I tend to come to this location whenever I have a nice reward to redeem. I tend to find the prices a bit higher than I'm willing to spend on a mall snack. But give me a BOGO or discount on things? I'm there! It seems like every time I'm here I am told I need to wait a couple minutes for my pretzel to be ready. Part of me likes that because it means that I am, without a doubt, getting a freshly made pretzel. However, another part of me often wishes I could just sacrifice that for a quick in & out so I can be on my way and continue to shop. But at least with all of that, the staff is always incredibly friendly and is up front with the potential wait time before they even ring me up. They give you plenty of time to decide if you want to buy the pretzel or not. So, if there's no long line (which there can be on weekends) and you're craving a carb boost, Auntie Anne's is a good option. You'll be treated well and walk away with a warm, tasty treat as well.

Christian was an exceptional representative of his establishment. He has a great customer connection and handles their orders with consideration and care. Christian made my pretzels hot and buttery. I would like to have him always be my server because of his attitude. I love this location at the lower level because it is not as crowded as the upper level. This area is definitely less busy and more accessible. Not a lot of places to sit but pleasant atmosphere around children area. Hit or miss on how many children are in the area. Best place to park to access this location is near Macy's Men & Home off of Shirley Avenue.

messed up our own order lol. i called back kinda annoyed and the guy who helped us was SO nice…read more(even though we realized it was our bad after). he apologized anyway, remade them fresh the food was good and he went out of his way to be super sweet and fix everything. made the whole thing way better. service like that make me wanna come back fr. def recommend if you want good food and nice people!!

We came here expecting a quick meal at a fast-casual restaurant, but it took about 45 minutes to…read morereceive our food. Our order was simple: three breakfast burritos, one hot dog, cheese fries, and onion strings. There was no reason for such a long wait. The food was even more disappointing than the service. The $15.99 Cajun breakfast burrito was one of the worst breakfast burritos I've had. It was wrapped in an extremely thick tortilla that overwhelmed the filling. There was very little meat, making it feel mostly like bread rather than a breakfast burrito. It was also extremely salty, and parts of the filling were cold, making it seem as though it hadn't been heated evenly. For nearly $16, it was completely not worth the price. The other breakfast burritos had the same issue with the thick tortilla, making them dense and unbalanced. The cheese fries were average at best, and the $9.99 onion strings were overpriced for both the portion and the quality. In total, we spent almost $80 before tip, and the meal was simply not worth it. Between the 45-minute wait, disappointing food quality, poor value, and inconsistent preparation, this was one of the most underwhelming fast-casual dining experiences I've had. I won't be coming back, and I cannot recommend this location.

Tried this for the second time. I still don't understand…read morethe hype and I'm not sure if it was because I hadn't ate all day and was starving but I enjoyed my chicken tenders this time. But they don't stand up to the hype. It was very crowded on Sunday night both inside and the drive thru mostly high school kids. The service seemed nice and attentive. The place inside was a little dirty but nothing crazy. We ordered through the screen and got our order in about 15-20 min so not too bad. The chicken tenders do taste good with quality. They come out warm, soft but still with the crisp. The Cane sauce is good but the chicken tenders honestly don't need it because the chicken is good itself. I had their coleslaw which also taste fresh. Their fries were not as crispy as I'd like them to be but still had enough of the crisp and weren't all soggy. I had a bite of the chicken sandwich and that tasted pretty good but again I don't know if it was because I really hungry. They have a lot of combos to choose from and come off as a little overpriced. I don't mind coming back but really gotta be craving them to spend almost $20 for one meal.

The wife wanted to give Cane's another go…read more Drive-thru on April 11, 2026 Saturday night at 6:30pm. Two Box combos. Simple and straight-forward. I get home, and guess what? No coleslaw in one box. Instead, 2 slices of the soggy bread-like substance, and I got one. How can you screw this up? We came here when they first opened when the line for the drive-thru was wrapped around the block. Now, it's easy to see why there's never a line. Look at the reviews. Look at my last review. ATTN: Todd G., I tried. Instead of your pathetic attempt at damage control, I'll do it for you: "We never want to disappoint and we regret to learn of your recent experience. Please call us at 1-833-HICANES or contact us at www.hicanessocial.com. We want to address what occurred!" Sadly, I drove right past Dave's Hot Chicken. Never again Todd.
