Which is usually fine but I mentioned how he rung it up incorrectly & instead of trying to fix it he said "oh it's too late they already made it." I ordered food from here recently and I received an email to submit a review. I gave them a low review below: I'm honestly a bit disappointed because this used to be one of my go-to orders. (This is for the 2 piece chicken sandwich with fries)The chicken strips are noticeably smaller than they used to be..almost closer to tenders you'd expect from a kids' meal rather than a full portion. They still taste okay, but there's just not much there anymore, so the value doesn't really feel the same. The fries were the bigger letdown. They used to be well seasoned and fresh, but now they came out hard, dry, and pretty bland. I actually found myself wishing for salt, which never used to be the case. The texture felt like they'd been sitting under a heat lamp instead of freshly made. Overall it's not terrible, just not what it used to be. Food is good For awhile I was vegetarian and would just order a box of fries and it came with a sauce as advertised. The picture shows it and it was never a problem. I'm sick of arguing about this with the employees. It never use to be this way. Not sure what changed but I will tell you it changed me from going once a week to maybe once every three months maybe longer. It really left a bad taste in mouth for this place. It's not cause I don't have a dollar to spend. I feel like they haven't given me a reason for why this is. In the past I have stopped by to pick up two sauces by themselves. They both were not hot The three is supposed to be habanero and or supposed to be Scorpio but it's not. Chicken strips were frozen they weren't freshly made. He was very sweet and kind. The location and the environment was definitely loud very hard to park and isn't in the nicest neighborhood. This place used to be great, but has really fallen off. The main issue is that they are not able to produce consistently hot food. I would understand if they gave you your food in 10 minutes and it was cold because it was sitting there, but often times I have gone and it's been a 30 to 45 minute wait and the food comes out cold. This seems to be an issue of organization in the back and a lack of any leadership/management. . From what I can see when I have been waiting, is that they get a bunch of baskets of chicken ready and then they're waiting on fries or they get a bunch of fries ready and then they're waiting on chicken. It really is a disappointment because it just seems to be purely a management issue and organizational issue. With no single person directing things they end up mistiming everything. I'm sure they could figure it out and make great food again. Last thing, I think they have inflated their yelp stats by having events at their location and giving discounts for high-star reviews (ie. a bunch of reviews from a badminton club event). read more

It's a tiny spot and maybe like 1 or 2 tables outside to sit. The walls are LOUD. It's basically a collage on one side and a collage of their chicken mascot on the other LOL. The menu is pretty straight forward although we had to ask how big their meals were because we weren't sure how many pieces to order. They DEFINITELY load up the box so be prepared. It's worth your money, delicious, and incredibly fast! We took our food home to enjoy and it was so delicious. The skin comes right off and the meat is juicy. The house sauce is DELICIOUS.
