I ordered mine with blue cheese, chicken, and buffalo sauce, and it was honestly one of the best loaded fries dishes I've ever had. The staff was very friendly, and the customers--both locals and visitors--were welcoming as well. The only downside is that the restaurant is very narrow and small. If you're with a group larger than 2-3 people, you likely won't find seating and may have to get your order to go. I was grabbing mine to go anyway, so it wasn't a big issue, but it would've been nice to have the option to sit. Regardless, it was absolutely worth the walk and worth stepping inside. If I'm ever back in the area, I will 100% return.

I originally placed an order through DoorDash and ended up waiting about an hour and a half. There was so much back-and-forth with the order -- first I was told they were preparing the food, then there was an issue waiting for a driver, and then the driver was apparently there waiting. At that point, DoorDash ended up canceling the order. I honestly can't say for sure how much of that was DoorDash versus Shake Shack, but it was a frustrating experience either way. After that, I decided to place the order again for pickup. When I finally went to pick it up, the food was extremely soggy. My assumption is that it may have been the same sandwich that had been sitting around during the hour-and-a-half wait, but I obviously can't say that for sure. Normally the food here is great and I've had plenty of good experiences at this location, which is why I was so disappointed today.
