milk tea 5/5 : i got less ice and 50% sweet and the roasted scent was so fragrant still. It was very refreshing yet had the delicious taste of browned rice grains. I added durian cream from my croffle and it worked out really well. Nothing really stands out, but they get the job done if you're just looking for a quick drink. The biggest downside is the location and overall atmosphere. The shop shares a space with a Chevron gas station, and it doesn't have its own restroom. When I asked, I was told to use the Chevron bathroom, which felt unusual for a tea shop. The café also isn't the most comfortable place to hang out. I stopped by during a heat wave once and decided to stay for a bit, but it was still hot inside. I don't think the A/C was running, so I ended up leaving sooner than I planned. I could see myself grabbing a drink to go if I were already stopping for gas or just happened to be driving by. But personally, I'd rather drive a few minutes down the street to Barber Lane, where there are several other tea shops with better drinks and a more comfortable atmosphere. I can also do my grocery shopping while I'm there, so it's a much more convenient stop overall.

I tried the summer special, Mango Creamsicle Matcha, with 50% sweetness. The matcha was delicious, the flavor really came through. I love matcha so I'm glad it wasn't weak. That said, I felt like the mango flavor was too subtle. I'm not sure if it's because I adjusted the sweetness but I could barely taste the mango so it didn't give mango creamsicle vibes. I still enjoyed the drink though. I would like to come back when it's less crowded to explore the market and try more drinks without the crowds.
