I give this place 5/ 5. This place does not have a big space. It has bar table inside with 4 Chairs and outside have 3 tables. Inside has glass windows so they are well lit. Hospitality 4/5. Menu is simple and short right on point of the good stuff. They play Hawaiian island upbeat music. That was good chill music. The chickens are tender, well seasoned, minimal batter and the slaw combo with fries was a good match. That was 5/5. Parking can be a challenge as it only has few available space. There is street level parking but it is also limited. Overall the place is good

Usually love hawaiian hot chicken, supported them since they sold out of a car wash. First time my order was messed up. Which is usually fine but I mentioned how he rung it up incorrectly & instead of trying to fix it he said "oh it's too late they already made it." I get it ): I would understand even if I told them my order wrong but he didn't seem to care at all. So we had no choice but to take the two incorrect orders. So sad about it, I even tipped him. Also, some other workers were sitting/leaning on our car the entire time we were eating. Worst experience ever

4 and 5 stars only...the owner does not approve low review on their site so their reviews are filtered and biased

I ordered food from here recently and I received an email to submit a review. I gave them a low review below: I'm honestly a bit disappointed because this used to be one of my go-to orders. (This is for the 2 piece chicken sandwich with fries)The chicken strips are noticeably smaller than they used to be..almost closer to tenders you'd expect from a kids' meal rather than a full portion. They still taste okay, but there's just not much there anymore, so the value doesn't really feel the same. The fries were the bigger letdown. They used to be well seasoned and fresh, but now they came out hard, dry, and pretty bland. I actually found myself wishing for salt, which never used to be the case. The texture felt like they'd been sitting under a heat lamp instead of freshly made. Overall it's not terrible, just not what it used to be. Still edible, but the quality and portion size have definitely slipped enough to notice. -- So then it said the review needed to be approved by the owner which triggered an alarm. I went back to their site to look at their reviews and see they mostly have 5 star review and a few 4s...nothing less than a 4 and this is why. They clearly sensor the bad reviews!

Here you see the word EXTRA. To me that means adding more of something that you already have.

Food is good For awhile I was vegetarian and would just order a box of fries and it came with a sauce as advertised. The picture shows it and it was never a problem. I'm sick of arguing about this with the employees. It never use to be this way. Not sure what changed but I will tell you it changed me from going once a week to maybe once every three months maybe longer. It really left a bad taste in mouth for this place. It's not cause I don't have a dollar to spend. I feel like they haven't given me a reason for why this is. In the past I have stopped by to pick up two sauces by themselves. Gave the cashier two dollar bills. They didn't even ring it up. Basically the employees pocket the cash for the extra sauces if you pay cash. Maybe it's the employees doing this clearly without the owners knowing. Sad but they lost my business as a frequent customer.

Overall the food was good. The chicken was tender and the spice just right. Definitely a healthy portion of food. The restaurant is no frills with a few stools inside and some tables outside. Parking was limited.

Great food. Great flavors. Great service. Great taste. Others don't compare. My son always gets the 3 tender meal with fries. Mixed heat level 2/3. We always wish there were more fries. This is a must try. Only thing that gets a little tough managing is parking. It's a small lot and the spaces are tight. But even that doesn't keep us away.

The food wasn't good the chicken strips is what me and my husband got. I got level three he got the four. They both were not hot The three is supposed to be habanero and or supposed to be Scorpio but it's not. Chicken strips were frozen they weren't freshly made. If you have high blood pressure, definitely don't recommend it because it's very salty. The french fries that I got or overcooked to where it was too hard. The front desk guy was absolutely amazing. He was very sweet and kind. The location and the environment was definitely loud very hard to park and isn't in the nicest neighborhood. Other than that I'm reading the food, not anything else so I would give it a two but I give it a two because the guy in the front was nice.

Chicken was good, but the sauce was off. Not your typical hot chicken recipe, but still wasn't bad. The sauce didn't go that well with the chicken or fries; feels like either ingredients are missing or one ingredient is too overpowering. Still worth trying, and I'll be coming back to give it another shot someday soon!

Working in the area and needed something open late. Looked this place up and the picture convinced me to give it a try. It's in a plaza but the plaza stays busy so good luck getting a parking spot. That was the second good sign. It's a small location but it has lots of traffic so many people eating on the hoods of their cars. Menu is pretty straightforward I ordered to sandwiches with fries and 2 tenders with fries. The fries are seasoned so well and have a nice crunch to them. The chicken was fresh and juicy. I definitely recommend this place to anyone in the area.

Great service and friendly staff, very clean environment!!! plus food is so good! 10/10 recommend!

This place has really gone downhill from what I remember. Ordered from Uber Eats and thought it was from a ghost kitchen, considering how bad it was. Extremely disappointed considering how good it was In the past. Will not be returning.

Omg so delicious! I forgot how great this was. The seasoning and spice was so on point! I got an extra tender for under $5. Tasty and huge tenders. Not shy at all. I was able to share with 3 people. I was so full. And the workers are so nice.

    Loaded Luau Fries w cheese!

This chicken is for sure one of the top chicken spots in the valley! And the service is amazing, especially when the boy jessie is working always a good vibe and welcoming.

We also called before stopping by for pick up however there was no answer. Customer service was good. The 2 young gentleman at the counter were helpful but were having issues with other customers and other online orders. We ended just purchasing Crispy Pata and Max's Fried Chicken as there was nothing else appealing to order. We prefer the Max's Restaurant in Glendale, CA location since this pick up location is not as accessible or reliable as the actual restaurant and to no fault of the 2 young gentleman at the counter. They were just following protocol of their store manager and/or company. Crispy Pata was good and cooked well. The sauce was great. As for the Max's Fried Chicken the one at the restaurant just seem to taste better. Maybe also because it was cut to pieces instead of being served whole.

Hard to pick up with chopsticks without the bottom breaking. The bottom was really delicate so using a spoon makes it easier. The Marinaded Beef $15.99 (half order) was perfect with rice. Complimentary small Sides: kimchi, pickled radish and cabbage salad. I really liked the pickled radish. This place is tucked away in a strip near the Northridge Promenade Shopping Center. Service is quite friendly, and quick. I'd come give it a second try for the ceviche, maybe it was not the freshest batch or my commute was too long but I don't think food spoils that rapidly.
