I'm impressed with Cinnabons new "centers" which is a cinnamon bun cut into small pieces and honestly, it's better than the classic. Pretzels Have been my go to on arrival or departure. Overall really not impressed with this terminal. So many places here just employ people that are rude and don't care about customer service. My wife had to explain the menu item she wanted to the staff (cinnamon covered pretzels). They treated her like she was crazy, but then gave her the order that she asked for?? Service was slower than what I've experienced at other Auntie Anne's Pretzels. Something you should keep in mind if you have a short lay over. I really wish these airport places would keep in mind that they have people traveling that may or may not have had time to get food during the course of their day - due to what ever travel hick ups they may have had a long the way. When people choose to come to your establishment and spend their hard earned money, treat them kindly and with respect and have compassion to the fact that people traveling all day could use a kind interaction and something to eat/snack on. The food was fine, nothing special, and nothing that stands out from other Auntie Anne's pretzels you come across in a mall. If you have the time to stop, it's not a bad snack. Auntie Anne's is not a place I hit up often at all. This was actually my first time trying breakfast which I never knew was offered. The kiosk store was manned by one person. I assume they have a few around the large airport. After waiting on a customer I decided on a sausage, egg and cheese sandwich that looked good. They had other items and traditional pretzels. The clerk was friendly throughout. My sandwich was packaged quickly and payment processed efficiently. Cost was around $5 w/ tax. With low expectations I took my first bite and was shocked how delicious it was. The bread was coated with a sugary butter that was yummy. The sausage was fresh and tasty. I am rating this location in relation to other airport quick food options and other airport auntie Ann's pretzels locations. If you are not familiar with auntie Anne's pretzels, just imagine if someone used slightly sweeter, and much more buttery pretzel dough to make fresh pretzels and pretzel products... And then glazed them with either salty butter or sweet/cinnamon butter. They have a variety of options including standard pretzels, pretzel bites, hotdogs wrapped in pretzel dough, and mini dogs wrapped in pretzel dough. Drink options are pretty standard with soda and I believe some locations have frozen beverages. In terms of this location it is located in the hallway on the way to the next set of gates. It is efficient, but because it is small in size with only a few employees able to stand behind the counter there's a limit to how many orders they can prepare at once. So do not be surprised if you see a line wrapping away from the register. You probably won't be kept waiting long unless you want to order a hotdog and they have not already started preparing a batch. Those can take up to 10 minutes. Overall a good grab-and-go choice on a buys travel day. read more

The coffee ($1.75) was decent (three varieties) with a choice of half-and-half or 2%, and a selection of sweeteners. AND the cup of cinnamon-sugar pretzel bites I bought will last me all day, since I always carry a couple of good ziplock bags in my briefcase. Coffee + pretzel bites + tax = $5.87. This location is near beginning of GateB on the terminal and is standalone and is not with other food places. There was a long line waiting in front. I love their warm and fresh pretzels. One person was constantly making and baking the pretzels while two others were behind the counter packing and selling them. Since the wait was long it took nearly 10-15 mins to place the order. Quality wise it was consistent with their product and the cinnamon and plain pretzel were good. They do not have seating also in front of them and one will have to just take them to their gate and use the seating there. read more
