Barbara was very responsive in answering our questions and getting us set up with someone that fit our schedule. Jenna was amazing. First day our daughter didn't want us to go and tried to follow us. Now I'm no longer able to have date night on my first vacation post partum and it is disappointing to deal with someone this unprofessional. It's hard when you don't know anyone in the place you are visiting. I contacted the Princeville resort kids club (AKA: Princeville Chaperones). My sitter came to my hotel (Bali Hai Villas) played with her there. Then took her to the kids club (by stroller). Finally returning to our hotel room. She took pictures and texted us updates frequently. My daughter had so much fun playing with other kids and made some art work. The next day my daughter asked when is the sitter coming back. I chose the heart saver CPR Blended option so I was able to do the first portion of the class online. I've taken CPR courses in the past for childcare, but it has been a few years so it was a good refresher. Jamie was really flexible about the date and times available to do the Skills portion in person which were required for the certification.
